I ordered $600 worth of parts and paid extra for faster shipping as I had a small window to fix my car. I part (radiator) never came. When I tracked it it started it never left the building. I reordered and finally got through on email (you can't call anyone) and asked that they expedite it. They would not overnight it and stated that they would only do the shipping (4 day) that I had originally paid for. I tried to cancel but they said it had "shipped" already and they couldn't be expected to look for it. "Shipped" meant a label was put on it and it was sitting in the warehouse "somewhere." When it arrived I will have to pay to return it is that they told me. Then they cut me off and wouldn't take my emails anymore. Some customer service. Right? I will never order again and since I teach auto will tell all my students to never order there. Hope that extra $ they saved not shipping it to me overnight or not charging me to return it was worth what they are going to lose when generations of my students refuse to order from them and pass on the negative vibes.
