Very unprofessional company. They have a call taker by the name of Tammy S. She was extremely rude and unqualified to be discussing commercial auto insuarance. I can't beleive how these kind of positions are filled with unknowledgeable people. From the get go she had attitude and didn't want to even listen or help. She questioned why as a commercial business we would need to add an additional Insured to our policy. She can learn a thing or two. I tried calling management to see if they could help, no call back. Will not be renewing our policy through them.
