I had the best experience at this dealership.. My sales rep was Maria Grantham and she did a great job getting me exactly what I wanted.. I loved that she was so confident when she spoke about how great their finance team was. She went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. She also took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and that we got the best of the best.. We happily drove off in our new Jeep Wrangler.. We did extensive research on jeeps before we came into Route 46. We were very pleased with the sales rep who met us as soon as we arrived, Pablo Deniz. He was flexible about letting us take the car for a drive without him and answered all our questions knowledgeably. We had only intended to shop and price compare but we left as owners of an awesome Wrangler jeep! I highly recommend the Route 46 dealership! Ask for Pablo!

My wife and I purchased a Renegade a few months ago. Frankly we felt pressured into also purchasing the vehicle protection plan. Our mistake for not taking more time to understand the details, we will admit some responsibility there. However, after checking with our insurance company we found out that the coverage plan was not necessary for us.

My wife called and emailed a cancellation request to the finance manager and was told it would take 6 weeks to process. 2 1/2 months later, our bank didn't get a refund check. She called the finance manager CONSTANTLY, left messages, sent emails, had the assistant leave a note on the finance managers desk and nothing was responded to. She finally went into the dealership and was completely disrespected by the finance manager. He acknowledged that he had received her emails and the note that was put on his desk and when she asked why he didn't reach out to me, he shrugged and didn't have an answer. She was not apologized to and was spoken to very inappropriately by this person. After being told again that it would be taken care of we checked in with the bank again and they STILL HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. They continue to compensate off our loses having this plan with obviously no care. DO NOT PURCHASE A PROTECTION PLAN FROM THESE THIEVES.

I would love to hear a response from someone at Jeep but I won't hold my breathe..

Wow isn t enough to say how amazing this experience was. This is my first time buying a brand new vehicle through a dealership. The members at this dealer are extremely kind and professional. My salesman Sean went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted within my budget. He went above and beyond for me and quite frankly I ve never had customer service as good as this. I would highly recommend getting a car here. I can t speak for all salesman but Sean will help you get the car you deserve. So next time you decide to visit rt 46 ask for Sean musalaev you won t be disappointed!

I was very undecided as to what I wanted a new or used car for my son, our salesperson, Muldeen was extremely patient with us and showed us many cars. He was not pushy but very helpful and made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and go see Muldeen!

Very happy with my bringing in my Jeep for service. I own an 2008 Jeep Patriot and really wasn't happy with my previous dealership. I was having issues that a local mechanic couldn't fix and my check engine light kept remaining on. The service department was friendly, told me what I had to fix, what should be fixed, and what would be coming up soon.

I recently went into the service center with my girlfriend who owns a dodge charger. She has been complaing of transmission issues for the past several years and every time she brought it in they told her that it just needed a computer update. Now the problem still is happening so she took it back and now they are claiming the transmission needs to be replaced but the warranty has ran out a few months ago so she will have to pay over $4,500 for a new one. I will never buy anything from them and they are very un-proffessional.

This dealership is the worst dealership ship we've had to deal with and we only been dealing with them over a month, bought a car and in 4 weeks the car would stop run, dash board light keeps coming on, so far the was return 3 times, my husband uses his vehicle to work because of this my husband already two days of work, everytime we take the car to get FIX, it comes back with the same problem, 2015 Nissan Altima, certified preowned car.......i cant take this headache anymore. They give is a rental and we told them we don't want the car cause its not safe if it keep shutting off like that, as of now we still dony have a car, And to make it worst the sales guy have their Mechanic call my husband to tell him the car was ready after we made it very clear last week qe dont want the car, CAUSE ITS THE THIRD TIME WE ARE TAKING THE CAR BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.

Had a perfect experience with my sales person Pedro Pena! Purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger and it was a great experience. He was helpful, thoughtful and was willing to work with me. Never did I feel pressured or obligated to move forward with an action. Offered me a variety of options for when it came to settling on a deal. Pedro also worked with my budget and made sure to make me aware of a variety of incentives. Overall great experience and I would recommend you to visit Route 46 dodge and ask for Pedro at the dealer. He was understanding, helpful, mindful but most importantly did not make me feel obligated or pressured to buy, which was common from other dealerships.

Recieved a call from the service manager. Gentleman was professional and addressed my concerns. He cleared up all miscomunications. I appreciate his professionalism.

Lets take it from the top. I went in to trade my 16 Jeep for a vehicle with a 3rd row. You play the typical back and forth with pricing. I made it clear where I wanted to be with zero down and what was offered at another dealer. Sales manager came back with a "great" price with the agreement that the vehicle is taken home today. Sat around all day in the waiting room with my wife and kids, waiting for the finance manager. Literally hours because we could not leave with the vehicle we were trading in and they were busy. Finally get into the finance managers office, and guess what! I owe $1,2xx. I guess my understanding and the managers understanding of what zero down means is different. It is now evening time, I pay because I am not going to waste an entire day and wanted to get my restless kids home. Walk out to the vehicle, the vehicle is dirty. Sand inside the center console, tire crayon marks on the tires, something sticky in the door, there is dirt specs under the paint (not the dealers fault, a few cars had it on the lot, must be a dodge thing) and one of the keys had been misplaced so we went home with only one key that day. Turns out the vehicle was not PDI'd. For those of you who arent familiar with what that is. Its the pre-delivery inspection, tires pressures are set (they were all at 50 psi, which is normal for a car that sits in a delaer lot), vehicle is taken out of transport mode, wheel locks are put on etc. Take off in the vehicle, I notice the headlights make an aweful clunking noise when turning on the highbeams. Now vehicle has to be scheduled to be brought in to perform everything. Salesman took care of setting a loaner and ensuring a key was ordered. Fast forward to the day of appointment. Arrive at 8am on a Friday. There is a decent line waiting for service. You just sit in your car and wait for someone to eventually acknowledge you. 20 minutes later, a service advisor comes out, I discuss what the vehicle is in for and informed him I had a loaner reserved. There is a valet in a tie dye deadpool shirt, sweatpants and headphones on moving vehicles. The only reason I knew he worked there is because no one is going to put floor mat and seat covers in a car they are about to take. I am directed to a counter for the loaner. Counter directs me back to advisor for some paper. Recieve paper and go back to counter. Most dealers it is normal that they put a CC on file in case of damage etc to loaner. Route 46 however automatically charges you $250 and issues a refund when you return the vehicle. Loaner dept walks out to car to perform inspection. We go over it and the lady tells me im good to leave. I dont know the advisors name, didnt sign an RO, was not given an ETA, a point of contact, nothing. On my way I go. All day Friday, Saturday, Monday, no updates on vehicle. I contact my salesman this afternoon, checks with service and they said it is ready. I pick up the vehicle and surprise, all they did was put on wheel locks. Vehicle is still dirty, headlights still clunk. The salesmen held up his part and got me the missing key. I dont know what was done, because I wasnt given a copy of the RO upon pickup either but considering everything, it safe to say, just wheel locks were put on. At this point I will pay to have my vehicle detailed, and Ill pass on the first "free" oil change the dealer offers come time for it. This is my wife's vehicle, the saying goes happy wife, happy life. She isnt exactly thrilled at the moment. I can however say the 18 Durango R/T all blacked out is a spacious, comfortable, vehicle.

Against all odds, after being turned down multiple times and given the run around by other dealerships, I saw a sign off of the highway and decided to give Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge a chance! I was given Darren Katz as my Finance Manager and he definitely got the job done! He worked a deal that would ultimately work for me! Plenty of great people make poor decisions and he offered insight but most of all understanding!

I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone! It was a process, but the process truly paid off in the end!

Everybody was super customer friendly from the minute that I walked into the doors. Bought my first ever Jeep SUV with Arlennys Acevedo and Erick Mendez 's help. They were both so great to work with, and it was nice not to feel like just another signed contract. They explained everything and helped with whatever needed to be done so I could get out of there as quickly as possible. This was the first time I have ever had a really good experience at a dealership. Will definitely go back for my next car.

I wish I could give this place a 5 star but unfortunately I cannot . The sales department is amazing and I was able to buy my car with every questions answered and such a great deal . However their service department and the individuals who take your car are ALWAYS switching . The staff is constantly changing of what I have noticed . Today I walked in and the gentlemen who helped me gave me information about my car today gave me different information from my previous visit . As I am talking to the gentleman one of the employees walks in WITHOUT a mask and than gives something to an employee and walks out . As a consumer and also a service provider I have never had exceptional service that I have expected from them . The staff is always telling you one thing than its something else . I clearly got frustrated because the gentleman shows me a paper that he printed that I have no idea what it means. Apparently the paper stated I had to pay for an oil change when the last time , they told me I was cover for a couple more visit . I always ask because I KEEP track of everything . Its funny how sometimes I genuinely believe men try to take advantage of woman because they think we just dont know . As he than proceeded with he is following the computer which Last time the guy tried to charge me for something that I already paid for . Its honestly a joke , clearly all they care about is money. I was under the impression that I had to get my car serviced with Jeep since I had bought it their a little bit over 2 years now but I wont . If I have to pay for a service I will be paying for a service I like and with people who make me feel like I am in good hands .

The worst part about it is that someone will probably reach out because as a business owner I reach out to my guest if they are happy or unhappy and I dont want anything. I dont want a service for free with individuals or a facility that doesn't care . During my last visit they had individuals in the waiting room with no masks on . They have signs EVERYWHERE like why wouldn t you follow the rules or enforce them .The worker who I approached to see if he can say something to this individual said Oh they ratchet . I can only imagine what this place says when you walk out . I ended up speaking to a lady who I believe was a manager and she was so nice and apologize for her staff . Im so disappointed , I bought my first car here and I will probably not buy another from here .

Read everything and ask for written prove and a physical copy of what they offer you and you sign for..or even better. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. I went to buy my Town and country after the lease was about to end. They told me I would get 4% and a loan for 5 years. I told them to let me think about it and they got really mad at me claiming I made them waste their time. I was there for 45 minutes and they claimed they were making calls for the past 2 hours(I saw them seating and chatting doing nothing on their office). I should have left at that moment. Then guy left the office and brought like 3 managers to convince me. I must say one of them was calm and explained the details pretty well. So I decided to sign. Then the guy starts giving me the papers and when I ask for a copy he said they do not do that anymore because everything is digital. And u could recieved a copy later. After I received my first statement I realized it was not 4% but 4.7% interest. And not for 5 but for 7 years!!!. When I call the bank they say that there is nothing that can be done because I already sign the papers. I know it was also my fault but aren't we suppose to trust this guys?

This place should be sued for fraud! I brought in an older jeep with broken gauges. I asked for a price quote first before I put money into it. They quoted me $900. I said no and that I would be picking up the car. Literally 10 min later, they called and said the car won't start! REALLY!??? This blatant fraud! I drove the jeep there, and they broke it deliberately No way would I leave it there in their grubby hands and have them "fix it". I had it towed to my mechanic. I had to pay the $130 "diagnostic" fee but I want my money back! I wouldn't have them service my car EVER! Beware of this place!

Not only did they lure me in with a super low price online for a car, and then try to tell me that it was only a "promotional price" that I didn't qualify for (not a previous customer) - even after I was told online that it was the list price - but they eventually, with much deliberation, agreed to a price with me and had me come in a second time. Upon my second visit, they had me wait about 30 minutes while they "finished up deals" and eventually had me talk to a finance person. I was with him for probably 20 minutes while he needed to keep restarting his machine and for some reason couldn't print out any contracts or warranty options. After leaving his office and waiting another 15 minutes, I asked to see the car one last time before I signed.

They said they couldn't find the keys.

The car was already sold.

They made me come there twice. I left early from work twice. I was willing to make a sizeable purchase, and they just ran me around like a joke. To whomever bought the 2016 GLC300, I hope they didn't charge you the full $37000 they asked from me initially, because I had them agree to $27991 (the bait and switch internet price) before they delayed me long enough for you to sign the paperwork so they'd get more commission.

Upon leaving, I was visibly annoyed, and the salesperson asked "why are you mad at me, I didn't buy the car"

It baffles me how someone could attempt to sell me a car without having the keys in hand.

I would give this dealer a negative star but the opinion is not available. My experience with this dealership has taught me read reviews before investing your hard earned money. They will sell you a dream and make it into a nightmare, I was even told I we don t give free hand out here by a so called manager (Kera ext:1259) after I paid 2,200 for a repair and my car came out worst then when I bought it in. afterwards they ended up fixing their mistake but not the repair i initially can for I even changed all four tires to see if they can work with me and nothing my tire pressure battery suppose bad but I was never told but yes a 500$ bill ended up wit another bill of 3,900 for another repair witch should ve been the original repair they were suppose to make. This place is a joke 100%

I recently had a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership. When I called Chrysler they directed me to this place. When I called to make the appointment they were extremely helpful and had a rental car ready for me when I arrived. They kept me updated and when I came to pick up my vehicle there was another issue, they took it back no questions asked and again let me know what the status was. I will be using this dealership for all my Jeep needs from here on out.

Terrible service department . I called a week ago for a service appointment for a specific time and I showed up on time to only be told that it s a three hour wait and that I m not guaranteed anything if I come back later . Why would an appointment exist in the first place if it s not on time on their part. They re wasting customers time , people that have work or children have to arrange babysitters or call off from work in order to get a service done here then , since the appointments aren t on time . I called the front desk and the lady said that they don t call customers ahead of time to let them know that they re going to be delayed or if they have shortage in technicians. Conveniently the manager wasn t in either.

We were there for over an hour and never even had the opportunity to speak to a salesperson or see the car. Instead, we were practically berated by the finance manager. He is rude, arrogant, and aggressive. Unfortunately, I do not even know anyone s name, because no one bothered to introduce themselves. Hello, I was just there today which is march 24 2017
I asked 7 of the guys for help they didn't really help like they didn't care . And I had to talk with supervisor for help I was little mad . The first thing he told me was you're in private property and I want you to leave now before I call the cops .
I was going to buy 60 thousand dollars brand new Dodge Ram pay in cash ..
That's how they do to customers ?
Customers can't get angry if they can't help the customers ?
Maybe the manager thought that I was an immigrant?
Maybe the customer didn't wear good things ?
Well I know I didn't deserve it I'm just letting you guys know that they don't really care about customers .

I got my 2016 Cherokee there. They have the biggest inventory and variations you could find in any Northern Jersey dealer. It was a very smooth and fast transaction. Since then, i get my Jeep serviced there with no charge as complimentary since i got my Jeep from them. Another good thing is, they have the express oil change which you don't have to take appointment in advance. And they care of it in 45 minutes with multi point inspection. What else would you need? I am satisfied with their service!!

So I know this dealer is not well rated on yelp but I absolutely had a great experience working with Eddie Meta. It started with an online search for the car we were interested in, going there and meeting with Ed that day was our luck, no haggling about price no BS about upgrade this or that. He was honest and enthusiastic to show us everything about all the awesome features in the car we purchased. When we wound up loving the car and purchasing it the day we test drove, it was a longer day then we anticipated and he set my kids up with pizza when they started getting antsy. I don t know about the rest of the people there but for a great experience I would definitely recommend Ed!

I dropped my car off with an appointment with minor work to be done no one ever called me to let me know the status of my vehicle. When I called they said the advisor left for the day. I had to go pick up things that I needed for work the next day and the guy, Juan, that was there was little to no help at all he was on his phone playing a game and made it clear that he did not want to be there (the girls at the desk are great). Everyone kept telling me that they had no clue what was going on with my car, and they told me my advisor, Danny, would call me the next day. I did not get a call and I had to call them only to find out they did not even touch my car again after being there for two entire days. When I came to pick it up no one could find the keys.

I wemt there for a quote to buy a car, a week later I saw online that the price of the car dropped 1000 dollars and when I called to see if the monthly payment would drop they played stupid. I would never ever ever ever would go or recommend this place and their other store Rt 46 Nissan....bounch of crooks!!!!! Ask for a break down of the charges and they play dumb and the corner and pressure you to sign papers!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!

I will start off by saying this was the smoothest car purchase in my life! The ENTIRE team there is so professional, very sweet and EFFICIENT. We were in and out! The service was top notch. I came here after coming from a different dealership that was a nightmare. I drove all the way to Little Falls from Princeton and I will do it again every time I get a new truck, that's how pleased I am. Andy in finance, is amazing! He is HONEST..
