I love this hotel very cozy and good service I recommend.

The room was cool. Simple, but beautiful and practical. Very nice terrace, with views of the city.

The regular room, nothing to write home about, although it is true that other rooms are better.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic and I liked that there was a couch and separate hair conditioner. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks. Location is brilliant. We will definitely be staying in roommate hotels in the future.

I did not stay at the hotel but I was on the terrace. A good atmosphere, good views, good service although a little expensive.

Expensive. But it's worth taking something on the terrace of the

I had to reserve a room for a press event and the treatment and the room left us very satisfied.

Wonderful location, in the center of Madrid. The terrace, with fantastic views. The service, excellent. The room, modern and very functional. The perfect bathroom The bed, comfortable. The wifi works very well.

I have returned again and I can say that it is my "home" in Madrid. The location, the rooms, the treatment of the staff ... are very difficult to overcome. Congratulations to all the team.

More fame than anything else. If not for the terrace would be a 3 * rasas hotel. And, in addition, highlighting your pool take into account that as there is a contracted event, guests can not access it. As for the room having contracted a "de luxe" the best bed (of extreme comfort) but if we talk about the bathroom (without bathtub) and a shower worthy of a cheap camping

We deliberated initially on giving a 3 star review based on our experience below, however the benefits of the hotel outweighed the negatives and we settled on a four star.

The hotel itself is in an excellent location for a walking tour of Madrid, nestled in a corner of a quiet plaza overlooking a number of shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent - professional and happy to answer all of our questions.

The lobby was tastefully decorated in a quirky style, very clean and modern. Not very large, but sizable enough.

Breakfast was excellent, with choices ranging from meats and salads to breads and pastries in one section, with a large selection of fruits, yoghurts and juices in another section. The staple cooked items were also available.

The rooftop area really is cool, with amazing views of the city, a bar and pool are available from early morning, well into the night. There are ample sun loungers and seating available. The food and drink here is quite pricey however.

The rooms are tasteful, large and have all the amenities that you would expect in a hotel of this class. The bathroom is a bit small however. The shower was excellent.

The bed, which was our major gripe with this hotel (we advised reception of this on checkout), was two single beds pushed together to form a queen bed. We had initially booked one up from the standard double room, so were a bit surprised to be told that there was none available on checkin. We agreed and didn t think it would be a huge problem. Big mistake.
The mattresses turned out to be very, very soft - definitely not for someone with any back or neck issues. Another major problem with the beds was the mattresses were very movable. When turning over to sleep together (as can be done in most single beds pushed together), the mattresses would slide apart, causing one or both of us to sink into the hole left between us! We re by no means large people, my partner is very light, while I barely reach 190lbs.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location with a few small but not insurmountable issues.

A great place to stay in Madrid. With a wonderful terrace on the roof

It is a hotel with charm, chic, modern design, very well located in the Chueca neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops and the gay nightlife of Madrid. The staff is very kind and professional. A pleasure to be enjoying the facilities.

Very good views but the cocktails leave much to be desired

IF YOU WANT DESIGN AND MODERNITY, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL, IN THE CENTER OF MADRID, IN THE FAMOUS AND SPECTACULAR NEIGHBORHOOD OF CHUECA, IN ONE OF THE MOST CONCURRENT PLACES. IT HAS AN ENTRANCE AND A CAFETERIA TO SEE THEM. THE ROOMS ARE OF DIFFERENT DESIGNS AND FORMS. THE TERRACE OF THE SPECTACULAR ROOF.

Lovely hotel staff, very friendly and helpful. In the end we took a Junior Suite, which did not seem small, I do not want to imagine what the normal ones will be like. The only thing we caught in the hotel was for the terrace, which anyone from outside can go and those staying at the hotel have no preference. We had to be having a drink at the bar and standing on the terrace with the ashtray in hand; the waiters on the terrace were slow as they were alone and on top of that we had to ask twice because they didn't give us what we had asked for.
The terrace only serves food until 11pm and you cannot bring the food down to the room; In the room you can only order Sushi, in which you cannot go up to the terrace and order almost an hour in advance and within a schedule.
For the price it has next time, let's take another hotel of the same category.

Very great atmosphere! The people that work here are so helpful and so nice. I have been living in Spain for 7 months (studying abroad) and I come here with my friends all the time for great drinks and service. I highly recommend!

Very well maintained hotel: rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are amazingly attentive. Good breakfast and lavazza coffee. Breakfast staff deserve a special praise.

Very nice the place is always full on weekends which is accessed from an elevator that is in the hotel hall, you have to queue normally if you go at night but it is worth it.

Lights in purple tones, a small pool, tables and also cushions to sit or lie down in different areas enjoying good views from above.

The glasses are not especially good and somewhat expensive, but the good thing about the place, as I say, is the location and the place.

Good terrace in the heart of Madrid. No need to pay to raise, reasonable prices

It seems more than it is. The terrace is fantastic and you can see part of Madrid, but its prices are exorbitant. The rooms are more normal than what you see in the photos and only the suite and mini suite are worth it. Besides, the price of the room varies according to the day, like the flights, so it is not worth sleeping in this hotel for a weekend if you can do it on a daily basis.

A nice and well-appointed hotel that's everything in the rooms you hear everything that happens in the corridors and room you can not turn off the heating and the windows do not open is horrible

I love Oscar! I have stayed 2 times in the hotel and I have only good words to describe my experiences, I have known both the Standard room and the Junior Suite and both are amazing. The breakfast is great, the terrace a pass but the best thing is the staff, always attentive and with great recommendations on what to do in the city. I can not wait to go back!

Cool rooftop at the top of the Hotel. Have seen better views of Madrid, but the bar itself is quite cool...

Bad service, to take the order they have taken too long, the place despite having a beautiful view has good spaces, but being in a leisure place and not being able to enjoy good music is not ideal. I understand that they cannot play music, but it is not what is expected of a terrace of that level, besides that a beer is worth 7 ... When there are better terraces and a beer is worth less.

Great location (Chueca), with everything in Madrid within easy walking distance directly, or by Metro. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every respect. My partner fell in the doorway by accident and the staff sent up candy and a nice note, even though he was not injured! Room decor was ultra-modern, interesting.

It is a hotel located very central, with many restaurants around. Besides having a pool, at night it is a disco, and it is a good place to spend a good night. The rooms are very comfortable and it is very clean. It also has a buffet service for breakfast that is very varied and everything is very rich.

We love a rooftop drink at the Oscar in summer, not too late, because it gets really hot !!! It is a good culmination for the afternoons of work in the neighborhood where we meet colleagues and friends by profession. A beautiful sunset on summer evenings.

Spectacular hotel, with a 5 star service in all aspects, the breakfasts are great quality and the staff is always super attentive, have a beautiful terrace with a pool where you can enjoy the best sunset.

Very kind service, clean, nice rooms, good beds, wifi works well. Breakfast is until 12 and its enough to fill your stomach. Terrace is extra cost, which was a surprise. We will not pay for it as it was not mentioned on the booking website. Alfonso is a sweet guy on terrace, speaks english. I would come again. Good location...

The terrace bar very nice, but the service was painful, more than 20 minutes waiting for two mojitos that we ordered and finally we left without being taken care of.

I was on the roof taking something and the atmosphere is fantastic. It is very nice and has a lot of atmosphere. Despite all the prices are somewhat excessive even taking into account the location and that what you pay for are the views.
