She gave us suggestions as to decor and living room and bedroom sets and now our home looks fabulous. We have been given a lot of compliments by friends and family about our furniture. Good service, nice facility and smart sales people. I d like to warn people not to purchase the Sofia Vegara sectional, leather couch with the built-in recliner chairs. It was $4,200 which seemed fair upon purchasing, but we have now nicknamed it The Abyss because it swallows remote controls, phones and toys...never to be seen again lol. Regularly, we have to completely dismantle the sections in hopes of recovering your belongings. Other times we send one of our children underneath the sharp, metal component filled gauntlet, with a flash light just to hunt for lost items. (I am not exaggerating as this is a complete nightmare and the internal metal components under the chairs are extremely hazardous). Also, when you sit on the couch at the store, it seems comfortable and it is certainly good looking. However, when you re really wanting to kick back and relax (potentially fall asleep) it is extremely uncomfortable for some reason...maybe because it only extends partially. In short, I despise this couch.

I ordered a mattress set from this location. They delivered it the next day and that was great. Unbeknownst to me, I did not know that I had to pay a disposal fee to get rid of my old mattress. I told the sales clerk, Gi Gi, that I would like for the delivery people to dispose of the old mattress. Due to back problems, I cannot lift anything heavy. She reassured me that they would take care of it. Thanks to her, I had to look at 2 sets of mattresses for two days until a friend came to assist me with it.

I rarely leave negative comments, i get over it and move on. This one was not the case, walked in Gigi helped me out & showed me the different bed sets they had. I purchased a bed set & mattress, for obvious reasons (Covid) the set was back ordered until 2/3 - which is fine i had no problem waiting 15 days. The day of the delivery arrived & the two men that were making the drop off noticed that a metal piece on the side was missing. Explained to me and my husband that with out it they weren t able to build it. The younger guy called dispatch and reported the issue, I was advised to call customer service and report to them which i did. Waited 2 days for a call back from them and was advised that the missing was was going to be sent over night which was a lie since i received it that following Monday. I was told that as soon as i received the missing piece a tech would be sent out to assemble the bed set. Which was another lie i had to call customer service again and schedule a tech to come out. Took them a week to send someone & to our surprise the piece that was sent was not even the right one..... took it upon myself & took a picture of what i needed went up to the store & physical showed a lady in the back corner what is that i needed. She reported it to customer service & again the waiting game.. two weeks passed by i decided to finally call since i had lost all hope that they ever would. Came to realize that the supposedly spoke to my sister which is another lie my brother is the one on the account. Long story short a supervisor called me within 30 min after my call to the store. I was advised that they were replacing the two side rails with new ones. Two men showed up on 2/25 to FINALLY assemble my bed set. Jokes on me since this guy refused to set my mattress (that was purchased from rooms to go) on the bed set because 1. I needed a box spring or 2. I needed to purchase bunkie boards. Which is reasonable after this unprofessional sales person sold us a 2k mattress & failed to inform us about it. This is the 1st and last time i will ever purchase from this company. Not worth the trouble, plus the terrible customer service.

I'll start by saying I bought a $500 ottoman. My friend and I walked in to a sea of sales people ready to jump. One did. We walked by no less than 15 other sales people. Granted, it was the 4th of July so they were probably expecting a crowd. Our guy was less than genuine... being a sales person myself, I have high expectations for someone I'm about to drop money with. He seemed irritated I was asking questions that he was unable to answer. At one point, I assume when he "assumed" he wasn't going to make a sale... he left us. After me hovering for about 15 min while he waited at the door for the next victim, I went and got a different sales person and asked if someone could help me because I wanted to buy something. About that time, the original sales guy magically showed back up. If I could give any feedback to management is at least disguise the fact your team works on commission. None the less, they had the product I wanted so I bought it. Delivery scheduled for Thursday. I'll update when we see how that experience is. Oh. And they Automatically added the stain protectant without asking. I would have added it regardless, but definitely feel the sales approach of it should not be assumptive.

Sadly, we didnt find one that was comfortable for my mother but she deserves the whole 5 stars for her patience through our visit eventho we didnt buy anything! The prices are high for the quality. If you like something and they do not have it on stock, they will not sell you the display (why display it if you are not selling it?). And if you do not want to pay the $60 delivery fee per item and decide to pick them up. Expect to be at the warehouse in Grand Prairie at least for 2 hours in spite they already arranged the appointment (you can not go any day). The friendliness from the sales crew is 5 stars, and I loved the fact they just check on you a couple of times to see if you have questions.

Went in to purchase a dining room set this past weekend. The dining room set seemed nice enough and did end up purchasing but was left with a SOUR taste after being assisted by Paul. He seemed gung-ho at first throughout the transaction until he tried to pull a fast one and include a fabric treatment without my permission.
When i called him out on it and asked him to remove the unasked for treatment, he became condescending; indicating that he "laughs at customers" that call in with stain issues once they've declined the coverage. His insistence was borderline aggresive and when done the cherry on the cake is when he looked over to my 2 year old and chastised him by telling him "you better not spill anything mister, your parents didn't buy yadayadayada". I'd expect more respect after spending 10 dollars somewhere, let alone 900+. As a former sales manager, this guy is a monument to poor salesmanship and the reason our profession is being outsourced.

Rick was a lot of help. 1st day we were there he greeted us and gave us some good information on the store, how to find a good fit and the quality. He let us look around without following us like some stores do. We ended up leaving but came back the next day and requested Rick to help us ago. The process was easy and smooth. He gave us a lot of tips for taking care of the furniture as well as how to get help if we had to make a claim on our warranty. Definitely would recommend this store and Rick.

I couldn t make up my mind on two different living room sets, Linda was so patient with me and actually gave great advice. Thanks Linda. Great customer service. My delivery was set for 2 weeks after purchase I didn t like that, but it is what it is HOWEVER!!! I was scheduled for a Sunday delivery 9am-1pm. Delivery men arrived at 10:12 am, set-up entire living room, cleaned up, and left. NOT ONE SINGLE ISSUE!!! Great service from beginning to end! Thanks Rooms to go, my place looks fantastic.

Got there just in time but he was gone. Tried to reschedule that day and told my sofa had gone to someone else. Called and spoke to a manager to see if I could collect it as I had visitors planned and she told me that it would be 11 days later and if I wanted to cancel she would withhold 20% in store credit. With a smile on her face, she asked me what brings me in. I mention to her what I was needing and she walked me to the right area to test a few of their hybrid mattresses. After testing quite a bit, I found the one. Araceli was Informative about the types and brands of beds, it only help solidify my decision. The location is clean, all the staff there is friendly and willing to help. Loved the experience, but ask for Araceli because she was empathetic, approachable and knowledgeable. Do NOT buy sleeper sofas from Rooms to Go. Their mattresses are probably the smallest on the market. They don't list their mattress dimensions on their website. Only when you receive your sleeper sofa, do you find that it's at most 70 inches long. if you're 5 ft 10" tall, your feet will be dangling off the foot of the bed. A standard queen mattress is 80 inches long. Despite not publishing their mattress dimensions and not warning customers about the non-standard size, they won't give refunds if you discover the sleeper sofa is too small for you. Bad customer service.

My sales Associate was Robert Cruz and what I loved about his service is that he was not so pushy when it came to selling us an item. He greeted us, answered all of our questions than took us to where I needed to be and gave us our space to look at the sofa and talk to my family. That was great.
After I decided the sleeper sofa I wanted he than answered all of our questions and was so patient with us.
He work so hard to give us the best deal there was with 3 year warranty and delivery.

Rooms To Go does not care about their customers. I spent over $7,000 on furniture and they screwed the order up. They damaged the dresser, brought the wrong stuff, FORGOT some of the stuff on the order, and then told me I would have to wait over two months to get the stuff that I already paid for. Carlos the supervisor at the corporate office has no interest in making it right. No discount for the terrible service, and nothing to compensate for their level of incompetence. He legitimately has no interest in keeping my business. Fine by me. I'll take my money back and go spend it at their largest competitor while bashing them every chance I get. I will make sure I sway as many people as I can to spend their hard earned money at some other place that actually cares about the customer.

We ve purchased several items at different Rooms to Go stores across the metroplex but this location is by far my favorite. The workers here are always in a helping mood and I don t feel like the rush you at all. We just left there moments ago purchasing a dining room table and four chairs and Troy was the person helping us out. He was incredibly informative, helpful and not once did I feel like we were a drag (despite asking about 30 questions) lol... after we completed our purchase he even showed us a few mattresses because my mother was interested in one for a later date, he took his time to show us four different kinds of mattresses, explaining the pricing and major differences among them. He knew we had already completed our purchase and us looking for a mattress was just an additional thing on our list, but he was gracious enough to help us with that out too!
