All rooms have a river view overlooking the Chao Phraya River. Opposite is Icon Siam. At night, the night view is beautiful with the light of the water bus and cruise, and the light of the icon Siam and the building opposite.

The room has a high-class feeling, the toilet and the bath are clean and I felt that it was a 5 star hotel ...
Amenity was all provided such as fluffy bathrobe, toothpaste set, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash.
Two bottles of mineral water are also placed daily in the bathroom (for toothpaste) and two in the room with free service.

The breakfast buffet was also very tasty and very tasty.

There is also a fitness room, pool and spa. It is convenient because there is a 7-Eleven nearby.
The staff was friendly, the service was good and everything was comfortable, so I would like to stay again.

The view from the room was also great and the hotel staff was very nice. The room was old, but it was cleanly cleaned. I would like to stay there again.

Rooms are good. Great pool in a garden next to the Chao Phraya river. Best thing is the riverside terrace.

I like the hotel, the food was delicious and crew always do there best to accomodate our requests. For the restrooms there are no bidet but they got soft paper tissue.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with amazing view of the the river, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel provides complimentary boat shuttle to central boat station. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended.

You will see the beautiful budh temple like stuff right at the lobby, it's not a worship point, it's just telling you about the rich cultural heritage of the Thailand people, hotel staff were amazing, you will get internet connection right before your room get ready, even if you are not lodging they provide you internet while you wait at the lobby

In the future will come to stay. Reduce the price too.

We ,had buffet dinner at the hotel food is good except meat on the slice board that. You serve is cold which should keep hot at serving time ,so please take note of it take.

Excellent place to stay. Riverside location n view, cooperative staff, good facilities, nice food (halal available).

This is a first time in Thailand and stayed at Royal Orchid Sheraton resort. It is a beautiful property, first class service, all service staffs are super nice and courteous. The property is right on the river, it is very convenient to take water taxis to places, and it is free for hotel guesses.

Food is good but the important thing is the river vicinity and atmosphere

Relaxing place by the river. Free boat shuttle to newest mall called icon Siam and to the subway station. Fantastic view of river from the room, and more importantly, the rates are very reasonable.

Nice hotel, clean and above all with a really strategic position to visit Bangkok. It is located along the river exactly next to the 3 stop for tourists (very comfortable! They spend about 20 minutes each way and a ticket costs 15 bath). It also has a free river shuttle service every 30 minutes which leads to the nearest SkyTrain stop. Exceptional breakfast (really for all tastes). My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon and they upgraded us for free in a river view room on the 21st floor. The river view is magnificent and I recommend it! If I have to find a fault it is the noise of the air conditioning system in the room.

Really classy, the hotel's buffet cuisine is excellent! Staff always friendly and nice, only flaw (but it is common in Thailand in general) very high air conditioning!

The room view is 1 level bar, the beach is next to the Chao Phraya River, the boat is flowing and the scenery is pleasant. Breakfast is super rich, Taylor, Chinese and Western are placed side by side, and you can choose to eat. The service staff are very warm and kind. It s just a little far from the city center, it s really inconvenient for me. I love to live in the city center, the most important thing is to be close to department stores, shopping and eating, and I am very happy. I am the most unwilling to waste time riding a car. I mainly have a meeting and I have to arrange for the conference!

Hotel room could be cleaner. But rich breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Highly recommended is the hotel's Thai restaurant. The free shuttle to the sky train by boat should also be mentioned here. Ambience at the Chaopraya I liked personally.

We use club room in March. The room was spacious. Breakfast is available at the restaurant. Very fulfilling. There are many types of cocktail time food. It is also replenished. Sweets and fruit also. White often. Pool is crowded.

I enjoyed the pool and gym. The room with a great view of the river. Professional staff.

In the 80's 90's he was a BKK icon. Now it is a little ... Aged ... But always very pleasant to stay there

Loved this hotel and the lounge on the 24th floor was stellar. The spread was incredible and so were the views and the service. I was upgraded to a wonderful suite overlooking the ICONSIAM and the river. Spectacular. Little things like the nespresso machine in the room and fresh fruit with chocolates daily was a beautiful touch.

A conveniently located riverside hotel. Riverside pier and shopping complex nearby offers dinner cruises at evening time.

If you find a good offer here go for it. It is a normal hotel , standard rooms , their staff is nice but there aren't the perfect service of a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast is good but if your a muslim or a vegiterian you will find a small variety to choose from as the majority of the items are cooked with pork. There isn't any activities to do at night,their swimming pool is small, all of their rooms have the river view. There are smoking and non smoking rooms. The wc isnt really luxurious with a normal bathtub and no hand spray next to the wcs unless your booking a suite. The rooms are slightly unclean.
There is a mall next to the hotel (River city) which you can buy stuff and restaurants to dine in.
The hotel is next to a pier which makes it easy to transport using the speed boat.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and very well maintained. The food tastes and is always fresh. The breakfast buffet is very rich and always fresh. Sometimes the food is freshly prepared on request. The rooms are well air conditioned. The view from the room on Bangkok was very impressive from the 22nd floor.

Hotel was fine. It seems a bit worn. Carpets look in need of replacement. Staff friendly. Location is on the river so get to siam paragon takes about 20-30 min out of peak traffic hours. Breakfast and dinner buffet are well presented, fresh and lots of choices.

This hotel was amazing. The staff are friendly. The cleaning staff were excellent. Sheets changed every day. Chocolates and fruit every morning. Views of the river were fantastic. It has 2 pools. But the garden one was the best. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had at a hotel. There was so much to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Good service and delicious buffet here. The hotel also provides shuttle boat from the hotel to Sophan Taksin sky train station every 30mins,, very convinient but it takes sometimes to downtown.

Fantastic view of the river, service is good, mainly about location that I think it so great. The room is nice and clean. Variety of bar beverages selection. Even not a guest but just come to the bar next to the river also nice to sit and chill around. Great overall.

Ideal location, working services, nice poscina with the garden an excellent gym, in my opinion the rooms need a renovation mine was destroyed, cleaning can be done much better in the hall bathroom there was a spider's den above the mirror quite evident mediocre breakfast in the proposal, food even less in poor quality for me, we also always dined in the restaurant of the Feast hotel and in the dessert table I noticed I don't know how many micro insects that wallowed on all the sweets a really serious thing if you put the photo you would really have problems anyway to never again in this hotel after pointing it out to the meter he wanted to offer me a coffee.

Great location just slightly outside Bangkok's Chinatown. Very clean with all rooms facing the Chao Praya river. There is a free shuttle to the Skytrain station and to the new Icon Siam mall across the river. The bar/cafe on the riverside is a very good place to catch the sunset. Friendly staff.

The hallways smell. Room rates are quite high because this is comparable only with Turkey, 4-star hotel. You have to pay money for breakfast. I'm not sure I've been sick when I went into the pool. It has Thai and Italian resturants in it, but it still smells. Yeyibil omelet breakfast but did not seem very kind, but there is not much one can eat the citizens of Turkey. It is best to have the hilton on the opposite side of the river where you can try it cheaper than every 5 min. you can pass one. There's a shopping center across the street.

Staying in one of the rooms on the 17th floor. Great views over the river good position for site seeing. Friendly staff. Great place to stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times now, and its really a gem in Bangkok. Do check out the Garden in the hotel, peacock wandering around, an oasis in Bangkok.

It was originally the former headquarters of HSBC Bank. After the dismantling, the Sheraton Hotel was built.

Always a 5-Star experience! I visit this hotel often and the ones that don't recognize me are extremely welcoming, but the ones that do treat me like family. Love this hotel and their great team of exemplary service.
