I was with my partner spending the night of kings, the terrace and its views are incredible, the room service and the suite were spectacular, we could not leave without trying the magnificent breakfast buffet, a special mention to all the staff that was very friendly and especially Jimmy, very professional. 100% recommendable.

Thanks to some stay of my brother, I visited the hotel a couple of times without staying. The rooms are not bad but the best thing about this building is the roof. Incredible views of the center of Madrid.

The facilities need maintenance and some other retouching. (Especially the terrace and the corridors). I was expecting more from this hotel.

Spectacular and exclusive place, translated it is not cheap to drink something. To go one day is worth it but not to go every day if the price is expensive.

The S and R are smaller than the OCA.

The penthouse has a bar where you can go up for a drink and it is SPECTACULAR! It has wonderful views of the center of Madrid, and the setting is fabulous too. The downside is that it is tremendously expensive. I got rumor that in summer they even have a pool, will it be true? # will have to check it

Summer rooftop with incredible views and cocktails very well prepared. A bit expensive but it's worth a try. Go with time or the queue to enter will be overwhelming.

I went to the hotel terrace. It is not necessary to stay at the hotel to visit the terrace. They have spectacular views of all Madrid. One of the best places to visit in great way. They have a pool in the center that at night becomes colorful. They have music, televisions and chill out sofas that make you have a great time on a summer afternoon. They also have water sprayers that keep you cool at all times. Last but not least: the cocktails are of a very high quality. They are author and change every so often, so you can be sure that you will always be surprised by the extravagant combinations, that is if the price is a bit high compared to other places in Madrid. You also have meals to accompany the cocktails like pizzas, although most people only ask for drinks. Highly recommended to spend a romantic and different evening.

We have stayed one night. I treat the staff very friendly, perfect location. It was our anniversary and they had a lot of details with us. Pool on the terrace. Spectacular views of Madrid.

Cozy, clean, fun. The suites are very cool and the pool on the roof gives an original point.

Had a lovely stay here with my best friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and the quirky design of this hotel. Although packed with many drunk and loud British tourists, the view from the rooftop and the freshness of the (tiny) pool are most welcome.
Do enjoy the complimentary sangria in the fridge and say hi to sweet Alvaro if you see him. Very helpful and kind.

I loved this hotel. Stay here everytime I am in Madrid. The location is perfect and central. The staff are welcoming and nice. And the hotel rooftop is one of the best place in Madrid to enjoy the sun with great drinks and a beautiful views.

Optimal location, very pleasant attention by the receptionists and they are always for any eventuality. The decoration of the rooms are original and warm, has a terrace with a pool. Excellent hotel as well as others I have visited from this same chain. Facilities of great finish, design and comfort. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the strong point of the Room Mate network, very good and filling, besides being available until 12hs. The location of the Oscars is wonderful, very easy to get to anywhere whether by walking, train or subway. There are many important shops in the surroundings and many good restaurants. I recommend, if you want to save money, come from the airport by train to the Recoletos station, it costs little and you do not need to make connections (as you would if you came by tube). Just go out towards "Calle de Prim" and walk about 7 minutes. There is no mistake and no danger.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice and a healthy food corner, modern and designer furnishings and friendly staff. Negative aspect: small rooms with carpets, poorly lit bathrooms and some rooms with views of an internal courtyard with 3 meter air space ... even in the prisons ...

I stayed there for three nights in the end of January. Its cleanliness, management, decoration and amenities is the same as a five star hotel.
After the check out; we left the hotel for Valencia and suddenly my wife told me that her precious ring has left in the hotel.
Hopelessly I called the hotel receptionist and asked her to check that room we were there.
After an hour; she let me know that the ring has been found by the housekeeper!!!!!!!!
I recomend it to everyone.

Located in the center of Madrid. It offers one of the best roofs in the city to enjoy cocktails on summer nights. The atmosphere is very good, has low tables and white mattresses on the floor around a pool that invites not to leave there all night. Good music.

My partner was dizzy at the entrance, the security looked bad and did not let him sit on the curb at the entrance (although we were the next and did not bother anyone). When he made us enter without talking to us, he left us in the elevator, pressed the button and looked at us very badly until the elevator closed. We were two groups of girls, 3 and 4. We all looked at each other and said how edged it had been. At that time my partner fainted. When leaving the elevator it was a very long and red corridor and we did not know how to get to the roof, nobody had explained it to us and nobody had come to the call of SOS that we pressed in the elevator. We managed to climb other stairs and reach the roof. They still did not tell us where we could sit, my partner fainted again. At last they brought us a drink and they let us sit down. Basically they came to scold us or comment on my partner's fainting.
The rest of the time was not bad, very expensive and practically the whole roof was part VIP.
At least they had the decency of not charging us the first Nestea, I think it was the person in charge who was nice to us. Still, when we went down the security had the face to laugh at us and tell us that you can not go through life without eating.

Staff were friendly enough. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is great, very central and within walking distance of pretty much everything.

Very beautiful place. This is a trendy and chic place. We came with our 2 year old daughter which may not have been the best but we choose this place because of is location. Walking distance to all the sights! The staff are very nice, helpful, professional
