I contacted RooterPlus on a Friday and they were able to send someone out to help me Saturday morning. Jake R. was the Service Pro who showed who helped fixed my blocked up toilet. He was professional, but even better, he was very personable...which I always appreciate. If further service is ever needed in the future, I would request him personally to come help me out!
