Nice hotel, close to the center. With the boat that stops just next to the hotel you can quickly travel through Bangkok. Friendly staff and good service.

Overall old. The staff at the breakfast room feels like talking. This does not change from old days. But the club lounge is very good service. You can receive the service backed by the tradition.

Extremely awful service. The staff rudely entered my room even there is a Do Not Disturb Sign at the door. Very bad customer service from the operator to the engineering staff who could not fix the aircon system in my room to the duty manager.

What a super nice hotel.little bit pricy,if I may say so.but food was very Nice food,room was clean and spotless, lovely swimming pool,close to shops,free river crossing and it is very very hot over here at the moment. But Enjoy BKK.

I booked this hotel for tonight stay in a Junior suite, I really enjoyed it especially due to the breakfast they serve. The breakfast is a huge buffet which includes a large variety of Thai American food. I also must commend the staff because of their incredible willingness to help. Downside could be that they were working on the pool whilst I was there, but there is not much one can do about that

The classic hotel of a large anonymous chain. Immense, old and in need of renovation. Cannot open the bedroom windows (there are only windows). I was missing a bedside table. There are all the services one might expect in a hotel of the same category (gym, swimming pool, three restaurants ....) but everything is too much left to itself, including the customer. I expected much more.

Cozy 5 start with all amenities at affordable price tag.

Not been the best stay. Great location and great view from the room.
However. We lost electricity as the card light switch wasn't working. Old and not maintained. We also were not allowed to take our cup of coffee to the room to pack our suitcases as there is no milk in the bedrooms (only powdered milk) so we could not have a nice cup of coffee or tea in the room unless you have it black or with powdered milk.

One of the best hotel in riverside..service top class..they will always greet you with smile..actually there check in time is 3 pm but when I reach early by 11 am and I requested her for early checkin and without a second she allotted me a room on 20th floor which has great view of river..they have all the facilities..they also have a boat to leave u on nearest MRT station that too free of cost..nice swimming pool facing the river and also a grilled restaurant by river side..I loved it..thanks Bangkok sheraton Team..keep it up

I had a problem with a hotel room condition that was too old. I wanted to rest because of my tired schedule. I was dirty with a toilet next to the toilet and it was filthy. The robe seemed to be wrapped in a trail of someone who could not rest and was tired to leave me tired. I can not believe it. Maybe it is. Maybe it can be. I do not want to be any more. I was so out of the way because I did not want to be a general manager or a gangster. I do not have a word of apology or disregard for the kind of a cheap motel, and the image of Bangkok is a total manager, so I do not want to visit again.

Phenomenal view. Good service and really enjoyed my stay.

Chao Phraya Waterfront View Traveling by boat is the most convenient.

I spent a few days at the Sheraton Royal Orchid Hotel and found a perfect place in the center of Bangkok!
It's a perfect combination of beautiful architecture, ambiance and exceptional content. A large spacious room looking on the river, a huge bathroom, beautiful restaurants inside the hotel with an excellent choice of various food.
We had welcome gifts, and fruits and sweets were always on our table, with water, coffee and a full bar always available.
The staff were extremely friendly, they helped us to organize the city tour. They have their own boat that leads you to the closest SkyTrain station from where you are connected to the entire city very fast.
The hotel has two beautiful pools and fitness right next to them!
An excellent restaurant with excellent food, smiling and friendly staff, local music and extraordinary energy!
I definitely fell in love with this hotel, and the next oppurtunity I get, I'm coming again!
A recommendation to all those who need to escape from the stressful and fast-living Bangkok. A few days at the Sheraton Royal Orchid will fill you up with a positive energy to walk the city!

Nice hotel located next to the river. Rooms with river views are nice and worth the additional cost. While the hotel is old (looks and and feels old!), it is comfortable. This hotel caters to lots of tour groups, which means that it is often crowded. There are also a few restaurants there, which offer good food with a view.

Excellent hotel next to the river, which also offers a shuttle service by boat to the nearest train link. Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Great staff specially Nimit

Aging hotel but contemporary design is nice and service good - great views over the river

Fantastic location, good amenities , rooms clean and well maintained. However due to lack of communication between reception and resturaunt staff, I was left feeling humiliated. After arriving in the resturaunt for our breakfast( which was included for our stay) i was approached by 3 members of staff, while sitting alone as my partner was getting his breakfast, and told that we didnt have breakfast included with our stay. I asked the staff to check with reception, also giving them my room number again. On there return I was told we did indeed have breakfast included and we could now enter the resturaunt to choose it. No apology was made by the staff involved, staff not interested in our comments on checkout.

I was able to spend a very leisurely time. The breakfast buffet is also exciting every morning with Japanese and Western Thai. The staff are friendly, humble and great support.
There is a free pick-up boat every 30 minutes to the nearest skyline station. Head to the dock via Icon Siam across the street. If the time is not right, there is a public dock next to the hotel, so you can use it. 15B. From this dock, you can also access the Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Thonburi Station and Khao San Road.
I thought it was inconvenient on the riverside, but that was not the case.
I was able to relax and enjoy Bangkok for a week.

Well, everything is bad. There is no parking for the van.

It is clean, but the room size is a little small. Location is not very good. But free shuttle boats are useful. The view of the Oprah River is fine.

First Class service!! The staff is incredibly honest and reliable. We left our passport in the safe at the hotel and they sent a carrier to deliver the our passport and cash to the airport!!! You don't come accross service and honestly like this very often

At the front desk, I changed two 100 baht bills to 10 20 bass bills.
I do not know how to ride the shuttle boat.
No wonder or not, usually!

A good brand never be disappointed

I had been staying 2 days in this hotel with my friend. The hotel has a good view of Chao Phraya river. And all rooms are river view types. Foods are not bad, Staffs are all kind.
But the hotel has poor transportation. If I went to Kaosan or Asok, I used taxi or boat. The hotel serves a free boat to Saphan Taksin every 30 mins. It was nice and economic but not convenient.
On the 2nd night, I could not sleep well because the ceilling was leaking through the night. The sound of leaking was too loud to sleep.
Anyway... The hotel is not bad.

I booked a room with wood floor because I am extremely allergic but they gave me one with carpet, that was old and disgusting the same as the headboard from our bed since was fabric, I ask them to change my room since I started to have a running nose after my nap or at least the next day but they want me to pay for a different room and was double of the price, the bathroom is old but very clean the location is absolutely perfect just cross the river is the most beautiful Shopping mall the I ever seen so far, the bar by the water is really nice but not impressive Cocktails.
The service it is ok.
I am world traveler just to give you a idea I visited 10 Different Countries for leisure this year so when I book a hotel I expect the room that I booked

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view of the river was stunning and made me leave the curtains open almost the entire stay. The entrance and lobby looked great as well. Clean rooms that were updated, stylish, and a good location.

Excellent service from all from the minute we walked in. Room had beautiful full views of the river. Hotel offered free shuttle boat to a pier conveniently situated to access Skytrain & other modes of transportation!

Great service from start to finish! The executive lounge offerings were great. The bathroom in the room was nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hotel is in need of a renovation, and some areas smelled a bit musty.
