Bought a couch upfront with the woman who helped me out named GIGI. RTG didn t have a delivery available. I was never told the pick up was in Arlington. Showed up at th store with a rental to pick up the sofa, upon arrival I was told the pick up wasn t there. Went back home with a rental and no sofa. Next day I called on the phone to see if they had a delivery available I was transferred to the sales woman who I made the purchase from. She started throwing her defensive mechanism of how she swore she told me the pick up was all the way in Arlington. I had her on speaker my entire family was hearing how she was talking to me very rude, unprofessional, bitter, she didn t answer all my questions and very short when talking, she interrupted me while I was speaking. Hire better employees for your customer service. Also teach your employees to keep business professional, not be asking customers personal questions such as where are you from, who are you married to, and what you need furniture for. (I came to the store with my husband and brother in law and my two kids). Everyone should keep there noses where they belong. She got lucky on a sale because I went to buy what I was looking for not because of how she speaks. I even made sure she was the one who got her commission when I made the transaction. What a shame not purchasing anything here again.
