Robert is an excellent sales person. Selling you what you need and never trying to upsale things you haven't asked for. He is patient and listened to what our needs were. Thanks for being great Robert. One star off for Melissa who interrupted our transaction several times without acknowledging us at all. I hope she learns some customer service.
