Super Hotel , have booked 4 days before cruise and are satisfied, nice view to the river, service, gladly again

Big hotel along Jaopraya river with beautiful river view, services are excellence.

Marvelous hotel with a very high standards, rooms, personnel, conference rooms, meals.. no need to say more!

Room with magnificent views. Many services offered, gym room, sauna, two very different pools, a multitude of shops. Two inhostel restaurants including the Thai restaurant with a music show and France and the best Thai restaurant we ate (good services moreover). I highly recommend the restaurant.The breakfast buffet and extremely varied a real pleasure.

Went there for buffet at 8 PM, in general the food selections were pretty good. There are salad,grilled,pasta,etc. The service was excellent. Only bad side for this place was SOME FOODS DID NOT GET TOP UP AS IT SHOULD BE INCLUDING THE DESSERT SECTION SO WE ENDING UP BY ASKING STAFF TO TOP UP IF IT STILL AVAILABLE OR HAD TO EAT OTHER FOODS INSTEAD.
FYI : the buffet is closed at 10 PM so I consider that there still 2 hrs servicing time needed to be running through!!

Great hotel, prices are of course accordingly and can blow up the holiday cash . Hotel is very convenient for Skytrain and ferry . Definitely drive up the river right up to the last pier. There is a lively market with few tourists!

The location is right on the river Choapraya and across from the new Icon Siam. The lunch buffet selection at the Feast is a bit limited in choices compare to other hotels in the same range.

Service for Thai people is not as good as westerners.

Even when staying in a junior suite Did not feel any different from the three-star hotel in Sukhumvit area

Just a wondeful experience, staff is very friendly and so attentive. Five stars is not enough for this hotel!!

1. Location is the only Marriott in Bangkok next to the water and has a shuttle boat to metro or Iconsiam giant mall, great views, great!
2. Has lounge had great dinners and breakfast buffet for platinum members, great!
3. Great tennis court and 2 pools (one salt one regular), garden and roaming peacocks, great!
4. Internet / wifi was excellent / fast everywhere I went in an around the building, great!

1. Room not bad, but musty smell because the air is turned off when no one is in it. Also need to buff/polish the counters in the bathroom and reseal them, also refinish or cover other counters or surfaces in the room like tv stand that shows wear.
2. Electrical plugs are too limited in the room, need more accessible ones. Also need to change tv input plate on the wall from vga/rca plugs to hdmi and USB drive inputs
3. Lounge needs to re-cover or replace some chairs as they have seen a lot of wear.
Also, the lounge could have a little more cut fruit and snacks during day and evening in between breakfast and cocktail and after cocktails in the evening.

Overall a great location that I would go back to.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Especially the concierge floor because the awesome buffet breakfast that was served on tbe top floor offered a great view of the city.

Very nice five star hotel right on the river with a nice view of the city. The fact that you have the pier of the water buses right in front of the door you get everywhere very well in the city. The hotel also has a free boat shuttle to the nearest Skytrain station.

The rooms and facilities are very good. The breakfast is also highly recommended.

There is also a fitness studio, which is functionally furnished. The hotel also has two pools, one of which, including a tennis court, is located in a small garden. Very beautiful there.

The Executive Lounge on the 27th could once again do a little renovation. But it is still pretty up there.

We had a really nice outing with coworkers at Orchid's Friday night free flow wine night. They had a nice offering of both reds and whites and were not stingy with the pours. They even made sure we had an extra glass each as the two hour window (6:30-8:30) closed. The cheese selection was solid and some of the tapanedes, breads and other snacks were pretty good. I'd like to see a bit more substantial food for the price tag of 1000 baht bit you can still easily fill up. The balcony offers an on the water view of the Chao Phrayaand I can see it being a good place to take a date. Easily accessable from River City you can also opt to catch their free boat from the BTS pier (blue line).

Very generous for elite member. Lounge is great for the view and food. The river is amazingly good. Highly recommended.

It is convenient because the landing place is near.

It is one of the old hotels in Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River which is still good.

Spectacular river views and very nicely appointed rooms. Pleasant staff and good facilities. Meals and beverage services in the hotel very expensive. A few words of advice on meal service - plates are generally round for good reason and never serve meals on a tile. Even if provided with a paper towel to absorb the excess. Side dishes very dear and too big for single service. Excellent conference facilities.

Overnight stay in Sheraton hotel. Its very clean and friendly staff in this hotel. When you consider to stay in Bangkok, dont miss out this place.

Honestly this was the best Sheraton hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and awesome, even when I stressed my self and the stressed the staff when my passport was missing. The room was very clean. The location was awesome for me. I loved walking around the area, I felt amazingly safe. The breakfast was great, who knew it would be great to have an English breakfast, followed by Indian food, with a bit of thai curry. I will stay here again.

Property dated. Furniture worn/damaged. Surrounding properies rough. Window seal poor/river tugs noisy. Debris in pool area. Staff just okay. Food quality good. Pool areas crowded. Adjacent River City galleries excellent.

Nice place to stay in Bangkok. Great location with free Sheraton water shuttle to Iconsiam. Tasty breakfast at 400 baht nett with stay in their rooms. We had seafood lunch buffet as well, which was terrific. Oysters on the shell, smoked salmon, sushi, spaghetti and patyai cooked to order. Plus an array of delightful cakes and yummy mango, coconut, ice cream station. Service is friendly and impeccable.

It was room of river view on the 22nd floor, but the view from the window was good. The facility was a bit old, but I didn't care much. Breakfast buffet is great. The restaurant was cozy and spent over an hour for breakfast. The starting point for night cruising is a walkway to River City, 130 meters from River City.

Parking is quite low. High cars must be careful.
