I don't know where to begin. I'm just going to make this comment straight to the point. CONSUMER BEWARE! I will say I had one professional experience there. If you happen to find yourself dealing with any one of their staff I'd say go directly to Mr. Nick. White. He'll be sure to help you out. Seriously.
Do not get this insurance. I got this insurance because State farms and all others were expensive and because am only 22yrs. However; I recently got in a car accident where another driver rear-ended me and it was 100% his fault. This insurance took for ever to fix my car. After 2 months of waiting for approval I took my car to a body shop. The owner of the shop call the insurance and said to fix the repairs. But the insurance only send half of the repair cost. I kept calling and sending emails about the other half and they always transfer me to their supervisor who is nerver in the office and I have to leave VM. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks waiting for the other payment and I had to get a loan to pay off the rest. Now I have to pay this back and pay the interest. I managed to get a hold of one of the rep over the phone and they ended saying that they will refuse to pay the other amount but he can't tell me why until I speak with his supervisor which he is never there. I don't understand why they make a big deal when it was my fault and my lawyer also confirm this with them. At this point I rather pay a few dollars more for a better insurance instead of this third party crap place. FYI, I had 4 years of perfect driving and there should be no excuse why they treat their customer like this.

The worst experience .. they have very bad service. Customer service is fatal. I don't know. I recommend it. It's disgusting. Maybe the assurance is good, but the people who answer are rubbish. They grab people that they like. Work and have professionalism to treat clients.
Kind of shocked to see they are still in business with all the 1 star reviews. They LIE LIE LIE. my wife and I were in an accident with a client of theirs..clearly their fault for running a stop sign. and 4 months later, Robert Moreno says they're still trying to determine who's fault it was. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. there is a thing called business ethics and they have none of it. They exemplify what is wrong with the insurance industry today. I sincerely hope they are out of business soon.
VERY disgusted with how this company operates. I personally have Allstate but had to help someone with their auto accident and speaking with these people out of the Palmdale location was a real joke. Seems to be a fraudulent company with the things I've dealt with them and helping a friend. Although everyone should read what they are signing, this company added exclusions to my friend's policy without telling them they were doing so. The adjusters do not return calls from other insurance companies either. This a legitimately janky company. Recommend Allstate!!
I had an accident on my record a few years ago (that I can prove was the other man attempting insurance fraud) so I called statefarm who sent me to what I thought was an independent agent for state farm authorized dealers or something. Instead I get these guys. Had a nail pop my tires on the freeway twice ripping out the inner fender linings on a car with full coverage and the coverage for natural causes. Nothing. Got hit by a hit and run driver in my other vehicle. They won't even try to find the other persons insurance and help out. They are a lazy useless gaggle of scam artists nothing more nothing less.
Don't do business They will steal your money the promise that they will charge list and they end of charging more
AWFUL!!!! Had my payment on auto payments and tried to cancel several times but they still charged me and said they never received my cancellation notification. In the end I ended up paying $600 dollars more for insurance on cars I no LONGER had!!!! This company is a complete and utter SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

Robert Moreno auto Insurance charges you each month an additional $17 for Billing. They won't let you cancel billing even though you call each month and pay over telephone to save $8. They say you need to pay full year of policy in.order to stop billing. Doesn't this seem to be against the law? You tell them you don't want a bill sent each month and they refuse your request so they can pocket your $17. We are checking with AAAnd if you have an AARP membership you can apply for Hartford and they were reasonable years back. Robert Moreno Auto Insurance is not an honorable company thinking of their policy holders best interest.
These ppl are never available..... I called their office at 11:00am on a Tuesday august 1st and it says their office is closed. Wth? And they drag their feet on paying a claim. I'm switching insurance companies very soon. And if ur looking for insurance don't look here trust me you'll regret it

Only gave one star because it was the only way it allowed me to post this review. Do not agree with the attitude that the girl I spoke to there gave especially when I've been in a car accident and have a lot of things to deal with. The accident was not my fault at all, and them being my insurance I expect nothing but professionalism. They never called me and I was dealing with State Farm (the person at fault's insurance), which they were very nice and were never rude and always helpful by the way. One of the girls just called me this morning and was pretty much scolding me on why I had settled with State Farm and why I had not called them as if it is my job to so when they have not called to follow up in two weeks. They offered no help or assistance. I called to complain to the claims manager and he was of no help. Did not show sympathy did not apologize. Simply said okay and said they would be speaking to her. Negative stars for this place. Do not pay for this. Do not provide help or customer service.

STAY AWAY from this insurance. Everything is great until something happens. I am going through the same situation as the reviewer before me. I was in an accident that was not my fault, the other driver was 100% at fault. It has been almost 2 months and nothing has been done. No one ever answers the phone or returns your voicemail messages. Pay a little bit extra for a known insurance. This insurance is horrible. Far more than horrible.
The worst insurance I have had . Expensive and poor service . They charged me $375 and raised to $560 I discontinued with them and got another insurance with better reviews in google cheaper and around $240. I don t recommend that .
Shannon is literally the WORST!! I have a claim in with one of their policy holder and they want to issue me 15 dollars per day for me being inconvenienced because my car is in the shop. I will be reaching out to the owner if I can and if not I will have my legal team take you to court.

She is the worst insurance company I have ever met, her people believe they are the last coke in the desert, they serve you almost at the door, they never offer you to enter an office and help you. A client of this insurance company shocked me and I presented evidence and a witness and even so they told me k they were not going to do anything and what if I wanted to go to court that it did what I wanted ... so really ??? Very unprofessional company. They have a call taker by the name of Tammy S. She was extremely rude and unqualified to be discussing commercial auto insuarance. I can't beleive how these kind of positions are filled with unknowledgeable people. From the get go she had attitude and didn't want to even listen or help. She questioned why as a commercial business we would need to add an additional Insured to our policy. She can learn a thing or two. I tried calling management to see if they could help, no call back. Will not be renewing our policy through them.

Fraudulent company. STAY AWAY FROM IT. I got my registration suspended from the DMV due to them not having proof of insurance, even after I had direct deposit with this company. They will take your money and not insure you in return.
