THIS place runs I mean RUNS ON FAVORITISM ! seriously ruins it for everyone and people with amazing potential. TO grow in this company all you NEED is to be friends with the people who are in a high position and be funny and you got it. I applied for higher positions here and they said I wasn't qualified enough but yet someone else who WAS a friend of mine and would hardly be on the phones just take trips to the restroom got promoted. SOOOO if they tell you no its not because you don't have it in you its because they're AFRAID to for someone better to take over.
