i'm only giving them one star because i cant give them 0. i went here with my friend to buy a jeep cherokee we went on a saturday 2/6/16. they rushed us and everything. she never signed anything except a spot delivery form and gave them a cashiers check for deposit. when we left on saturday 2/6/16 with the car they forgot to give her the key to the car so we were stranded on route 3. then she was supposed to go back monday 2/8/16 and they kept rescheduling until finally she went back on thursday 2/11/16. the rates and monthly payment they had discussed on 2/6/16 were not what they were giving her on 2/11/16 thursday. she didnt want the car anymore but they refused to give her money back. i would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone they are scammers!!! we filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general of new jersey.
