Rooms To Go does not care about their customers. I spent over $7,000 on furniture and they screwed the order up. They damaged the dresser, brought the wrong stuff, FORGOT some of the stuff on the order, and then told me I would have to wait over two months to get the stuff that I already paid for. Carlos the supervisor at the corporate office has no interest in making it right. No discount for the terrible service, and nothing to compensate for their level of incompetence. He legitimately has no interest in keeping my business. Fine by me. I'll take my money back and go spend it at their largest competitor while bashing them every chance I get. I will make sure I sway as many people as I can to spend their hard earned money at some other place that actually cares about the customer.
