Sorry, the hotel does not meet my expectations. If someone is looking for a cheap hotel, it is dry, heated and clean. On the breakfast I have waived the second time. I'm back in Kiev next week, booked another hotel, price x 2.3 more expensive

Hotel in a good location, close to the very center of Kiev. However, the rooms themselves leave a little to be desired. They are quite small with outdated decor. The biggest problem, however, is soundproofing - you can hear everything going on in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms. In such conditions it is difficult to relax. In winter, the air conditioning is turned off, despite the fact that the room temperature reached 24 degrees - it is difficult to sleep all night with the window open in December. Breakfast did not hit my taste, but the selection is rich. If someone comes to Kiev as a tourist and spends most of the time in the city is ok, but if I could I would choose another hotel.

Good place to stay as it is well located has a mall close by, and safe place to stay

Lovely hotel, lovely location. Standard room is really not worth the bother. But if you have the money available for the extortionate price that is charged to upgrade. Then you will be very happy staying here. Depending upon what staff member you have depends on your service. Just don't expect quick service outside in the summer months, even when its quiet. Food was excellent ,breakfast well it's best to stay in bed. I don't know anyone that wants Luke warm rice and potatoes from yesterday. Especially for breakfast.

Good hotel ; of the advantages are a good location (city center, 5-7 minutes walk), good view from the windows of the rooms, ample parking.

We were staying at the hotel in an unplanned manner because of the cancellation of the flight to Israel.
All in all, this is not a bad hotel for a three star hotel, there are lots of appointments like lack of shampoo and soaps in the shower rooms.
The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are very small.
We would like to commend the reception staff who managed to deal very professionally with the absorption and dispersal of a large number of people, as stated, due to canceling the flight.
When we got the keys, the rooms were not ready and asked us to wait until the rooms were cleaned.
We ate at the hotel restaurant, the food served was not tasty, the potato in the soup was not cooked completely, the salad was very small and I did not consider it a dish at all, the patties were reasonable, the champagne was shocking, probably the worst champagne I ever tasted .
All in all, we left not seventy and paid over 600 hryvnia for this meal.

Occasionally I am here at seminars in the hall on the ground floor, comfortably and conveniently.

Modern modern high-rise hotel with good attitude in central Kiev

Very nice hotel. Price is relatively cheap. Selection of rooms by levels. At Shai Hotel a relatively good restaurant and bar. Breakfast is fine. Most of the hotel's guests are locals who come for a two day business day in the capital. The service is good. We asked to change room to a lower floor room swapped with no problem. The hotel is relatively downtown close to the metro and close to tourist sites.

They took the standard for two: unfortunately, the towels were only for 1 person. Service is good, friendly staff, cleaning daily.

We had a big conference at the hotel. Comfortable halls with all necessary equipment, good organization.
The only nuance is the organization of food. The hotel was warned about almost 500 participants, but the announced set dinners were not prepared in time. Some participants had to wait for lunch for more than 1.5 hours

Stayed at this hotel when I was on a business trip. Great hotel near the Olympic Stadium. Nice room, I had a standard with 2 beds. There is everything you need. Bathroom instead of shower. The room is warm. There is a closet where you can fold things and a hanger for jackets and hats. The bed and towels are clean. Breakfast (buffet) is included in the price. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Hotel liked the location and breakfast.

The hotel is already old and needs refreshing, general as for people coming to visit Kiev and spending time knowing hotelemnjaknnajnarfziej will suit. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is tasty and varied.
