I get a phone call to pick up my registration because I signed paperwork for them to transfer my plates from my old car I turned in to get a new car. I come there today to pick up my registration to find out they got me new plates. My paperwork clearly states it s a transfer. My sales rep and her boss are out I ask for someone else to help me. They tell me to go to the managers desk for them to tell me I have to wait until the manager and sales rep are in tomorrow they can t help. At every company there is always a manager higher then the one you need to speak. For them to have the so sad to bad attitude.
