Bad customer service. I called days prior to make an appointment to do a oil and filter change in my car for Friday December 28, 2018. The person in the phone told me they don t do appointment to do this type of service. On Friday, I wait for 2 hours my turn to do this action and when it was my turn they told me only people with appointments. I requested to talk with the manager Don Soffiria, and he refused to talk. I m new on the city and I was looking for a reliable place to do this type of action on my car. Horrible, no excuses, bad customer service. To the management you have problems with your staff and supervisors.

I have a Chrysler Aspen with more than 130,000 miles on it. I credit the service dept at this dealership for this. My car drives like new and they keep it that way. Went there to check car that suppose to be avaialble according to their webiste but it wasnt. Also find out that prices are 2000 more than they show on the listings. Person was nice but wasnt really listening what i am looking for just keep offering what he wants. Didnt know a lot about the cars too...

After months of not being able to have my son's handicapped van fixed by another place which kept charging me but not fixing it, I came to Chrysler dealership in Little Falls and met some amazing people. Once they examined the car and realized how extensive the work might be, they realized that since I am out of work, the hourly rate is way beyond my means. The service manager without saying anything to me, instructed his staff to work on the car and didn't charge except for the cost of the first 2 hour of assessment. The Act of Kindness demonstrated by the Service Manager (Scott) and Tracey Mallory is forever appreciated. The entire car was rewired and the handicap accessible doors and ramp is once again working.

I have never had a worse experience. Not just with a car dealership but with any business in general. The service department of this dealership was been very unhelpful to say the least.
I brought my RAM 1500 in to have two issues fixed. It has now been three weeks and i still don't have my truck. Every time I call or show up to ask about my truck they give me the run around. I spoke with the manager, who assured me the truck would be done last week. This dealership obviously does not care about it customers. I would go somewhere else.

I have a 2018 dodge Durango r / t and it has been a year since I had it and it started to give me problems since the beginning of 2019, almost my car has been in the dealer since there and they have not been able to solve the problems, the worst was the radio Since I put on the new radio, I have stayed for 2 and a half months because the system was damaged when I put the radio on and then they gave it to me and it did not last a week that I was given the car again and the worst was driving on the road. I turn off the dash of the millero and the radio and the car began to lose power, I had to park next to the rt17 and turn the car on several times to make it work for me and the next day I went to the dealer and I did not want to revive the car since I did not have a car to rent until they fix it, the bad service they have there, I really do not recommend that you buy cars there because they have bad service and damage the car and they do not call to know how the car is not even considered with one and change the car because if you have In many problems it is preferable to have the car changed since one loses the confidence of the vehicle. I really didn't think a 2018 dodge Durango was that bad. I'm really sorry to buy a car at that dealer ..

Being a first time car shopper you hear all these horror stories about dealerships being pushy and not helpful or spending your entire day there, but my experience was the complete opposite. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and they didn t convince me to anything higher and appreciated my budget all while helping me walk our with a car I was comfortable with. Every single person I ve encountered today had a smile on their face and helped me remain positive through the whole process. Couldn t thank them enough!
Horrible experience, went to look at an available 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was listed on their site. False advertising, they told me that it was already sold and furthermore, they refused to let me use my own financing company even though they accept it. Do not do business with these people unless you like to be scammed.

If I could give them zero stars I would, but I went to the mechanic to get my Dodge Ram fixed. The only thing they had to do was to take my throttle and get it cleaned, but it was never done. They charged me $260 for something they didn't do! I spoke to a manager and she was not very helpful. I will never bring bring my truck back to this place ever again; they were very unprofessional.

I went to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge after seeing their commercial making it "fun and easy" and looking at the huge inventory online. With the help of my sales consultant Mike Mangano I found the truck I've always wanted! My credit is not the best so Mike had to work hard along with sales manager Jim Johnson to make the numbers I needed work. These guys worked some magic and I drove off that day in my truck. My entire experience there was great, big beautiful showroom even went into the service area where Tracey L. Mallory checked our current Jeep for any re-calls. There actually was one and she was able to schedule appointment for it to be taken care of. I would recommend going here for your next car purchase. This is by far the most unethical and unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to. THE ADVERTISED CAR PRICE WILL NOT BE HONORED AND IS USED AS A BAIT AND SWITCH.
After several days of corresponding with Stephanie I schedule a time to meet and test drive the car. I drove up from Philadelphia (2 hour drive) and had asked her to hold the car until I get up there. When I arrive, I learn that she had left several hours before our scheduled meeting and had not told anyone about the car that I was coming up to see. I also learn that the car was sold before I made the trip up there! I even spoke with Stephanie on the phone as I was about to leave Philadelphia and was not informed that the car had sold.
If that wasn't bad enough, When I sit down with Marcell he also informs me that they would not have honored the price advertised on Autotrader. He informs me that the price advertised required a vehicle trade in, a special rebate, and an additional requirement that "Stephanie should have gone over on the phone." None of these factors were on the Autotrader advertisement nor did Stephanie mention any of this over the several days we were speaking on the phone.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Stay away from Stephanie and Marcell!
Very Bad Experience. We called one hour before our visit to confirm about the Ram 1500 availability. Their manager confirmed that the pick up Truck is available. And after one hour when we reached there they said truck was sold. This was really bad. We drove straight 50 mints to there. Please visit this Place if you confirm 100 percent car is over there otherwise you will waste your time
My first "NEW CAR" experience in my life. Bought a 2014 Wrangler 4 door. This dealership could not have made the experience more pleasurable. Ed Harney is your "go-to" guy. Absolutely no pressure and like buying you car from a personal friend. I went to about 4 other dealerships before visiting them. They have a huge inventory off site that you can take your time to look through without a salesman looking over the shoulder. This dealership has won a customer for life...and by the way, this JEEP is absolutely awesome. Take one for a test drive. Love it !

Worst service dept I have ever been too. Was told to bring my Ram 1500 there for repair by Ram legal Dept after sending in lemon law papers. I was told a "specialist" was going to fix the truck, I should have had a 4 year old do it instead.
Very important!!! Read the whole thing!!! When you just come out of this place you'll be happy and write good reviews. until 3 months later your first payment comes and you find out that everything you signed for is different but you are happy because your monthly payments are less than what was originally agreed BUT you OWE MORE than the agreed amount, and now you have a different financial institution. Basically they refinance your loan and by that justify all the changes and the new terms which seem better for you but are not. I ended up owing over $7,000 in warranties and insurances some of which are NOT in the original contract and for me it took me some calling and digging, to find out. So, I cancelled all the warranties and extra protections and the "premier maintenance" (which was offered as free but in reality it was $1,600 but offered or presented as "free" because I had a $3,000 rebate) which took 45 days and got back 6,192 toward the principal and now I find out that In reality I paid the FULL PRICE for the car and that the supposed $3,000 discount NEVER HAPPENED and I owed more 7,000+ dollars on top of the WHOLE price of the car and it's all BS and super expensive warranties and the Premier Maintenance which was supposed to be "Free." And some of these things are NOT in the contract and you end up paying taxes on all that. But where is my $3,000 rebate that shows in the contract I have home???? Well, they switch things around when they refinance your loan and you think you are happy because your monthly payments are 30 dollars less and apparently it's a better deal but YOU OWE more money in TOTAL.This place will scam you and some of these practices are gray area illegal but they appear justifiable since they refinanced your loan and now you have a better monthly payment than the one stipulated in the contract that you signed and agreed to, originally. When going to dealers in general just say you want to see in the contract the price of the car and the taxes and nothing else and don't accept no discounts because they will play you and at all times discuss the total amount of your loan AND the monthly payments and make sure the two match. All dealers have to make money but Rt.46 will really excel in screwing you over. Worst scam I've experienced in a dealer but so FINESSED that you won't even see it coming when they change those contracts under the pretense they are helping you out. After you buy with them, just come and read this again and you will know first hand know what this long essay really means. This will probably help you get rid of those extras they will put without your knowledge. The disrespect is real. Peace to all.

Service department are crooks. While waiting, I overheard technicians talking about how they were going to bill customers for more labor time than it took.
I was there to reprogram my key fobs and they wanted $120. Left and went to another dealership where it was only $75.
This was my first visit to the service department at Route 46 Dodge and they were great. Having been going to another dealership for the past 2 years, I can't imagine going anywhere else now. Danny called with updates and made sure I understood what was going on with my Charger. Looking forward to leasing my next car there as well.

Since March 2015, I have used Route 46 C-J-D as the dealership to service my Dodge Charger when it needs repairs and/or maintenance. I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and mechanics at this dealership. Juan and the office staff try their best to service the customer, and so do the mechanics/technicians.
Went in to look & left WITH new car! Looked around & knew what we wanted, but still got answers when needed! "Dre" was great! Very helpful & knowledgeable. If he wasn't sure, he found out immediately. Whole process took less than 3 hours... On a Saturday!!!

Bought a beautiful 2020 Dodge Durango from Route 46 back in May thru Smile auto...my dream car that just turned into a nightmare.....dashboard not working ...usbs not working ...but most of all my plates still didn't come in 3 tickets now later....customer service makes you wait on phone for hours.....well...now they have until August 15 then every agency, lawyer and Chrysler headquarters will know my story

A fraudulent dealership - Beware! The parts manager was extremely rude and uneducated. Was insistent that I should sign a sales tax exemption form even though I paid full tax. Service manager didn't have time to address this and the customer service lady didn't seem to understand anything either.
Carlos ( Serive manager )is So nasty he hung up on me and then threatened to do so again if he wasn t the one in control and talking! He then tells me that he (wants!) $600 for a diagnostic of the check engine on the vehicle and he wanted me to authorize it with no sustential information on hand!
Then he tells me the following: it s not my problem that your truck has issues, I need to pay my mechanics and I have to get paid no matter even if the trucks under warranty... scamming me and defrauding the client is the way this manager deals with me!
Previous issue with the job they have done, arose and he refused to get it fixed, told me to take it back to the other place Service department also damaged my pick up trucks side and Serviee manager disregarded it! I m going up the steps on this one... BBB, FCA- DISTRICT MANAGER, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, of this finest help I m writing to write a letter to the manufacturer...

almost didn't go because of all the negative reviews, called an hr before they closed and asked if the car i wanted was still available, drove 3 hrs the following morning and these people did nothing but help me get the car I wanted, John the manager was very professional, they messed up and listed the car lower then intended and immediately changed it, he honored that price due to me driving from pa, finance manager was awesome, no hidden charges, very knowledgeable and helpful, overall 5 start experience and thats saying something because I'm not a big people person.
