I rarely leave negative comments, i get over it and move on. This one was not the case, walked in Gigi helped me out & showed me the different bed sets they had. I purchased a bed set & mattress, for obvious reasons (Covid) the set was back ordered until 2/3 - which is fine i had no problem waiting 15 days. The day of the delivery arrived & the two men that were making the drop off noticed that a metal piece on the side was missing. Explained to me and my husband that with out it they weren t able to build it. The younger guy called dispatch and reported the issue, I was advised to call customer service and report to them which i did. Waited 2 days for a call back from them and was advised that the missing was was going to be sent over night which was a lie since i received it that following Monday. I was told that as soon as i received the missing piece a tech would be sent out to assemble the bed set. Which was another lie i had to call customer service again and schedule a tech to come out. Took them a week to send someone & to our surprise the piece that was sent was not even the right one..... took it upon myself & took a picture of what i needed went up to the store & physical showed a lady in the back corner what is that i needed. She reported it to customer service & again the waiting game.. two weeks passed by i decided to finally call since i had lost all hope that they ever would. Came to realize that the supposedly spoke to my sister which is another lie my brother is the one on the account. Long story short a supervisor called me within 30 min after my call to the store. I was advised that they were replacing the two side rails with new ones. Two men showed up on 2/25 to FINALLY assemble my bed set. Jokes on me since this guy refused to set my mattress (that was purchased from rooms to go) on the bed set because 1. I needed a box spring or 2. I needed to purchase bunkie boards. Which is reasonable after this unprofessional sales person sold us a 2k mattress & failed to inform us about it. This is the 1st and last time i will ever purchase from this company. Not worth the trouble, plus the terrible customer service.
