Customer service is professional, but it is so transparent that as a women I am treated as a person who does not seem intelligent enough to research and know her numbers (ex: bait and switch, a car is offered at 0 APR, 72 months), how in the world does it shoot all the way up to $350 monthly payment or so, when the price of the vehicle is around $20,000, my estimate was $277.78. Insulting, treacherous, horrible.

I purchased the 2020 wrangler unlimited altitude from your dealership last saturday (10/5). I had a great experience with the Sales consultant Armando Martinez. He was helpful going the the various options, made me feel comfortable and helped me seal the deal!

Even though the wait was a little bit long (being a busy saturday), he checked on me regularly and ensured things were ok.

Armando did great and you need more folks like him to make every customer experience better!

Ehab Hassan was a wonderful salesman!! He was patient and informative...whatever he could not answer he made sure he found someone who could help. I did not come in with the expectation of buying because my heart was set on a manual transmission but Ehab won me over with a happy middle called Tiptronic here...still an old fashioned kind of girl but I do have to get with the time.

Brought my Jeep in for recall service. Found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Received phone calls with updates letting me know the status and what time the Jeep would be ready.

After calling multiple days in a row and confirming that one specific car listed on their site was available, we arrived only to be told that the car was not in inventory. They then kept trying to upsell to another model with options they were specifically told were nonstarters. No apology, no remorse. Classic case of bait and switch by an unethical dealership of snakes. Dealerships like this are what gives car salesmen bad names.

Customer service was extrodianory. Lisa Perez and Felicia Casale were awesome. My experience has not only gifted me with a newer vehicle but made me feel valued overall... Thanks again!

This is by far the most disrespectful staff of sales and management I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I went in with my interest to purchase a jeep and after an hour of speaking with a salesman named RJ Salas and receiving terrible service, I asked to speak to a manager who, according to the sale man did not want to speak to me "because you are not important right now, its a saturday and they are busy" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Additionally based on how aggressively he was asking for my social security number, i anticipate there is some form of fraud happening here. I have contact the BBB and reached out to JEEP Corp as well as the attorney general in NJ to determine if fraudulent activity is happening here.

I have been a long time customer at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep & Dodge... and I must say, out of all the experiences at Route 46, Ricardo Matienzo was the best salesperson I have worked with! I was in the market for an SUV and was greeted by Ricardo who took his time to answer all my questions. He was friendly, knowledge and took the time to understand my concerns. I am extremely happy with my new JEEP and the level of professionalism that I received from Ricardo!

Very bad place to buy a car,very unprofessional everyone working there,no recommended to nobody,I feel so sad I hope jeep take some actions to make shore that the sealers mast be trained and the managers too.

Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Rt 46 Chrysler. Great car. a couple of months later the oil change light went on, which seemed very soon after I bought the car for that light to go on. Brought it into my local guy that I have been using for 10 years to change the oil. While doing the oil he noticed that the tires, even though the tread was good, all 4 had dry rot. He said the tires were 3 1/2 years old and would be odd to have dry rot while still having good treads. When I originally looked at the car it had big knobby off road tires on it. They changed them before I bought the car as i did not want the off road tires. The only explanation is that these tires were sitting in their shop for years and they used them for this car. I called back to the sales person about having them take a look at the car and, if they found dry rot, to change the tires. And if they did not find dry rot, then I would accept that and move on. He spoke to the used car manager and he said that even if they found dry rot on the tires they would not do anything about it because i bought the car 2 month ago and I could have change them to put on old tires, basically trying to rip them off. I told the sales person that I was not happy with that and i would not bring it back to their place to take a look if they would not do anything even if there was a problem. He hung up on me. So, my fault for not finding the dry rot on the tires sooner, first time buying a used car from a dealer, and assumed they would not put old tires on the car....but live and learn.

I had the best experience with Jeffrey Farez, he answered and explained everything I wanted to know about the grand Cherokee I purchased from him. Definitely recommend him!

Put a down payment of $2,000 on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL in January 2018. The Jeep came in 5-8 weeks later I couldn t purchase the vehicle do to personal/financial/apr reasons. They don t want to return the money even do I ask in case I didn t like the vehicle and NEVER SIGNED any papers for any responsibility. The manager give me 101 excuses, I call the owner/corporation never answered my call. Is been 5months plus and no answers Very tricky dealership. Traying to bring the media, consumer affairs, etc. any recommendation?

BUT (has nothing to do with Bob). I almost walked out soon after walking into the reception desk. The young lady was very unprofessional and definitely should not be assigned to welcome clients or potential customers - unwelcomed attitude and terrible hospitality. However she managed to page "any available sales rep" to assist me. No one showed up for some time, fortunately she saw a young sales rep who appeared to run away from me but fortunately for me we saw each other eye to eye so he was basically forced to help - the demeanor of being forced to help me was very evident. As we walked towards his desk, I happened to see Bob who was friendly with me two years back when I purchased a new Jeep - and I said hi. Immediately the sales rep that I was with handed me over to Bob, like trying to get rid of a disease. I ended up with Bob and purchased a brand new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 less than an hour later.

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and all three times I was treated amazingly. My salesperson Sean was efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the perfect vehicle for me, and didn't mind that I was indecisive about what color I wanted. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family !

Bad service I don t recommend this dealership to anyone. They pulled my credit report and they added credit inquiries on my credit report before I even authorized it. Sales representative told me DO NOT WORRY there will be no inquiries added to your credit report. next day new inquiry showed up on my credit report. I called them I tried to explain what happened they said it was miss understanding and they can t do anything about it. The sales representative lied to me and then he turned it to be miss understanding.

My husband went in after getting a call from a salesman who had called back in response to a credit application filled out online. My husband informed him that he had bad credit. When my husband asked what percentage it would be he was told it was low interest and it's not based on credit score only earning potential. My husband brought pay stubs showing he makes 62k per year but when he picked out a vehicle. The specialty sales rep told him that even 20k would be 492 per month for 72 months. That ends up being 34k for a 20k car at 12.62% that's isn't low. The sales rep that called my husband was not the man who tried working with my husband. Why must people lie. Tell people the truth when you call them it would save time and aggrivation. This is why no one trust car sales people. My husband tried contacting the sales manager after he left but the receptionist keep diverting his call. Very unprofessional and the BBB will be informed

worst dealership ever don t come here its been a month and haven t get my refund, i gave a 1500$ down payment but i dint get the car because of insurance issues they told me they were going to refund the money but its been a month and i cant get a hold over the sales men they always transfer my calls and no one answers this is ridiculous waste of time and money

they told me a great price over the phone guaranteeing me it if i came down by a certain time, i manged to get out of work 3 hrs early to make it on time. once there they made me wait showed me different color car and didn't even come close to the quote. i wouldn't recommend anyone going there

I was told by a sales manager that if I wanted to lease a car, my lease payment would be for 50% of the cars MSRP, not including interest/Money Factor; regardless of the cars depreciation amount or residual value. He told me that anyone who leases a car always pays 50% of the MSRP. All lies so I left. I laughed as I walked out. Bad business by Bill Murillo, Dolores Rodriguez and Route 46 Jeep.

The sales people are always helpful and never say it can't be done. They always work out what you want and not what they want to sell you. Always the best experience when I come.

Walked into the dealership without expecting to purchase a car. Because it was a 2014 with no miles on it, I was able to buy a new 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland about $10k below sticker price. They were fair and motivated to sell and gave me a great value on my trade-in as well.

Many people have negative comments about car dealerships and I am one of them but not for this particular dealer. My salesman, the finance person, the assistants were all on point. Made my car buying experience pleasant and will definitely be my first stop when I am shopping for my next car.

I came all the way from PA to purchase a great priced Wrangler I saw online. When I got to the dealership, not only did they honor the price the posted, but I got to work with great staff as well. Shehab, the salesman and his manager, Bill, made me feel very welcome and the took great care of me. I was in and out like no time and Shehab is very knowledgeable on his products and helped explain all the features of the car. My road trip down to NJ was well worth it!

Bought a pre owned vehicle at this dealership not to long ago. I had a hard time getting approved at other places. When i walked in a lovely lady name Katherine greeted me. I explained my situation and she said they would do everything in their power to help me get a new car. Katherine came through, her and and a young man name Marvin helped me get a new car! I am very happy with my experience and will continue to recommend this dealership. When others say no, they say YES!

My sales person ( JR Villanueva) was very patient and even a month later any questions I have is still there. Shameful customer service. I called from out-of-state, ready to make a cash offer on a used vehicle, but a salesperson hung up on me twice when they heard I wasn't local. At least have the respect to tell me you don't want to talk rather than hanging up. Very rude.

Dont even deserve one star. ABSOLUTELY the worst dealership ever. I had got a jeep compass 2014 when it first came out. The lease was up in about 30 days and it broke down completely. When i called they said they cant do anything about it and the next appointment would be in 6 days!!! Later i went to them to get a -better deal- since ive been customers with them for years and again they make up something and try to make me pay more. This dealership is honestly cold hearted and evil. Imagine the person you knew your whole life than one day he just hits you. Its was a shock!!! They were such a*****. Sorry for my language..i told them im going to switch to hyndaui and there response was "hyndaui is not the same as jeep" unbelievable. Ive been with jeep since 1992!!! Now im with hyndaui because my brother and father been with hyndaui for 8 years. So mad this really happened to me!!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the experience could not have been better. We were treated like valued customers from the moment we walked through the door and Dean made the whole process seamless. He did not pressure us into buying a vehicle we were not interested in and was very honest through the whole process. I would gladly recommend this dealership to a friend and would do business with Dean in the future!

Many other dealerships looking for a specific vehicle. When I got to this place I was greeted by a Steven Jiminez. He was very professional. His knowledge of the product helped me make a decision that day and he was very low pressure and courteous. The whole process from beginning to end was delightful.
5 star delearship!!

We purchased our vehicle from route 4 jeep in Paramus and regretted it immediately. Not only did the level of service nose dive the second we agreed on the price and signed, they sent our loan application to 7 different banks (therefore negatively impacting our credit!!), we had to call them several times to find out when we could pick up the vehicle and when we finally went in to pick up the vehicle, neither the payment nor the interest rate they quoted when we agreed to purchase the vehicle were honored. Within 3 weeks of picking up the vehicle, the engine malfunction light came on and we were dreading having to go to a dealer after our nightmare experience when we purchased. We called route 4 Paramus several times but apparently they don't actually answer their phone! We decided to try route 46 Jeep and we were very pleasantly surprised with how courteous and efficient the service was. Our service advisor Sal was great. He explained the whole process and was extremely polite. I can't speak to their sales group but their service group was excellent. We'll be going to Route 46 Jeep for all our service!!

Elvin Fermin from this dealer is a rude, condescending sales person. Stay away. Instead of helping, he kept insulting us about not understanding the financing and other issues, while he was not even answering our questions directly.Save yourself time and money and do not go there.
