Wow! What an experience! I had scheduled an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. I thought the team would show-up, do the clean out and leave. We have only been living in our home for two years and thought everything was okay with the septic and never realized how bad it was. Kris was very polite and up front with us about the issues he found after opening up the tank. It seems that the tank had never been serviced since the house was built in 2007. Kris showed me the problems, discussed the issues and solutions to me. He even took the time to talk to my husband on the phone. Kris was very professional and honest.
