I had never worked in a call center so I wanted to give it a shot. My first day they immediately put me on the phone. No training or anything. You have to make a certain amount of successful survey calls to make a certain amount of money, which I was not told about until the first day I started work. If the training had existed in any way, I may have went back! But my first day was my last. Very unprofessional. How do you expect anyone to excel there if you put forth no effort to train them?! So my advice to anyone considering applying for ROI Solutions: If you only want to give a call center a chance because you've never worked for one, don't start here!
