Purchased a sofa bed on 6/26/2020. Due to the pandemic we had to wait till 8/15 for delivery, which is understandable.
The company (they use a third party) that delivered the sofa stood it up on its arm completely bending the frame. The couch leans and was immediately noticeably. Pretty sure the delivery guys knew, as they basically throughy the couch in my apt, took a quick picture and ran out the door, leaving their trash behind in the parking lot.
I let the couch set for a few days hoping maybe it would snap into shape. Nope. When sitting on the couch it feels like I'm sliding forward onto the floor. The back cushions have zero support, there were no pillow forms or fabric stabilizer used, it's pretty much a stuffed pillow case. Then we open up the bed part to take a look at the upgraded mattress we bought, only to find the stitching popped and metal pieces fell off. I have no idea where the metal rods go. Every time you sit or lay on the bed, the quilted stitching of the mattress comes undone.
This is not the quality sofa we looked at on the showroom floor. It feels like it was rushed and thrown together. For the price we paid this is totally unacceptable. We have a appointment for 10/ 25 for a service tech to come "fix" the issues. I dont see them being repairable and it is going to be extremely irritating to have to wait yet another 2-4 months to get something I can sit comfortably on.
