We had a visit arranged today to obtain a quote for double-glazing on all our windows and doors.

Gary Roberts, who I presume is someone senior within the business, arrived a touch early and knocked on our door. Unfortunately, he only waited about 30 seconds before assuming no-one was in, which was not sufficient time for my 39 weeks pregnant wife to make it to the door. He obviously did not hear her calling down and so left before she made it down the stairs.

Rather than checking if there had been a mix up, he rang my assistant who booked the appointment in a furious rage. She tried to explain that my wife was in fact at home and that he should simply knock again. After a verbal tirade, the call ended with him calling her a "c**t" and hanging up.

Needless to say, no representative of this company will ever be allowed to set foot in our house now.
