5 plus service for the team at ROAVR. Having been let down by several companies in recent weeks and months it was such a joy to finally find a company who did their upmost to help us. We needed a tree protection plan for our planning permission and really struggled to find an arborist to do it for us. Within hours of reaching out, Matt phoned to discuss everything and arranged an appointment on site within 48 hours.....report followed on the next working day!! We were particularly impressed with the modern technology used to support the report, and the explanatory video which accompanied the report was fantastic to explain all the finer detail to us.
I would highly recommend this company to everyone, and their professional, friendly, prompt and top quality service is an extremely rare find these days.
