Very nice hotel, with a great roof terrace, very good breakfast and friendly staff at the reception and in the service. I had tickets for a soccer game sent to the hotel, and everything went really well.
But I would recommend not to book a room "at the back", because unfortunately you only look into a small duct that smells strongly of food and kitchen in the evening.
The terrace is one of the best in Madrid. There is always an atmosphere and it has crazy views. I always take you here whenever I have a visit.

We entered my family and my partner with a 14 year old boy because we wanted to go up to the terrace. We went to the elevator and could not get on, we go to reception where they were serving a couple and we asked that to go up as we did, he replied that he would wait for us to give us a card to go up. Here comes the grace ... When he finishes doing all the check-in and talking and laughing with the couple, he tells us ... Listen that with the child they cannot pass. Couldn't he have said it 25 minutes earlier? He had us as morons waiting ... Horrible totally

The Superior Room is really wide, with enough space for everything.
The only flaw is that the lift of the hotel is the same of the club at the rooftop and that there are some rooms at the same level that could get really noisy.

Over the following 3 days, we experienced top class service from the terrace bar staff, our room was kept immaculate and the breakfast room was the best we have ever seen with nothing missing.
