I have never had such a bad experience at a furniture store. I purchased my furniture on June 20th, the rep who assisted is named GigI- do not buy from her! She ignores her customers after you purchase. Rooms to go delivered only my bed to my house today and it was damaged and now I have to wait until August 20th. 60 days it takes to get a bed, very disappointing as expensive as it was. Go to Ashleys Furniture, Haverty's....they are not unprofessional as Room's to go was at this location.
