Stayed here with best friend to celebrate our birthday wow, what an amazing hotel. From the moment we walked in the door, the reception area is unique and funky and the reception staff went out of their way to ensure our stay in Madrid was perfect. Over the following 3 days, we experienced top class service from the terrace bar staff, our room was kept immaculate and the breakfast room was the best we have ever seen with nothing missing. We could not find fault with any detail and will look to stay at another Room Mate hotel in another location. Highly recommend Room Mate Oscar and a huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect.
