We saw it! Simply sensational. This Sheraton hotel is located directly on the Chao Phraya River and has its own shuttle boat! Which makes it even more charming.
Our room is Sheraton standard, we had the 1715 with a sensational view over the river. It is equipped with a queen-size bed, secretary, wing chair by the window, flat screen TV (54), minibar, kettle, bathtub with shower screen, toilet and large vanity.
There are bathrobes and lots of bath accessories in the room.

You can get beach towels at one of the two pools. The garden pool is worth seeing, especially since it has a special feature in terms of fauna and flora. Also worth seeing are the peacocks and lizards that run free and are very tame. Please do not feed, they will come to the loungers voluntarily if you are patient.

There are 3 restaurants and a bar on the river, a fitness center, a sauna, 2 pools, several shops and a very experienced concierge.
One restaurant is typically Thai and should be worth a visit, the second is an Italian whose menu we have read and the typical Italian dishes are on it, the third is a BBQ Steak & Grill.

The house is equipped with different types of rooms and suites and free WiFi, has 24 floors and is close to the BTS, where the shuttle boat takes you every 30 minutes. It runs between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. If you like to take a taxi, you should have it organized by the concierge, then the price is right and he only takes known and licensed taxi companies. those who are a little braver will of course ride the tried and tested TUK TUK ;-)

The prices are moderate, adapted to a 5 star hotel. Again, smoking is not supported.

It is a very large hotel in Thailand operated by the world-famous hotel chain Sheraton. It has a swimming pool and its own facilities and transportation. It is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River and has a good sunset and view.

Excellent 5 star hotel. The food, the customer service and location is above the average.

Great service. Standard Sheraton quality. Though it's an old hotel with signs of age. Some things haven't been well maintained, cracks here and there, stains on the couch. Staff were nice but didn't know about the special rate I booked that included daily credit ( was booked right from their website) so might end up overcharged slightly.

Beautiful place The taste is not that delicious. Not much food type Compared to sheraton, Sukhumvit, still light is less than many hotels, thought that it would sell more places than food.

I felt well here. Separately check in. Tower room and lounge access. Nice staff. Immediately by the river. Different pools. There have actually times a peacock by the pool discovered. Do not know if they are kept by the hotel. Think of it . Nice pool area with pool bar. Will come back.

It is not suitable for people who want to go sightseeing in Gangan because the location is only one. It may be in luxury, clean feeling of both. And it would be views of all is said and done the Chao Phraya River.

We had a room on the 19th floor and had a crazy view over the city. Very friendly staff. Super.

SPG Marriott affiliated hotel on the riverside in Bangkok. It was convenient because there was a distance from the city center and it was calm and a shopping mall was also adjacent.

Not friendly for pregnant women, can not wear short for pregnant women. Terrible Sheraton. Not recommended for family with kids and married couple.

Consulges are very good. I am used to Japanese. We can arrange for a meter taxi or tuk-tuk. (Tuk-tuk will negotiate to get you for 200 baht.)
If you indicate that you want to go sightseeing, you will be given a card with the name of the hotel or tourist spot in Japanese and Thai, and you will be able to reach the hotel safely just by showing it to the taxi driver on the way back.
Not to mention other services are enough.
There are 2 free pools available, and there is also a bar by the pool. However, you only need to be aware that the price is very high in the hotel.
The location is also along the river, so if you take a charter boat from the Royal Palace area you can return directly to the hotel's pier.

Terrible concerige. Extremely rude and unaccommodating. Hotel is also worn down and deserves a re vamp.

Hotel that lacks a renovation, the same 15 years ago. The quality of the food is no longer up to its star rating, staff always nice and attentive.

Friendly staff especially at the Sheraton Club Lounge. Everyone is extremely professional and welcoming. Location is good. Close to the Iconsiam. nothing much around walking distance but great river view.

One of the best Sheraton in the world. One of the 4-5 star in Bangkok.
Now with the new Iconsiam mall just opposite to the hotel, you will definitely enjoy its prime location and excellent value for money.

Rooms on upper floors , we were 22nd, give great river views. I think all rooms actually have some view of the river, but go higher if you can. Great buffet breakfast with excellent choice of just about everything. No extra charge for cappuccino or latte. Hotel has a number of restaurant choices for the evening but are expensive when just over the river is Iconsiam a huge modern shopping centre which has some fantastic food outlets. The Sheraton has a free shuttle boat which goes to this every 30 mins or so, or there is another free ferry from a pier just next door to the hotel. Rooms are ok but look a little worn in places. Beds very comfortable and good linens used, can't fault cleanliness.service excellent throughout. Note many ferries for the various palaces and temples leave from Iconsiam, you can spend 200 BAHT for tourist hop on hop off or 20 BAHT for local ferry one way, so this hotel is very handy for these services.

Great river view hotel in Bangkok with reasonable price.

Hotel is quite nice on public areas like bar and pools. Staff are good but rooms are not. Very stable and old fashioned and really not good as a 5 star

Great location, excellent food. Don't miss the breakfast here. Lots of facilities, free shuttle to the mall across the river. Other than the landmark temples, Icon Siam, a new mall is a must visit place.

The most beautiful hotel beside the biggest river in Bangkok

Good hotel staff The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet and looks good. Looking at the view of the Chao Phraya River with ease, easy parking, Chinese food, lunch at the wedding, the middle taste is not very tasty. The overall image is impressive.

Very old hotel Food is not delicious Get in to the Charoenkrung Soi 24, ask when the parking lot is eating at the hotel where to park. When told to go up to park on the River City, when eating finished, the restaurant does not Stamp to tell. Tonight is not co-compatible. River City has to pay 2 hours parking fee 80 baht.

The hotel is clean, you can spend leisurely and have good access to the newly created Icon Siam on the riverside.
Even if you go out in the city, it will be transfered to the BTS by boat, and it is recommended for those who want to spend a holiday slowly.

The hotel staff steal my gold ring on the table while I out for gym.
Staff took super long to respond me and come to the room. I am happy that they "found my ring" on the floor outside the room, but giving me the unacceptable excuse which is unacceptable!

A very well located hotel with a jetty and fabulous views of the river. Large rooms with great detail and generally impressive facilities with bars, restaurants, swimming pools, live music ...

This hotel has a great location and you can easily use there free shuttle boat directly on the river but unfortunately there service is very bad

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. But extreamly dissapointed to the fact that they charge 1000THB for person on a hotel hosted fire works display for KRATHONG festival to hotel guests, just to watch. And some areas of hotel were restricted to access. Never experinced anything like this. Really dissapointed

Excellent hotel. As a SPG member I got a room at the 24th floor without an extra charge. A decent breakfast is a great choice of meals. All the rooms are looking at the river and the view is incredible. However, I have to say that it is time to renovate.

The other side of the icon Siam across the river. Because it is not a busy street, it is a calm place. Equipment is no problem.

Close to the River and all of it's attractions. Reasonably priced with good food. Excellent Thai restaurant in the Hotel, Thara Thong. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities from massage to drinks. Two really nice pools right beside the Rriver. Not to modern but not ornate, a good balance everything feels quality and solid. Food and stay is moderate to high priced as expected for the location and quality. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast included option, you won't leave hungry and want for nothing. Huge good quality of brunch selections. There are a lot of options for seeing the rivers, Klongs and local attractions with prices that range from 15B to 60B.
