Excellent staff, allowed us to check in very early, concierge was very helpful in recommending sites and travel methods. On the river, with great views and easy ferry access. Thai restaurant was delicious (and had traditional entertainment!)
Staff was really nice and the location was great! Easy to get to all the main tourist locations and the fact that it s located on the river right across from ICONSIAM was awesome.

Great location on the river, friendly staff, one deep new pool and one pool a bit tired, plenty of space for lounging around in. But it's a bit stuck in the 1970s eg rooms are comfortable but furniture is old and a bit worn. Good price though for the views, especially the outside bars at night
The purpose of this stay was to visit Icon Siam on the other side, and the facilities such as the pool were not used, but it was a very satisfying stay overall.

Staff was very friendly, and lobby and pool area looked nice. The room we got however was downright dirty. Carpet had stains, visible dirt/dust several places and some handprints on wall/glass. Stayed only for one night but definitely the worst Sheraton I have stayed at so far.

Of the 5 stars along the river, cospa is terrific.
I think the room of the club lounge access is a good deal because the price is not high. I took about 50,000 last 3 nights. If it was taking early, it was 40,000 yen.
If you compare it with other 5 stars, it may be inferior but I think it is worth more than the price.
We went out of the hotel entrance and took a bus from the bus stop on the left front to MBK in 36 minutes (air conditioner) 93 (without air conditioner), so we could go in about 10 minutes.
It will not be strange if you also call a taxi, and there are tuk-tuk and so on in River City.
There were people who said traffic was inconvenient, but if you knew there was no inconvenience at all.
I really enjoyed this hotel it is in a central area of Bangkok.
The breakfast buffet is huge and you can find everything from American to traditional Thai breakfast. I also must comment the staff that was extremely friendly and willing to help with everything.
Sheraton is worth every penny would have liked to pay more. Very professional attitude and certainly not the least to complain about, can be highly recommended.

Great location by the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. 10-15 mins cab ride to central area. Nice river side bar and pool and the rooms are good sized. Next to the river pier too. Only downside was the Internet. It constantly losses connection.
The best thing of yhe hotel is "breathtaking view". Good location for tourist. Shuttle boat to ICON SIAM is also convenient. But room is old fashioned.
This is the second stay in the hotel and I really enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough and has a comfortable bed. The bathroom has a shower in the bathtub, toilet, sink with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. I had a view over the river on which the hotel is situated. The terrace is next to the river and has comfortable seats and couches to sit on where you can have a drink and food. Dinner is until 22.30 but there is a very small menu to eat a small bite later on. A complimentary boat service is offered by the hotel to further down the river by the hotel and the location is Central to go anywhere in the city. There are taxi's and tuc tucs in front of the hotel and several places to eat and get a massage. The gym is next to the pool and is not very big, but has enough machines and weights to have a decent workout. There is also a trainer who supervises the gym and to give advice and help with adjusting the machines and benches. Food in the hotel is good and safe. I have not heard of colleagues who got sick from the hotel food. Overall a very nice hotel and I really enjoyed my short stay here.

This Sheraton is located next to the river. The facilities are not ultra modern, however has the Sheraton Standards. Good service, good beds.
Will only go back if the rooms are at discounted prices unless they refurbish the whole hotel.

I can not comment on the rooms or hotel prices because I did not stay here, but the concierge staff are very good, even though my hotel was another one they helped me make a reservation for a tour. I'm grateful for the attention. By the way try to walk at least a few blocks because if you take a taxi or tuk tuk outside they will charge you at least double the price.

Pretty nice hotel. Rooms have no frills. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Hotel is super convenient to the river taxis and boats and you can easily get anywhere in central Bangkok from here. Stay when the rates are discounted and you ll score a good deal.
