I requested this company to come and find a leak and got charged for them to find nothing. My technician, Dan, goes into every bathroom and looks under every sink and says it must be related to the roof and he would have to charge $175 to cut into my ceiling to further investigate. Mind you, it hasn t been raining and we re both standing in my kitchen watching the water drip down the side of my cabinet.
The next day I have a general contractor, who is not a professional plumber, come out to readjust the tarp on my roof and mention to him that I have a leak and within 5 minutes he sees it s coming from the master bathroom supply line.
RooterPlus, if you don t want to do the job, just say that; as opposed to telling me nothing is wrong and taking my money and run.
