***UPDATE***
I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 based on the fact that I was contacted by the dealership and they are going to do everything they can to make it right and get my car fixed up! Once again fantastic customer service!

I gave the dealership 2 stars because the staff is awesome and very attentive to customers! On the other hand I went in looking for good used car I wouldn't have to tinker with and that's not what I got. I bought a 2014 hyundai veloster. At first glance the car was perfect! About 2 months into owning the car, I went to a car wash (had been there 4-5 times before) and a bumper cover clip broke. No big deal right? I thought so too, until I looked under the car and realized there was not only clips missing but tabs and screws that connect the bumper cover to the headlights as well. I know this wasn't fault of the car wash because there was empty slots where screws go in perfect shape and the screws weren't even there. The fog light on the right side was also popped out and does not fit the bumper cover correctly. Clearly this was a patch up job.The bumper cover now has to be replaced for approximately $950. The 2nd issue I ran into was the temperature control knob going out about 3 months after purchase. It's $200 for just that part without installation, which I will be doing myself to help save money to get the bumper fixed. These pictures show side of the bumper cover thats popped off, the sag of the bumper cover, missing screw slots and the fog light that doesn't sit correctly in place and the damage caused to the plastic in my wheel well do to the sagging. All in all, I'd say look at every tiny detail before buying used from ANY dealership even the reputable ones!
