Repair shops and insurance are usually a pain to deal with.
This place honestly surprised me in a very good way.

My adjuster was being a pain since I could never reach her, so I was already not too happy with my car situation.
I brought my car into this shop due to its proximity to my home and was pleasantly treated throughout the whole process:
-My calls were always picked up pretty fast, I had no issues waiting or reaching voice mails. The receptionist, (didnt get her name) always took my messages or did her best effort to reach out the person handling my case asap, even if he was busy.
-Francisco J, was the person in charge of my car and was spectacular when doing his job. He explained every single thing he would do to my car and gave me realistic timelines as to how long it would take and which steps depended on other people.
The minute he found something else wrong with my car, he called and explained the extra parts, costs, and process that would be required.
In my particular case, he had to get approval for one extra part and I was really expecting the worst since my Adjuster was not reachable; however, Francisco got a quick hold of her and got the approval on a very timely manner.
-The car was delivered to me one day after the estimated completion, and that not a problem due to the transparent communication. It was very clean (just washed) and the pieces and paint job were done perfectly.
-Also, I needed a rental car and this shop manages to coordinate perfectly with the car rental so that you get picked up and even return the car in their premises. It really is an experience where you don't have to worry at all.

In summary: Staff is courteous and fast; the actual repairs were done incredibly well and in a reasonable time. The shop looks professional.

Professional and very helpful staff. Made an appointment for an estimate on a rear ended damage for State Farm Insurance company and everything was processed fast, helpful with the rental car, very nice and pleasant experience. Car was declared total loss and State Farm will reimburse me a fair value of the market.

Second time bringing my car to them.They are fast and do great work. Dealing with getting rear ended twice this year has not been fun but they made the process on their end so easy for us. Sarahy and Brady are so friendly and personable. Don t go anywhere else!! Make this your first stop. It ll be your last.

They did a great job although it took an addiitonal 4 days, I am pleased. I didn't like the fact they reset the battery and had to readjust everything the way I had it including seat settings, etc. but overall, I am happy with the work they performed and hopefully, this will be the last time I need body work.

This was my first experience dealing with a body shop and I was very happy with my overall experience. Martin took care of me and he delivered as promised. As a matter of fact, he went the extra mile and fixed a couple of other scratches and bumper damage at no charge. My car was returned looking like new and on time. The turnaround was super fast.

Ugly scene when my beautiful Lexus met a yellow pole in a crowded parking lot. Voila ... Anaheim Hills Auto Body made all things new again. Hallelujah!

Brady and team exceeded my expectations! Top tier customer service and quality work performed. My Ram truck's hood had been scratched up by a local car wash. I hadn't even hit 2,500 miles yet on the odometer since purchasing the vehicle. The thought of having to have body work done on a new vehicle was daunting to say the least. Brady's team observed that the initial paint on the hood was not perfect from the factory and/or had been touched up in route to the dealership before I purchased the vehicle. They took it on their own to not only fix the scratches in the hood, but to fix the botched job from the manufacturer/dealer. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty, or at least what they were hired for! This is one of the places you hope not to visit, but will visit again should life throw a wrench your way! A+ job. Kudos to the team!

They fixed the back of my car after getting rear ended. Not only did they fix the damage while giving me an estimated cost and completion date, but washed, vacuumed and made the car look like new. When I came back in my rental car to pick up my car, the front office took care of contacting the rental car company and held the car keys, so the rental car could come pick it up and I didn't need to wait.

Brady and company was extremely helpful. Had my car fixed in 1 day and it look beautiful!

Was so bummed to find out my car got hit while sitting in a parking lot. I am thankful that I decided to take it in to Anaheim Hills Auto Body. The whole repair could not have gone smoother. I got a nice rental car for the time I was without my car. Brady, the owner, texted me often to let me know the status of my repair. The whole process took less than a week AND it was over Christmas Break. My car looks brand new. Nobody would ever know it was hit. I would definitely refer family and friends to AHAB. Thanks guys for the superb service.

I went in because my bumper had been pulled off. They stopped what they were doing and reattached it and didn't even charge me! Brady was kind and generous. I will always return to Anaheim Hills Auto Body. They were the best!

I had a real bad experience with an Autobody shop in Savi Ranch and Anaheim Hills Autobody made it all better again. AAA need to monitor which Autobody shops keeps their clients happy.

These guys are awesome. Brady went above and beyond for us and our vehicle. I have had my vehicle repaired by these guys twice. Once was a fender-bender that they handled with excellent detail and customer service and great pricing. The second was a horrible paint spill inside my wife's van that was literally a nightmare. They were calm and collected and got the whole thing cleaned up and we could not be happier with the service, communication and repairs. Brady even drove my wife's replacement floor-mat's down to us in Mission Viejo, CA after hours! I highly recommend Anaheim Hills Auto Body!

Amazing customer services, nice staff, they answered all the question I had, very friendly, helpful and especially that I have problem with the head lights and this is not included with the contract, they checked and fixed with out charge an additional fee , all their works are on time as promised , I have been deal with so many Auto Body Shop before but this one is my best choice.

They have gone above and beyond the normal requirements to fix my car. There was much more damage than it appeared to be. They were able to convince the insurance company my car was in far better shape than the normal car it's age, with the mileage it has, and didn't total it. I had some after market products that needed to be replacrd, and they weren't very cooperative in working with Anaheim Hills Auto body, but they persevered and my car came out beautiful. I highly recommend the team at Anaheim Hills Autobody.

I'm an Auto Appraiser and don't recommend shops for a variety of reasons, but I make an exception when it comes to this particular body shop. They have my vote as the most trusted shop in Southern California!

Great place to take your car. They repaired my mother's car with great care and even repaired a defect months later without question.

I brought my car to Anaheim Hills Auto Body for collision repairs. They kept me informed about all repairs and estimated completion dates. Their work is impeccable and I would highly recommend this shop.

Over the past 20 years, we have been hit by a few drivers. No matter what insurance the other drivers had, we insisted our vehicle be repaired by AH Auto Body. The communication and quality are second to none. Our recent Customer Service person was Brady. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I had a great experience with this body shop! They did an excellent job on my car and made it look like new! They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and customer service was on point. Special shoutout to Art (the guy who helped me out) - he was so nice about everything! Don't bother running around, just go here. Between AHAB and Martin Chavez, they are the best!!!! On 09/02/2020, my Mercedes ran over an errant car bumper on the 55 Freeway N, did alot of damage! SOOOO glad I called people I trusted first, they didn't hesitate, they said to have it towed to Anaheim Hills Auto Body and they did a spectacular job on my 2016 Mercedes E-350. Lots of damage ($9,000), but they navigated the waters with the insurance company and all other parties, MOST impressive!
And Martin was great at keeping me informed!
Just go here, AHAB is the best and its not easy to get Mercedes certified!

Called for a roof liner replacement quote and apparently they cant provide a quote,because they need the car. That makes no sense, about they just get a hold of standard pricing.

Took my Subaru Forester in to get a nasty dent on my rear door repaired. Art was very nice and professional. Dropped off my car on a Monday and it was completed on Thursday. Super quick and amazing quality. I've never taken my car into auto body repair. I definitely recommend this place if you need any auto repairs.
