Great selection of parts. Low prices, fast shipping.

Doesn't have all the parts for my vehicle can't verify exactly what part go to my truck and my truck has a block heater has a block heater and there is no block heaters on the catalog also known as a freeze plug heater and the voltage regulator. The catalog says goes to my vehicle my truck does not have that part on it whatsoever and my vehicle is a 94 Chevy turbo diesel C 2500

My mechanic who happens to me cousin recommended Rock auto parts. I went online and was very impressed with prices and the turn around time. I ordered on a Tuesday night and received my parts on Thursday. I was very impressed and saved a lot of money Thanks RockAuto .

Very dissatisfied with this company's customer service. They no longer offer human help. Very important quality in a company. They sold me the wrong part, then didn't refund my money or give me store credit.

Rock auto will not let you return any part after 30 days of the purchase. I have a part still in its original box and the company will not allow me to return the item, not even for store credit. So I now have a motor mount for a Chevy Sonic that I totaled and am no longer in possession of.

RockAuto always has the lowest prices. You can not get these prices at your regular parts store. Yes you pay for shipping and have to wait a few days but you have more $$$ in your pocket.

Impossible to get ahold of. Why are you in the auto parts business if you aren't going to answer the phone? You should be able to help people find the parts they need. I will be looking elsehwere for my parts for all 3 project cars.

I ordered two shocks for 1975 c10 chevy PU on Feb 11 before noon, received Feb 12 before noon. Now that's service. You know who I will be ordering from from now own. Good Go.

Service is awesome, but to return a part is a pain.

I have been doing business with Rock Auto for a few years now. Up till now, my experience has been good. But Adam, in Customer Service, has definitely put a BAD taste in my mouth.

I purchased an ABS Control module for my truck. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect one and returned it to get the correct one. During the return process, I chose "store credit" in order to expedite getting the correct part. Once the credit was issued, I promptly got online to order the correct module... no longer available now. So I called Rock Auto and unfortunately got Adam. I explained the situation and requested that the store credit be changed to a refund since the part was no longer available. He said that was impossible and he was unable to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to connect me.

I called back and spoke to a different agent and was told essentially the same thing...however....this agent stated that a refund was not impossible but created additional work for the credit department. She stated that because I had been a customer for several years that she would place a request to the Credit Dept for a change to a refund.

Unfortunately I only remember Adam's name because he was so rude about the whole situation.

After ordering a lift gate support for my 2012 Cadillac SRX, the part arrived within 6 days. I unpacked the part and installed it on the car. Installation is simple, just remove two spring loaded clips and snap into place. After installing support I tried the operation, this is where things go bad. The lift support would not extend. This prevented liftgate from opening. Upon contacting RockAuto I was informed they would not make an exchange or refund because the part had been installed to the vehicle. Now there was no way to KNOW the part to be DEFECTIVE until it had been installed. I will never deal with such a company that has no integerity.

By the time shipping was added, my small purchase exceeded full retil from my local GM dealer. Willnot use them again.

There are more parts available than at most parts stores, plus I work for Chevrolet and can't get GM parts this cheap even with an employee discount. All of my parts come from Rock Auto now! No questions ask! I even wish there was a LOVE'EM button on Facebook, because just a simple like isn't good enough for Rock!

I have ordered many parts for a number of vehicles. Rock Auto prices can't be beat. They provide a choice of several brands & prices for the same part. On the rare occasion I have had to call them with a question or concern, their Customer Service system is the best. If you are on hold, it tells you how many calls are ahead of you. CS people are very pleasant and courteous.

Buy all your auto parts at RockAuto if you want the best value , selection, service, and shipping on the internet!!

I received my parts from Rock Auto within the time they gave to me and one box sooner. I was able to purchase quality parts at a very reasonable price. This is the place to buy hard to find parts for older cars and whatever you need for newer models. I will continue to buy from this company and have told my friends about them.

I have a 2005 BMW X3. I ordered new lower control arms forward and rearward and new ball joints. Upon installing the new parts the lock nut for the ball joint would not seat correctly engaging the nylon lock washer. I tried calling but there is no person to talk to you have to email only. Ughhh. So I found all the parts locally and drove to go get them. Upon getting back home I realized that the problem was the control arm was updated and now thicker than the original. So there is an updated ball joint. Rock Auto obviously didn t know that but they should have it was updated in 2010. I asked for a full refund of shipping since I had paid for express service so I could be sure and have the parts but they said they would only refund shipping on the parts I am returning. That is not good customer service in my opinion. I would not recommend them due to inaccuracy and not being able to talk to someone when there is an issue. We had emailed a few times and then I emailed again 10 minutes later and it said sorry email didn t go through because this ticket was closed. That is not good customer service because they kept ignoring my request for a full refund of shipping and kept saying we will refund shipping of parts that you are returning. Do not recommend RockAuto!

RockAuto just ROCKS! I have been a very satisfied customer for many years and always will be faithful to RoxkAuto! Grreat prices, although shipping may be little high, but you cant beat their fantastic prices! I tell all my friends and family to shop and order from here!

Good section of parts and have always delivered parts within the shipping days mentioned. All my orders with Rock Auto have been good so far.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER AT YOUR LOCAL AUTOPART OR FROM ANOTHER ONLINE MERCHANT. Never ordering from these frauds again. I am currently in a dispute with my credit card having to intermediate. Claims items were not returned and then issued partial refund when tracking numbers show all parts returned and still has the balls to charge return shipping for all items. Customer service is non existent only by email and they will close your requests and leave you with automated responses.

Great products at a really good price. Have bought from them before and will again. One can get large discounts from company's that are no longer carrying the parts and have only a few left. I did and the parts work great.

This review is for the packaging they sent my brake kit in. They put everything in the kit in 1 flimsy box and the package was over 100lbs and also no packing in box to make sure parts wouldnt bounce around smh. They taped the top and bottom with 1 line of tape down the middle. So common sense would be to tape the bottom across ways to make sure product wont fall out the bottom when you pick it up. The package was left upside down on my porch with the bottom opened. When i inspected the parts i could tell that they had fallen out because the boxes were damaged. If you ship a box over 100lbs make sure its durable and secure enough to make it intact!!!

PowerStop Z23 brake package installed and performed flawlessly on my 2012 Acura TSX wagon. The fit/finish and quality of the materials were superb. Installation was simple and following the bedding the car stops much better than ordinary brakes from Carquest/NAPA. Considering putting these on my other vehicles!

i am using this company for my first time. So far I see excelents reviews. My shipment comes in 3 days. I would make another review when the order arrives.

I've placed a handful of orders on this website and each time my order ships and delivers quicker than expected. I always receive what I've ordered. I've never received wrong items, damaged items, nor has anything broken after I've installed it on my car :)

Rock Auto is the best source for parts. They were helpful and notified me when an out of stock item arrived I was looking for. Very prompt .

If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. Horrible customer service, especially from Adam. Shipped wrong parts and then tried to hold me responsible for their mistake and charge me for it. There are much better retailers with better prices. Do some basic research first.

I have used the rock auto services for several years now on three different vehicles, an SUV and two trucks. Never had a return, and the products appear to be of good quality. I now have my two son ordering for their vehicles, one a 1980 mustang that he's redoing, and the other a 2003 Nissan. No problems yet.

I buy an insane amount of things off rock auto, sometimes thousands of dollars a month, to supplement my repair shop. Sometimes things get lost or damaged, the fed ex handlers in my area are absolutely excellent at damaging or losing every order they touch. That's not rock autos fault and they take care of me on the ones i cant make work. I also return a fair share of things as well, people change their minds of whatever, i have never had a problem getting a refund (even if it has touched a car). the shipping estimates provided on the website are almost always later than the actual delivery date just to be safe i guess but its always a pleasant surprise, unless it gets lost in shipping. Overall you have to remember this company is acting as a middle man, connecting you with hundreds of other companies. They don't actually produce parts or make judgment calls on returns, and occasionally there's hiccups in this unimaginable logistics chain. Nothing ever goes perfect, I don't care what job you're doing. I will say though buyer be ware on the lowest price item in the category, particularly if it says "Discontinued". I always buy the items with hearts next to them and don't have any trouble with those.

It s horrible how a business does not have customer service over the phone. I need answers and I need them now. I m not going to wait days for a response. Rock auto I hope u lose tons of business for ur lack of customer care.

As stated on RA's site, I gave them an overall total rating of four stars.I bought two wheel bearing hubs for my Explorer. There were no mounting bolts, and as such, the old bolts had to be re used. Other than that,I am extremely satisfied with RA, as this is my second purchase. I will continue to buy my auto parts from them when the need arises, & will recommend RA, to my fellow DIY'rs.

I ordered the Monroe 90007 rear coil over shocks for my Buick LeSabre. It was nice to see they had them in stock and they shipped them that same day. Best part was that I received the the very next day. Could not be happier.

After ordering and installing an incorrect blower motor resistor, Rock Auto refuses to refund my money because it was installed. This part is a simple under the dash installment requiring only two screws and was installed only a few minutes before realizing it was an incorrect resistor. There is NO customer service with this company so buyer beware. I am unjustly stuck with a part I can"t use. I'll NEVER use Rock Auto again. Screw me once shame on me........

Fool-proof and effective. I have ordered parts from Rock Auto and I will continue to do so in the future. I have never had a problem with them, and their prices are usually much cheaper than local auto stores.

I was given a promo code, but you had no blank to complete.

I am giving RockAuto 4 stars... so far! This review may be a little premature though, as I just finished placing my 1st order and have yet to recieve my shipment. So, my 4 stars is me giving them the benefit of the doubt that my order will be correct, complete and timely.

The reason I marked them down 1 star at this point is for several experiences with customer service so far. First of all, even their automated voice prompts want to keep you from actually speaking to a human being and rather lead you to recorded directions. Tip: 1st presss 0 for English, then 3, then 4 if you need a rep.

The problem I had with customer service, both times I called, was they seem bothered by your call. They want to simply repeat what the recorded messages tell you, which is all answers can be found on their site. Granted, their site is fairly user friendly if you are a little computer savvy. Still, we all know, sometimes it just helps to have a knowledgeable rep to help with something now and then and their reps seem best at parroting the initial audio greetings.

Now, the reason I am giving them the four stars right now is based mainly on their prices. Local auto parts stores could not even come close to Rock's prices even after shipping costs. I also thought their shipping costs were very fair. I would have to assume they are using the USPS for their ground shipping option and not marking up the cost at all.

Lastly, they also get a 4 stars from me due to their site. It seemed a little hard to read at first with smaller print and tight word grouping but the info is all there, mostly. I do wish the "info" button to gain details was more specific rather than so general. Anyway, basically so far / mostly so good!

Rock Auto is awesome. They always have the best prices on auto parts, and generally a huge selection of parts from different manufacturers and different price points for the same application. Their close out pricing on low quantity items are the best deal ever. The shipping is always fast, even from multiple warehouses, and reasonably priced. However I always go back for their customer service. They are very generous with returns and really helpful. Can't recommend Rock Auto enough!

I've ordered several items over the years from RockAuto, but this last experience is my last. The parts arrived damaged and obviously not caused in shipping. Since the items were not expensive, returning them is not cost effective, and the company knows this. Therefore I am now stuck with additional items I cannot use because the damaged items were all part of a set. Way to cheat your customers Rock Auto.

I have had good experiences with Rockauto in the past, only had to return one order and they handled it quickly ater I explained the problem, I had a photograph to show them which cleared up any need for explanation.

I would never recommend purchasing a part from this company unless I considered the part absolutely DISPOSABLE, and my money GONE/THROWN IN the TRASH from the beginning. If the part works fine, other wise if you paid little for it you can throw in in the TRASH, since you will get absolutely ZERO assistance from this company which purposely has ZERO customer service..

Tried to order parts for my Malibu, they didn't have the parts I need. Then I called to talk to someone to see if they could get the part I needed only to listen to a recording say that if it's not on the website they don't carry out and don't know were to find it.
Not happy with this website at all.

Please keep helping out us consumers with your wholesale blowout prices and discount percentages for patron buyers. Your doing a great job the big corporate named part stores probably dislike you but not enough to lower they're prices to compete with what your provide for us, I'm so glad you exist with the lower prices across the board.

WOW I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS TO FIND THE PART FOR MY TRUCK IN JUST MINUTES I WENT FROM LOOKING UP THE PART TO CHECK OUT TO SHIPPING IN A MATTER OF MINUTES .AND CAME 2 DAYS SOONER THAN EXPECTED . I'M VERY PLEASED WITH ROCKAUTO MY NEW HOME TOWN AUTO PARTS STORE.

I ordered $600 worth of parts and paid extra for faster shipping as I had a small window to fix my car. I part (radiator) never came. When I tracked it it started it never left the building. I reordered and finally got through on email (you can't call anyone) and asked that they expedite it. They would not overnight it and stated that they would only do the shipping (4 day) that I had originally paid for. I tried to cancel but they said it had "shipped" already and they couldn't be expected to look for it. "Shipped" meant a label was put on it and it was sitting in the warehouse "somewhere." When it arrived I will have to pay to return it is that they told me. Then they cut me off and wouldn't take my emails anymore. Some customer service. Right? I will never order again and since I teach auto will tell all my students to never order there. Hope that extra $ they saved not shipping it to me overnight or not charging me to return it was worth what they are going to lose when generations of my students refuse to order from them and pass on the negative vibes.
