Harold Brown was an excellent, efficient and courteous technician. He repaired a busted water pipe that broke late in the day. He went the extra mile to cap it off and come back the next day once the city turned off the water to repair the valves and add stronger piping to the outdoor faucet. He recommended adding a shut off valve in the house for any future emergency. I would call to request him again.
