The only good breakfast and clean and large rooms. Minimum air conditioning, formality regarding the pool 0. The service leaves much to be desired ...

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff; design hotel in bright colors that puts you in a good mood. I highly recommend it and if I return to Madrid, it would be my hotel again.

Exceptional room, excellent location, but nothing like the service. The three receptionists who attended us were friendly, attentive, decisive and even improved our stay as much as possible. You can not ask for more

I was there for an Energy Sistem presentation, and what little I could see was great, including the rooftop.

About the roof terrace:
Awful. Overpriced. Terrible attitude. Incredibly rude.
Unorganised and unprofessional.

If you want to go to a roof terrace, go to the melia hotel on Santa Ana instead, friendly staff and great cocktails over there.

Sun loungers to avoid lying down:
After waiting several minutes for an employee to give us access to the terrace (pass his card through the elevator), we managed to access it after walking up one floor (without access for handicapped people).

There are two areas to choose from, sitting at a table in the sun, or on a lounger in the sun.

If you have paid attention to the title, you will have realized that the sunbeds are not for lying down, since after asking permission to recline the backrest, we reclined it, at which point another (more experienced) waiter took the opportunity to launch a sprint towards us to literally notify us "I know you are very comfortable ...." Dropping ... But we would like to keep the loungers in their original position (horizontal). To which I replied, that his partner gave us permission.

Not happy, he asked us to see what kind of colleague had responded to such audacity (our deduction from the tone of his question), to which I answered "the colleague who has attended us." After our comment he replied "oh, that's new" (praise that which new person wants to receive by shouting in the middle of the bar), after which, he proceeded to emit a bellow from side to side, indicating that the loungers are not they can recline, I think now all the neighbors are clear.

In relation to the drinks, the "strawberry mojito", which does not come on the menu (I understand that this is the case to avoid disappointments), must be called that because of the flavor of the sweetener used, since there was no type of strawberry ( nor similar piece) which I know. Of course, for the price you spend ( 13), they could have already gone down to the beautiful market that they have nearby.

As a positive point, highlight the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the pool, I understand that this is derived from the fact that no one used it.

If you do not know this place, it would go unnoticed like any other hotel in the area, but it has a terrace with a bar at the top with one of the best views of downtown Madrid. The prices are a little high, but the background image deserves it. The cocktails are generous and well prepared and allow to spend a pleasant time with friends or partner.

I only know the terrace on its top floor. Very quiet but fun. All very careful and with unrepeatable views.

Had a truly great time here. The pool is small but the atmosphere is intimate and friendly. The wine included in the price ticket to access the pool was really good quality. I wanted to buy a cake to celebrate my birthday but Orlando, the barman, once he found out, gave it to me on the house which was truly kind of him.

I only visited the roof terrace for a drink in the summer and it's worth it just for the views.

Terrace with beautiful views of Madrid. Nice place with comfortable chairs and adequate attention. The prices are somewhat high especially in the cocktails that in relation to price and size there is a considerable difference (specifically the daikiris). The black craft beer very rich.

A Madrid classic.
Great afterwork on Thursdays but that if ... scratch your pocket to take a gin and tonic.

Simply spectacular. I loved everything from the suite to the breakfast buffet. Special mention to the reception manager Jimmy, who gave us exceptional treatment. With workers like that, they want to come back the next day, a crack!

A bad experience. Terrible service on the terrace. They sit us after 15 minutes in an uncomfortable hammock and without a table. After waiting 30 minutes for us to take a drink, we left because they still did not help us. I will not come back!

First time in this place and I was very surprised by the mystique of the place and I must emphasize the attention received by Borja who recommended us drinks that had nothing but pure good opinions. A pleasure to be received like that.

Hotel of good quality, not very expensive and with an impressive terrace

The terrace and the landscape is very beautiful. It is worth going to see him at once. We had a drink, 15 euros each. They have a swimming pool but now they have it covered in winter. The price is high although I recommend going sometime

Without a doubt it is the most modern hotel in Madrid. The decoration is unmistakable, and the details are very careful, like the manzanita on the bedside table at noon. The best of all is that there are no two Room Mates equal, and not even every day are the same in it, so every time we go we will be surprised. The restaurant is faithful to the differentiating and modern philosophy of the complex, and without a doubt the best thing is the terrace on the top floor, perfect to enjoy a good cocktail on spring and summer nights.

I had reserved an executive room. I can highly recommend. A nice, big room. Pleasant size of the bathroom. Very friendly staff. Great roof terrace. It is very centrally located to all sorts of things, restaurants etc. Metro is within walking distance. I felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Posture site in the heart of Chueca. It is very expensive, but for a drink it is very good.

The rooms are fantastic, large and with the wonderful welcome from the Room Mate hotels. Recommended 1000x100. An incredible starting point to get to know Madrid. We will be back.

We had a problem with the reservation (it was made for another weekend) and the Hotel Manager managed it in a fantastic way, with no hassles for us, ensuring a room at all times, without charge and with a lot of kindness. This is such a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is modern with a very good shower. Breakfast is good with delicious potato frittatas. The upstairs bar and pool can get very busy but the staff is attentive. The hotel staff are the real stars. They're friendly and helpful. On my birthday, they surprised me in the evening with a bottle of Cava. I'll definitely stay here next time in Madrid and will look for other Room Mate hotels in my future travels, too. Thank you!

The terrace itself I love. What I will not do will be to return, since in these last months 2 of the 3 times that I have gone to accede have not allowed me. One day for "private party" that if I can understand it. But yesterday October 11, with 15 degrees of temperature and in the middle of the Pilar bridge, they told me that the capacity is full. IN OCTOBER, BRIDGE, WITH COLD. I honestly do not believe it and here they have lost a client who always looked for a special place to go and thought about the Terrace of the Oscar.

Many times we have stayed at the Oscar. We love it every time. I often go to Madrid for business but when I choose, I always return to the Oscar. It s perfect for leisure in the capital and they really make you feel at home. Also it s quite, clean, beautiful, funcional and friendly. We really recommend the Hotel Oscar and the Room Mate hotels we have been to in other cities.

Magnificent attention and stunning views, we attended Orlando and was very attentive.

On the terrace they serve you the glasses very badly. Ice in shovels taken with the hand and the lemon they throw with the hand. I tell the barman that if he does not have a pair of tweezers he tells me that I wish he had some. If he does, he will charge you as if he were on the terrace of the best hotel in the world. Staff super nice and friendly. The room upgrade was nice and big but the bed was super soft for me. Location is generally pretty good.

Excellent! Wide and well decorated room, great breakfast and pool for the 35 degree end of June and I loved the location in Chueca. The best thing was the attention of the staff, one of the guys at the reception was always attentive to our stay, he even got me to repair a suitcase. Highly recommended!
