I worked with James. He was pleasant and did not pass judgement as I was really dressed down when I walked into their boutique. James is highly competent and very accommodating as he came in to see me twice on his day off. His service made me want to choose you all for my living furniture options. I will be back to purchase other things and I will solely work with him. I am big on service as I work in luxury sales. I really enjoyed my experience. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable.
