Very nice hotel, well located in the center of Bangkok, spacious and clean room, very pleasant staff, international buffet and Asian, for all tastes. VVue splendid on the river.

Overall quality is good, but you can see the facilities and furniture is a bit old. The location is far to the train station

This hotel is amazing. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked in (it was 4am since our flight got in late) and they were very accommodating. Although we had reserved a regular room, there was a higher occupancy the night before and they kindly upgraded our room to the Club level rooms! It was such a great gesture and we were thankful that they were so kind. Rooms were extremely clean and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend the city view - it cannot get any better than this. Possibly one of my most favorite views in the world

I stayed here for a total of 7 nights because I was only staying for a conference and then don't have time to check in elsewhere. You can also collect points for the Mariott loyalty program relatively cheaply. The hotel is by no means a five star hotel. My first room smelled extremely of cold smoke, I told the reception after a day and was upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor. This room had a better view but the furniture was quite old and worn. The service is also not on the level of a 5-star hotel in Europe. However, the pool and gym are very good and the view and connections are okay. In terms of price, the hotel does not differ enormously from a hotel like the W Hotel in Bangkok, where you can enjoy 5-star service.

Very good service, traveling by the river, beautiful view overlooking the Chao Phraya River curve. Like the shuttle boat service, fresh, good, can travel to many interesting tourist spots The boat service is very good, polite, serving cold water.

Always great. Food is always fresh no matter what day of the weeks. Crowded at all time but the staff is attentive.

Excellent hotel right on the river. Great location, much of the historical sights can be reached quickly, easily and inexpensively with the fast ferries (1 minute from the hotel). Comfortable rooms with a view of the river, plus an hourly shuttle ferry to the Iconsiam Shopping Mall.

Booked the buffet through the eatigo app. Got 50% off. About the buffet. It was pretty good. And the views outside were really nice. Also they give you a boat ride to the nearest jetty if you need it or you can just make a round-trip on it. Overall a good experience.

It feels a little old, but the place is a prime place and a river flows in front of you. I highly recommend the pool, so I recommend it to people who want to enjoy in the pool.

Large established older hotel located on the riverfront with great view of Bangkok. Easy getting around via water shuttle and riverboat.

We had the suite on the 26th floor with panoramic view over Bangkok. Absolutely wonderful. Thai in-house restaurant is great and breakfast very diverse and good

It's pretty tidy and you can even look down the river from the outside. But it's a bit unfortunate because there's no dryer

The atmosphere is very good, next to the Chao Phraya raindrop, so beautiful.

Good hotel, a bit tire as it is very old. Has excellent river views and price is ok. Good to stay if you plan to tour the river areas.

Very nice location on Chao Praya River. Nice views of the river and the Khlong Lam area. The restaurants are nice as well.

Club appartements 27th floor and up have terrific river view. Giorgio's is one of the best italian restaurants I ever visited.

The room is great and the view only. Great location! But ATTENTION! The food is extremely overpriced but outside there is so much to eat and very reasonably priced. The two pools are very good for relaxing. I can only recommend!

I wish you can fix your washroom ventilator, it was barely working. Sheraton staffs said the whole hotel doesn't have great washroom ventilator. They couldn't afford brighter light in the washroom and hallway, shower curtain/door, and AC in the hallway. The washroom was quite dark. I thought Sheraton will have good amenities.

The hotel is quite impressive. The service is good. We had access to the lounge and the night buffet was delicious. The drinks are not strong in alcohol. We took the breakfast buffet. Wow ! Sooooo good. And the view on the river is nice.
There is a free shuttle boat to cross to the shopping center.
From the hotel, it is very easy to go around Bangkok. There is a ferry service on the water for 30bath per person. Very simple and nice to use.

Good hotel with great service. Central enough to explore Bangkok via water taxi or tuktuk. Breakfast buffet has a wide choice of food, but can be very hectic and busy. Other food/drinks in hotel extremely over priced, but great local restaurants/street food. Standard rooms aren't huge but big enough. Decor a little dated, but very clean and functional, beds comfortable. We would stay again.

The facilities are somewhat old, but you will not get bored even if you see the light moving from morning to noon.

We are the third time in this hotel and have never been disappointed. Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended are the tower rooms, the service there is a bit better and the private lounge with free drinks and snacks is unbeatable. The restaurants are all recommended and the buffet in the morning and evening is first class. The location directly on the river then puts the crown on the whole.

Solid 5 star hotel at the river. Rooms are dated and do not reflect the usual luxury level of Bangkok in that price range, still often superior to what people are used to in the rest of the world. All rooms are facing the river and have great views. Aircon is central and can get noisy and annoying. Big pros are the second pool that is located in the garden of the Portuguese embassy and with this in Portugal and the newly opened Icon Siam luxury mall on the other side of the river. There is a free boat service to cross the water. This hotel is recommended as a place to arrive in Thailand, getting used to weather and time zone in a relaxed manner at the pool over 2-3 days, which does lush and green. After that move on. The location in town is not great to get around. Taxis in the area are highly corrupt. Not easy to get back to the hotel by taxi. BTS saphan Taksin station is quite far away but has a boat service from the hotel every 30 minutes. For frequent travelers : the upgrade policy in the hotel is not the best. The tower lounge on 27th floor is OK with good views but cold, with bad food and cheap made cocktails 2h per day. Also the service level in the hotel is low. The good staff usually moves on quick. Despite all that the hotel has it's clientele. People who like to relax by marveling at the river and those who appreciate the often affordable rates. Unfortunately the rates being a lot of Chinese group tourists into the hotel as well.

Very dying atmosphere in the restaurant. Yet the food is good. But verranda bar area by their pier is wonderful setting. Beautiful overlooking the river and enjoy the busy traffic on the water

The fries are delicious and very cheap. There are many flavors. The owner is kind and gives a lot. 40 baht is full. Whoever comes in here, don't miss it. Who buys and goes to sit at the waterfront area. There is a coffee shop that is a little expensive. Who is bored and crosses the pier to walk the Siam icon for free without having to go to the car.

Pleasant ambience and friendly & attentive front desk and staffs. Rooms are decently sized and is well maintained. Good aroma fragrance placed throughout the hotel, including lobby and passageways. There is a Live Traditional instrument play at the lobby in the evenings, which adds to greater experience while you are there. Overall it's been a pleasant experience!!!

This review covers Feast, with its stunning outdoor terrace to watch the world go by. We visited with friends a couple of times, and its worth a visit just to have a cocktail and get lost watching the activities on the river. Its simply an unforgettable and unmissable experience of what is essentially the very heart of the marvel that is the Chao Praya river.

Oh - and the fish and chips... Possibly the best Ive had in Bangkok.

Everything is satisfactory. I informed them that I am an SPG member, and I have assigned them to the high-rise floor, which has a good view. It is really nice to consider the prices of swimming pool, fitness, breakfast, boat trip to the railway station, surrounding restaurants, downtown cruise departing river city and ashii teak, royal palace, temple of dawn, moving house of Jim Thompson. I borrowed two rooms, and my parents were very satisfied with the room, the breakfast and the swimming pool. It is a good hotel if you do not move a lot and take a rest with sightseeing spots around. I recommend it.
