They have excellent and attentive service. The place is super nice and the rooms are quite comfortable and just like the pictures. It also has a terrace and although it is small, if you are staying, they give you a small discount on what you consume there

The rooftop is very pretty and the view is superb. Prices are quite high.

Ideal to spend a cool afternoon in the center of Madrid. You can be as long as you want with a minimum consumption

I will never return, cancel a reservation late and they charged me in full, until the breakfast I did not take. A shame, if you have doubts that you will not get to go somewhere else

Wonderful weekend at the Oscar. Very attentive and friendly staff, very good room overlooking the square and we really enjoyed the terrace and pool upstairs. We would certainly repeat.

The hotel is very well placed. The rooms are very well equipped with minibar, amenities, etc. Overall a more than good experience.

The hotel is price and the spectacular roof terrace, yes ... Much posture and even the workers are very stretched. The owner is more normal than them.

Cocktails well done! Quite a nice view over Madrid's centre with a limited seating area. A bit on the expensive side, a lot of overly styled individuals and (American :-) tourists but still a nice place.

An incredible hotel with a terrace that leaves you breathless!

Expensive but with quality. Because of the location and the service, the price is understandable. It has a pool and rooftop bar, although it is a pity that you are not allowed to bathe at night even when the bar is open.

It continues to be a spectacular terrace with a quiet atmosphere between daily and extreme safety and hygiene measures. I'll be back for sure.

The room has an eclectic and comfortable decor, the service is acceptable. Nothing remarkable from another hotel in the category.

Terrace with views, although it is not spectacular what can be seen, it is nice to see sunset. Bar prices are quite expensive for similar places

I had been before and the truth that did not disappoint me. The prices are a little high but the views are good and the cocktails very elaborate and good. Have a very pleasant time and I recommend it for the preparation of company events.

This boutique hotel with impeccable design and an even better location is perfect both for a business trip to Madrid and for a romantic getaway. My room was very comfortable, the terrace is perfect to enjoy the views with a cocktail in hand and breakfast until 12 is the final icing.

Style hotel, nice clean room, very loud 7h floor cause they nightly open their pool terrace at outside people and there aren't a dedicated access, so people pass near rooms. Very kindly staff.

The roof is an ideal place to have a drink, although the prices are excessively expensive.

Great hotel in a perfect location. close to everything, in the heart of Chueca which is one of the best neighborhoods of Madrid. Room was big and comfy, and well kept everyday. liked the design of the hotel too (we were staying 4 nights, in Aug 2019. a couple, 30s).

I love rooftops and of course I wasn't going to like this one. I was on this terrace for a bachelor party and I really loved the views. What I liked the least was the closing time of the terrace, at one o'clock they were already kicking us out and another of the things that I did not like the price, but it is to understand that in a terrace of these characteristics the drinks are expensive. I advise you to go up at least once to get to know it, but that if in summer.

Incredible design of the hotel where each room is different, the entrance is incredibly cool, the best hotel design I've seen, good breakfasts and good presentation. On the terrace you have a pool with a bar where you can relax without having to stay at the hotel, although the prices are also quite high.

Don't waste your time in a queue to visit this place... it's a shame to be 1h waiting to get in... the doorman is a stupid arrogant just with growth hormone and no brain...

This is my 8th time in Room mate Oscar (I travel a lot for my work). I really like this hotel. Staff is superfriendly and helpfull. Free upgrades are great. The personal welcome text on my room is something I really like. To me it shows they appreciate regular costumors and it is those small things that for me are a reason to come back to a hotel or not.
I love the design of the hotel and the rooms, very fun and trendy. The rooms are always nice and tidy. And I love the beds (lots of pillows and huge bed). My only reason to give 4 stars and not 5 is because when people walk on the hallway and start talking you hear everything in your room. That is the only negative thing I can think off.

Professionalism, courtesy and kindness to sell. Great rooms, and the boys (Miguel and Daniel) to kiss. You will find yourself at home.

Good hotel, acceptable for the price, breakfast highly recommended (worth paying early), small rooms but very well maintained. The super interesting design and the bar with a great view. But undoubtedly the best is the attention, absolutely the best. All very kind, which is not often seen in this region.

We were on the terrace alone and phenomenal, the perfect music. A pity that if the sun gives a lot do not want to put the awning ... otherwise perfect.

It's one of my favorite terraces in Madrid. The atmosphere is great: it is perceived very good vibes in the whole world that is thrown out there. There is an acceptable size pool that is open until 6:30 p.m. The best without hard are the views: it is a pleasure to see the sunset over the rooftops of Madrid. The mojitos are delicious although it is true that they are a bit expensive.

I went to the terrace / rooftop which is open to the public, not just guests. It has wonderful views, the staff is super nice and the price, well, it's not cheap, but for the place where you are it's worth it. They also have a drinks and food menu. You will always find a varied atmosphere, between hotel clients who are passing through for business or holidays, and local clients who are going to have a drink in the mythical Chueca neighborhood.

The bar is very nice but unfortunately the majority is reserved only for Vip guests

As soon as you enter there is a sign indicating that you are waiting to be attended. Well, so did my partner and me. After a while waiting for a waitress passes and tells us to wait for us immediately. A couple of tourists arrive, who seemed somewhat drunk, read the poster aloud and pass without more. Then the waiter arrives and tries to attend to us before but the tourists have already searched for the best place and have sat down. Answer by the waiter "Van por libre". Even so it took like half an hour to attend to us, finally we asked for two gintonics of no premium gin, 27 and my head is still hurting well into the next day.

The terrace is ideal for a drink with good atmosphere and good view! The hotel is modern with good staff treatment.

This hotel literally has everything you could need for a stay in Madrid. It is in the best possible location in a relatively modern building. Right near Grand Via and all the shopping your heart could desire, we did not have to take one taxi anywhere, everything is within walking distance.

The hotel is boutique with large spacious rooms. The interiors are amazing and artsy. Really modern and showcase local design. The beds are AMAZING and one of the best since our europe trip has started. Great amenities in and out of the rooms.

We are staying 6 nights total and all 4 of us rate this hotel. The rooftop is on another level. Amazing views above the Madrid skyline with a pool and sun deck. This really is the highlight of the hotel. It turns into a hot spot after 7pm but as a hotel guest you will have no issues and have access anytime you need.

It would do with a small gym with some free weights to complete its amenities, but other than that. Really you will not be disappointed at all.

The staff are ever so friendly and accommodating and ensure little welcome touches to the hotel were noticed. It is really nice and we look forward to our next few days.

UPDATE 5/09/2018: it s not worth losing a star as overall the hotel is amazing.....but the pool level attendants need to drop the attitudes a few notches in general and SOMEONE (even at check in) needs to tell people who stay that people can reserve chairs for 12 for the whole day. So you can imagine my surprise when as a hotel guest with 4 rooms that I was told I would have to wait for chairs in the common area to come available when there were empty chairs in this special pay extra reserve area at 4:45pm! Guests should have priority and they need to be more flexible.. if it was first in best dressed ok. But empty, get a grip!

Lucky the manager was around so he fixed the issues before it escalated and so he should have as the pool was also out of order also!

Nice hotel, the room was a little bit noisy because of the staff elevator. Amaizing breakfast!

Fatal cleaning, pushy staff and lots of noise. In Madrid there are many cheaper hotels and better service.
