Awful place. The most mad receptionist ever, and the bathrooms look like they've never been cleaned out, the pee and poop is all on the floor. I went for an interview for certain position and they told me they didn't have that position available, so... it was a scam, they just want people to come and hook them up with a job they were not looking for, stay away from this company

For a company that boasts so many industry compliancies, they are extremely relaxed and unconcerned about the privacy of their clients. This is especially relevant where it concerns their multiple locations, as the executives take little mind of any office but the headquarters in American Fork. Companies interested in their services should use extra caution to make sure they are receiving the service promised in their contract, and not the service regularly provided. Speaking from experience working in sales, the level of detail "fluffing" required to win an account often turned proposal material into more falsehood than stretched truth, and consequently, promises of unattainable SLAs. If you keep them on their toes and consistently manage them, ROI has the ability to provide good service.
In regards to careers here, they'll hire, and rehire, anyone with a pulse. If you need a job quickly to meet the bills it's a good temporary place. Not a company to make a career with as there's little-to-no opportunity for advancement, and they don't treat their management well enough to make advancement worth it if you do stick around.
And the bathrooms; for the love of this beautiful blue planet, please get them cleaned properly.

I am current employed here and it has been a phenomenal place to work at. I am a supervisor (Team Lead) and the campaign I am currently on is perfect!! They have always been flexible and willing to work with everyone. The pay is average and the staff is willing to work with hours and around school if your planning on going or are currently going and you work here. It is for customer service and sales and there is many campaigns to work on!! But I would say ours rocks, just saying hahha ^_^ but friendly ppl, staff and managers. They are awesome here and we are always looking for active, great workers to join a Fun and respectful team!! If your looking for a job I would Definitely refer my campaign first, but if you don't like it or its not for you there are plenty of other opportunities here! 5 out of 5 for a outstanding work place to be!!

I worked here for almost a year as a call agent and it seemed like a good company but they don't offer any PTO, sick days, vacation, holiday pay or benefits at all. They say that you can bonus as well depending on your department but the goal was unclear and seemed difficult to obtain. I needed a quick job that would offer full-time as they did but there were times they would send you home on a Wednesday with no pay for reaching the goal early. I felt like I needed to work harder to go home early for less pay which seemed unfair. It was stable for a while in the beginning then got pretty bad especially when Christmas came around and they sent us home for TWO WEEKS with NO pay. So if you have steady bills to pay I wouldn't recommend being dependable on this job. If you need cash then maybe this is a good place temporarily. I was told I was very good employee as well and appreciated but I felt under compensated, so it's not like I wasn't doing my job either. Overall, it's not that reliable but I can say that my manager was very flexible and understanding of me. They give out lunch sometimes as well which is nice. But overall, I wouldn't ever go back.

Horrible place to work. Willing to lie on state official record forms and tarnish your reputation for future employers and harass and lie about you to your co-workers and superiors to the point of depression and constant anxiety if you pose a threat to any position because they don't want you to have the position (because they have it ir similar) or simply because they do not like you. They will call you a liar for system issues and write you up for those same issues and make life miserable for you until you quit so you look bad. DO NOT WORK HERE unless you are ready to fight tooth and nail to keep a position with bad pay and bad treatment. Sincerely, an ex-employee who started loving her job and ended loathing it as the worst mistake of her life.

I absolutely love working for ROI Solutions! Supervisory staff truly understand and are supportive of an employee work and life balance. They are flexible and willing to design a schedule that works for you. I have had unexpected, personal emergencies arise that interfered with working, however my supervisor has been great at giving me the time off to take care of family, etc. I respect ROI's company values. They have a team ideal and environment that makes employees feel valued and important. Even though we work together remotely I feel a comradery with my teammates. We all help each other when in need. ROI wants you to succeed at your job and makes sure you get the training needed to do so. I am grateful I work for ROI Solutions!

Good, and bad place to work. While the people you work with there are awesome. The clients you might work for have some seriously screwed up policies. Was one of the worst jobs I have had. Never had I ever worked for a place that punishes you for actually helping customers. On the positive side, if you can call it that, they hire felons. I am not one, but have plenty of friends that are. If you need a job, and no one will hire you, try here. Chances are they will hire you.

Good company to work for it you only do the bare minimum. Do not expect anything special for doing outstanding, amazing work. I worked there as a supervisor for the Samsung Note 7 campaign. The work I did was better than anyone else and nobody noticed or cared. As soon as the campaign ended (which they dropped on us 4 days before, and for other campaigns it was dropped on them THE DAY OF) they could not find another position for me. I asked around months in advance about when the campaign would end and I was told "Don't worry we will always have a position for you here." They found positions for the other supervisor but not for me. You can do anything you want there with no consequences, so if you don't like following rules here is your place! Not to mention all of their Windows software is pirated! I worked there for about 6 months, me with about 8 other employees were offered a monthly bonus and a pay raise every 30 days for a certain period. We never received that after countless attempts to have someone look into it. Every time that I brought it up to someone, they could not seem to remember that and just pushed it onto someone else instead of helping. Not worth your time for how bad the employees are treated.

Had a job interview here and when I arrived at my scheduled time, I waited for 20 minutes before an ambulance arrived and wheeled some guy out. After that some guy came and asked if anyone was there for an interview and I said I was and he took me upstairs and interviewed me for a job I didn't apply for which paid less and was something I wasn't even interested in doing in the first place. The only reason I applied at this place is because my wife works here which has been a total disaster. Last week she was working and some kid came in super sick and stayed almost the whole day before management sent him home. Thanks to that she became very sick and missed work on the following Monday. On Tuesday she went in still very sick and explained to her coach, Sommer, that she was still sick but she didnt want to get in trouble for missing work so she would stay if it meant she wouldn't get in trouble. Her coach texted their manager, Joel, and explained the situation to which he responded she was okay and that she could go home. Well the next day she went in to work, still sick, and Sommer informed my wife that she would be receiving a written warning from Joel. When my wife confronted Joel about this and told him that if she knew she was going to be getting in trouble she wouldn't have missed work. She also told him that she can't afford to go see the doctor and we don't have insurance. To which he replied "oh come on, it's not that expensive." Excuse me? How dare you tell a grown adult what they can and can't afford when you have no idea about their financial situation. If it's so cheap then you pay for it! Or get this very unprofessional, corrupted company to get some insurance for their employees! I would recommend to everyone to steer clear of this company at all costs. They are just another business that cares little about their employees and cares a lot about making a profit off the backs of underpaid and overworked human beings.

Management will play favorites and offer no real opportunity at all, one of them had actually quit without notice at one point and came right back to an off the phone position. They completely ignore experience and work ethic and if you bring up any issues you're having they will either lie or use a canned management responses just to get rid of you.

If there was an option to not give any star, I would rate this company with no stars. They are terrible people. They are deceptive about practically everything. They have tried to not pay me the money that they owe me for working. Only after I threatened legal action did they pay me.
NEVER WORK HERE.

Unreasonable expectations from employees, impossible standards to uphold. I was told to reduce turnover rate but it was impossible to do so with how the client wanted things done, I was eventually fired for insubordination because I wouldn't call back somebody who was not supposed to be anywhere near the contract. Expect disgusting restrooms, rude managers, poor pay, pathetic benefits, and if you're lucky enough to be in a position to try and change any of that - the opportunity to be fired by a control freak. Of which, there are countless at this company.

Worked in Lindon for 3 months. My managers were very helpful, nice and professional people. The pay was very low. The workplace is terrible: very dirty everywhere, people always sneezing because of the dust, restrooms are in very poor condition, always smell bad. from time to time company will buy pizza, tacos or ice cream for us. You also can win a prize in a lottery there like cool TV. I've got a good experience of working with calls in a foreign country. Thank you.

I had never worked in a call center so I wanted to give it a shot. My first day they immediately put me on the phone. No training or anything. You have to make a certain amount of successful survey calls to make a certain amount of money, which I was not told about until the first day I started work. If the training had existed in any way, I may have went back! But my first day was my last. Very unprofessional. How do you expect anyone to excel there if you put forth no effort to train them?! So my advice to anyone considering applying for ROI Solutions: If you only want to give a call center a chance because you've never worked for one, don't start here!

went in for an interview supposed to be full time that didnt happen my wifes car gets hit in the parking lot none the less while it was parked!! there is literally no parking ever here even the people who actually work here cant find anywhere to park might i add to question absolutley everything if you apply if you dont you will not get anything that is promised these people are scam artists and even allow their supervisors to have their phones out during work i thought this call center was pci complient

TO grow in this company all you NEED is to be friends with the people who are in a high position and be funny and you got it. I applied for higher positions here and they said I wasn't qualified enough but yet someone else who WAS a friend of mine and would hardly be on the phones just take trips to the restroom got promoted. SOOOO if they tell you no its not because you don't have it in you its because they're AFRAID to for someone better to take over.

As with any company, you are going to get into the experience here what you put into it. Overally the company seems like a decent place to work. However I was assigned to the Samsung project and the TL was completely rude and unprofessional. I addressed the concerns with my leading manager and he dismissed it without consideration and was very rude during the whole process. I will never work with ROI because of Christian and how he lacks the responsibility to earn the title of manager. If I could give zero stars I would, I had zero training but listening to people and then I was thrown on the phones day 1. The guy who trained me was an jerk and was swearing about how he did not want to train new people. Managers do nothing but sit on computers and tell you you need to answer more calls or get more surveys. I will never recommend ROI because of such a terrible experience and lack of professionalism. Do not work here unless you absolutely need a desperate job.
