They are talking way too long

They are talking way too long
And they are full of excuses to pay a full covered car .my son crash in to the contention wall because bad weather conditions.. the car was total
And they took the car .. I don't have a car
I don't have the answer
They just don't care ..
I'm still paying for the insurance coverage for a car that was total .. this is so unfair
My only way is going to get legal advice
