We WALKED OUT as I was so upset and went to another restaurant for our dinner. I would give a ZERO above if I was able to.

WE had heard only praise for Websters so we decided to make reservations and treat two of our friends for their birthdays. We made a reservation two weeks in advance for 7:00. When we arrived we were told we would have a twenty minute wait and to please use the bar in the meantime. I was FURIOUS! When I request a reservation two weeks in advance I expect to be seated at the time of my 7:00 arrival and it not be suggested to go have a drink at the bar (and spend more money) while waiting. If they had offered to pay for the drink, it would have been a nice gesture but they didn't. I don't accept a restaurant's excuse that prior attendees are staying longer than expected at their table(s) That is unacceptable to people making advance reservations. Rather than trying to get an extra "turn" of the table or an extra drink at the bar I suggest that the owners keep their advance reservation people as their priority.

Also, I suggest that they consider the following:

On Friday and Saturday nights that they give prospective customers a choice of times such as 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 or whatever time frames they think works best for them. That way, customers know ahead of time that they are supposed to limit their table time to a reasonable 2 hour time frame and the next customer can expect their seating at the prescribed time. This approach works as we have had to make reservations in that manner at other fine restaurants.

I brought my boyfriend here as a part of his birthday celebration and I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food and service was. I had the salmon Wellington and he had the steak with lamb lollipops. Everything was absolutely delectable. Our waitress was super nice and I would highly recommend!!!! I would definitely come back if I'm ever back in the Niagara Falls area.

This gem will never disappoint. Great atmosphere, superior service and the food is amazing! Just wish I didn't over eat and had leftovers. Thank you Kevin and staff for a great evening!

We are frequently found at Webster's Bistro dining on any number of regular menu items or enjoying one of the nightly specials. Hard to say which dish is a favorite, but lately we have been enjoying the chopped caesar salad with the addition of grilled salmon. We were also very happy to see the grilled pork chop make it onto the regular menu - it was initially only on the specials menu. The food is always presented beautifully and very, very good. Chef Bruce puts his spin on each dish. The staff is always warm and welcoming!

Cleanest kitchen I ever worked for. Ownership is amazing and very nice building with an excellent menu.

Wish I still worked there.
But due to the sous chef and head chef I didn't fit their agenda.
I had no culinary degree so they looked down on me and refused to train me.
Instead just treated me less of a person because I ask for assistance or help. They would hide liquor and beer.
Amazing food but again very unstable and demeaning environment for me to be around so I just left.

The restaurant has nothing to do with my review.
I would eat there all the time and recommend this place to anyone!! Farm to table is key and the owners are again phenomenal people!!

A top of the line restaurant right in North Tonawanda. Great service and excellent food. Wide menu variety. This is not a standard pub fare eatery. The staff makes your visit a pleasure.... we will be back.

I'm sure the food is good but we never got that far. Walked into the open front door on Saturday just before our scheduled reservation time, and noticed 4 unmasked employees and one unmasked bartender who told me they weren't ready for service "we're not masked up yet". WHAT?: How is it that they are allowed to prepare dishes and glasses, garnish (at the least) without wearing a mask? We were asked to walk back out the unlocked front door and wait until they were ready and masked up. I called and cancelled my reservation as I don't feel safe knowing that the employees are unmasked as they prepare food, drink, utensils, dishes and glasses.

The best restaurant is North Tonawanda, and one of the best in the Buffalo area. It started as French bistro, but has "loosened up" a little bit- you can still get amazing duck confit or cassoulet, but there are also some tasty burgers. The atmosphere is slightly dressy- I don't think they have a dress code, but if you're wearing a t-shirt the other diners will be giving you side-eye. Expect to spend $20-$50 a person, and you'll have a great time.

Lovely decor, fabulous food. It's a little slice of Parisian flair in North Tonawanda. Prices may seem a little high to some, but the food is always the highest quality. And the service can't be beat, from the bartenders to the wait staff (especially Jennifer!) They are always friendly and make you feel like you've known them for years, a nice touch in today's rushed world. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

A great place to go for a well prepared gourmet meal. The meals my family had we're numerous.
The short ribs were prepared perfectly according to the few that had that. The steak a work of art as declared by my brother in law. My wife loved the chicken cordon blue crepes. Two others had the filet mignon and that to was declared a work of art.
The cheese and onion soup I was served was a delightful surprise since it was more of a cream sauce than a French onion rendition that I truly enjoyed.
The service was friendly and we never went long without a beverage. The manager greeted us at the door with what seemed to be a genuine smile. The place was busy but not so crowded you felt trapped.
The only downside was the chicken that I ordered was to salty. I believe it was brined which ruined the flavor since that was all I could taste. The gnocchi was perfect as well as the company.
Just the one meal disappointed me and this one visit I cannot give it a perfect I hope it deserves.
Be warned that the service is not a fast passed but a relaxed one that you can unwind to. We were there about two two and a half hours.

We had a fantastic meal. The wait staff was amazing. Highly recommend the prosciutto wrapped baked baked brie. If you like chocolate, please get the 17 layer chocolate cake. There are no words to describe this cake. Once you've brought it home, because you will not be able to finish it, you will dream about this cake when it's gone.

Had an unforgettable dining experience which was much needed during the pandemic. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. From appetizer to dessert everything was perfection. I can't believe this was my first time here, I will definitely be back!

This place has always been my favorite in WNY. I have not been in since COVID, so I called at 3:45pm to see if the bar was open for seating. I normally dine alone and sit at the bar. The answer was yes. I arrived at 4:10 pm and attempted to sit at the bar. The bartender Kristen snapped at me that those seats were reserved, and asked if I had a reservation. I told her I had just called and someone said there was an open seat. She waved me off to the hostess stand and said she was full. The server at the hostess stand was sweet and said there were no bar reservations until 5:30 so I could sit there until then or be seated. I told her there was no way I would sit at the bar with Kristen's bad attitude. I said I would sit at the overflow cocktail table as long as I could have a server. Nate was my server. He was new but very nice. I asked if I could have a happy hour drink and he said yes. When he rang it up, the bartender yelled at him and said servers don't ring up happy hour drinks. She ended up making it with an attitude. I had the brie appetizer and the salmon wellington which were both amazing. The food is excellent here. Nate and the other servers turned things around but I will never enter that place if Kristen is there. They used to have awesome bartenders on Friday nights. It only takes one bad apple to turn classy into trashy!

My husband and I visited during Local Restaurant Week. My dinner was fantastic from the Roasted Squash Bisque to the Oscar Halibut with Hollandaise Sauce. My husband enjoyed the Deviled Eggs and the Beef Short Ribs Stew. We shared the Creme Brulee, my favorite dessert. Everything was delicious and came in a timely fashion. Our waitress, Sam, was friendly and efficient.

What can I say about Webster's other than that it's the classiest restaurant in town? It turns out, plenty.
Webster's also makes the best cocktail and the best French food. I go to there when I want every damn detail to be on point. I go for my birthday, outings with clients, and whenever I want to show someone I know my way around town. Webster's is a gem.

A true top restaurant in WNY. From the friendly AND knowledgeable servers/bartenders to the beautiful presentation of food, the staff didn t miss a single beat. Had four courses each one better than the previous. 6/5 stars. Would recommend to anyone!

Webster's is absolutely amazing. I've been ordering takeout from them due to COVID, and it's been perfect each time. The food is amazing, and everything is packaged perfectly! The Tuesday dinners for two were fantastic, as are the a la carte entrees. I've been very happy with everything every time I've ordered. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good. Wait staff also very good. The manager was seen out on the floor checking on the tables. The only negative is that some of the tables were very close together. Excellent cocktail menu.

Great food, great atmosphere. Only (minor) drawback was that the service felt somewhat 'cold'. (Next night, brother-in-law had similar feedback) Even then, it's still a great spot and the menu is fantastic

This is my favorite, go-to fine dining restaurants! Cozy bistro with a nice bar and a large summer outdoor patio. Service is spot on, friendly, & attentive. Food is always fresh and delicious, and servings are perfect (not too big, not too small). My favorites are their soups and Savory Crepes (and the 7-Layer Chocolate Cake!), but everything on the menu is wonderful! Great wine & cocktail list too, and delicious coffee. Long & relaxed dining experience. Great choice for celebrations, VIPs, and just for an evening out!

I gave it 5 stars previous visits. But since my last visit I was very disappointed. My entre was a small chicken breast, 4 grean beans, two small pieces of artichoke, and about a tablespoon of rice. For those prices it was a joke. Even the cheese n fruit plate which is supposed to be for four had one strawberry, few blueberries and two other berries, four small n I mean small pieces of cheese. And these small dry chips that looked like a Chinese noodle. Oh and a teaspoon of sauce. Never going back. The wife had the same thing. Bill was over a hundred bucks. Oh n two small bottles of perrier. Left still hungry.

It was spectacular from very beginning to end. My son Gerald Granto, who recommended the place and I are seafood enthusiasts and their mussels, scallops and clams were the best we've had in a long time!!!

We have dined at Webster's many times and it serves as a nice prelude to events at the Riviera. Their food is authentically French right down to the Cassoulet and Bourguignon. The service is prompt, friendly but not overbearing. The wine list is adequate but the restaurant would benefit from a reserve list of a few higher end French Burgundian wines beyond what is on their list. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that they have great bartenders making some imaginative cocktails. Overall, Webster's does capture the French bistro essence in the heart is NT with reasonable pricing, and for that it gets 5 stars in my evaluation.

Fabulous food, service and ambiance. The escargot is delicious, not only in the presentation dish, but the tenderness and flavors were to die for. Our entrees were well prepared and the wine and cocktail selection was perfect. This is a Grade A establishment, you won't be disappointed.

This place was a complete letdown; it is very overpriced for the low quality of food. To begin with they serve margarine not butter with the bread! The mussels were extremely fishy with a watery bland sauce (not sure if olive oil or margarine again or butter it was that watery), the strip steak was bland (even with the additional butter topping), the stew and French onion soup tasted like beef stock with little/no additional flavoring, the roasted Brussels sprouts that came as a side to the scallops tasted uncooked and not roasted. Most surprising was that as a French restaurant they didn t have the most popular French fish: coq au vin. The two enjoyable things were the not even housemate bread (without the margarine) and the sweet potato beignets. Overall, extremely disappointed with the quality of food, especially for pricing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone besides do not go.

My wife and I enjoyed our second visit to Webster's Bistro this evening. The wine, starters, and entrees were excellent. Our server, Victoria, was outgoing and made us feel very welcome. We are very excited to return and believe this is the best restaurant in the Buffalo region. A must try!

Excellent food, fabulous service, wonderful atmosphere. The steaks were tender and very flavorful. The portion sizes were more than adequate, and we were able to take some home for an additional meal.
