The location of the hotel is very convenient. Rooms have a magnificent view. Breakfast is wonderful (buffet), lobby bar is open 24 hours. The rooms are clean! however, many repairs and new furniture would not be affected; it also applies to the bathroom (old classic baths would have been replaced by shower cubicles, wall coverings - tiles from the 90's). In addition, the rooms are very and very hot, the window does not open (it was in winter). However, overall, the accommodation in the hotel is pleasing, the price / quality justifies itself: clean and delicious.

OK. in detail. we rented four standard rooms on the seventh floor. Before that I was in the hotel premier hotel lybid. This hotel seemed so much more. At breakfast there is more choice. Geographically closer to the airport, but perhaps far away from the rest. In winter, the air conditioner only works on heating, it was hot to sleep. On the first floor it smells like cigarettes, there is a bar and it seems to be smoking. They speak excellent English.

Convenient location of the hotel. Pretty bridge free parking. Pleasant staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. I liked breakfast (buffet). Perhaps you will not prevent the interior renovation. Generally everybody liked it.

Rooms have become obsolete in the last 8 years. Repairs, even cosmetic, are not done.
The only plus - good breakfasts.

Once we arrived to the hotel we were told there is a free upgrade, but just for one night. Since we've been there for three nights they said we can stay in the upgraded room for remaining nights ($100 per night). We decided to go to the standard. There was a difference in the rooms, however for us staying at nights only in the standard room was not a big issue. The upgraded room was not worth $100 per night.
There is an onsite cafe and bar (24hours). You can leave your luggage at no cost once you check-out and wants to see the city.
From our upgraded room we've seen the Olympic Stadium (nice view).
Staff was friendly and speak english very well. Breakfast were awesome.

Three stars for a three star hotel seems logical. Exactly what it deserves. Good but not special.

Good service, a beautiful view from the window, furniture are somewhat outdated, but generally acceptable accommodation conditions.

For the second year in a row, we stop at Rus. Like last year, we ordered a suite. Everyone is happy with: service, cleaning, breakfast, views from the window (18-19 floor), location.

Very good hotel to stay, with internet and cafe. But decent audibility - woke up in the morning because of the sound of sex on the floor above)

A part of the hotel has been updated, a part of it needs to be renewed - wooden windows with poor closing, furniture with chips ... And I don t understand what is the difficulty in providing rooms with slippers and bathrobes?

So .. excellent location basic but comfortable services.
The property is in an excellent position, taking a pleasant walk to the center where you can find practically everything: pubs, cafes, kiosks and much more. It is also close to the metro line.
The standard room is small and furnished with dated furniture but in the end the mattress is comfortable and the room is clean, the bathroom is really small and for lovers of single-dose vials of shampoo and conditioner etc. it will be disappointing to know that they have placed 2 Dispensers, one for shower / shampoo near the tub and the other for soap next to the sink.
After all. The hotel is good

Center of Kiev, convenient location, good rooms, view from the room. The hotel is located on a mountain. This is a disadvantage and an asset at the same time. If you don't have a car, then you have to go up the stairs, but the view from the hotel is very good. The rooms are different. I lived in a very good one with a new renovation, and I also had a room with a very old renovation. She asked me to change the number, and they changed me. This, of course, is only possible if the hotel is empty. Breakfast - buffet, big enough and good choice of food, good service.

Nothing special about the hotel. Everything is as usual. Like the little gray. The staff is friendly.

Very nice hotel. As written earlier, more than three stars. Good, hearty breakfast. Friendly staff. Every day towels are changed. The bed for the week did not change. Interference with foreign tourists from the east interfered. Which in the mornings (4, 5 in the morning) gathered in the corridor and talked loudly, not thinking about other guests. I had a bad experience, especially with the deal, I came for the final of the champions and on arrival had not paid for my travel agent the first day, if the remaining 3 days so I leave a deposit greater than the cost of the Room to fix the problem and the 2nd day they locked my key (as if I was going to pay without having them the guarantee in their possession in cash) I had a bad time and the attention of the staff is very unpleasant since at no time they tried to help me to solve until I proposed the deposit.

Hotel is closer to kreschatik street, shota rustaveli stret and gulliver mall. Location and breakfast is very good. But everything else are no good. Everything in the room felt into decay. There was disturbing smell coming from them. You may have trouble to feel sleep due to this smell. Tv was old type and smallest. I could not sleep well because mattress quality was under average. They charged me 185$ as 3 days room fee. It's costly to me.

Great hotel. Amazed by the great service and polite and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts at a reasonable price. Lovely restaurant with excellent cuisine. It was the most wonderful soup I've ever tried. Clean rooms (cleaning and changing towels every day) are quite a modest stop, but everything you need (including a refrigerator) is there. It is very convenient that you have your own taxi and you can order a transfer to the airport. Thank you for the service. I wanted to get back to you.

We were accommodated here overnight by the airline due to the delayed flight due to weather conditions the next day. The staff is attentive, the settlement passed quickly. The room is clean, everything you need is there. I stayed here for 3 days.Its beautiful, elegant and right next to city center. You can easily get to almost everywhere from here. The transport is close, a kiosk is right next to hotel and Gulliver world shopping mall as well. The rooms are small and clean, washroom extra shinning and being on 11 floor you can view this beautiful city in night. As its 1st of Jan 2018, all the clubs are close and you can find excellent restaurants just by walking 10 mins. The staff is very nice and house keeping lady was always ready to help. I called her as i couldnt figure out how to work with TV. She spoke english and showed me how it works. Breakfast is available on 2 floor and elevators work only if you have the room key. Just modern like Singapore. Overall a very good experience and it wasnt noisy at all. in the night.

Clean hotel, very central area. Rooms (at least the cheaper ones) a bit spartan for Western standards

On the 17th floor repairs, guests lodge on 18 and below. On the repair does not warn.

Good hotel in a great location, various levels of rooms for all budgets

Everything falls apart in the room, the hairdryer cracked in 2 places, despite the fact that no one dropped it ... No smoking in the rooms and on the floor. In a restaurant sitting at a table with a bunch of dirty plates from previous visitors, no one came up to pick them up in 27 minutes. The food is not top notch to say the least.

The room is small and clean but with all the accommodation you need. There is a restaurant near the lobby but there is plenty restaurants nearby. There is a good money change five minutes walk.
