Clancy was fantastic. Eric, the sales rep was extremely helpful, Jody our contact for this move was kind and effective, and the crew of men who did our move were excellent. I booked this move less than a week before it was supposed to happen, and they helped me to without reservation. Fabiano and his team were kind, quick, and careful. I couldn't believe how efficiently they worked, while taking extreme care with our furniture. I am so grateful for this service and would pay again and again to use them.

The only issues I had was when my things were transferred to the larger truck one of the staff placed all of my plastic bins UNDER the heavier boxes and other heavy items on top of the bins and broke approximately 60%-70% of the bins. And, the two men who moved my items from the van on the destination end were unprofessional. They rested far too often slowing down the process considerably. And when they did move things they were clumsy and seemingly inexperienced. One guy had only been working for maybe a month.

Let me say first so many moving companys out there try to rip you off. My experience with clancy was awesome they all kept there word with everything they told me loaded when they said they would and delivered when they said they would. Special thank you to Craig in sales, and Jennifer. Amanda was awesome helping and explaining and even a follow up phone call after the move. Driver Mike and his two helpers went above and beyond. Its just to bad other companies in the world aren't run like this one. Thank you all for the great service !!!

Eric, our contact person at Clancy was great! He was very personable and informative. He also gave us an extremely fair price for the move which this single mom teacher so appreciated. Then we communicated with Mariah by email and Jody by phone who were both very nice and understanding re: the stress a move involves. Our moving crew led by Wagner was superb! Wagner was organized, efficient, and so nice as well. The two young men working with him, his son, Gui, and another man, Lucas worked very hard and were also, really accommodating. They were timely, professional, flexible, and great to movers who only wanted to please us. The Clancy Team headed by Fabio were absolute warriors! My recently widowed Mom needed several services .. temporary storage while her new home was being remodeled, delivery of her & some things to my house and some give aways managed all in the same day. Our move was scheduled during a significant storm/hurricane. The Team arrived early; Fabio was incredibly compassionate, patient and kind with Mom as he navigated organizing our move from the front lines . The team of three had us packed and loaded in record time and we all made it to CT where they had to dodge downed trees and power lines to make the stops/deliveries required. They were professional, fast and nothing was damaged. Eric did a great job in calculating the costs which were fair and comprehensive. Jody called after hours to make sure we were aware of the timing and details. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience using Clancy for a local move in April. Our realtor referred us to Reid who guided us through the process and provided us with a very reasonable quote. On moving day Ricardo and his team showed up on time and took great care with all of our belongings as well as protecting the floors of our home. We moved in the midst of Covid-19, the whole team wore masks and gloves and took extra cleaning precautions to keep everyone as safe as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Clancy and if we were to move again, they would be my first call.

My experience with Clancy was great from start to finish. They gave me the lowest estimate out of the moving companies I looked at. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Clancy Moving is the BEST Moving company around. My rental home was damaged in the recent hurricaine, I contacted Clancy Moving Systems. Someone came by and did the estimate on what it would cost to pack, store and then move my belongings to a new home. Reid was professional, answered any questions I had, and the quote was perfect. Jennifer called to schedule the movers. She emailed me the paperwork, which I signed and sent back. She confirmed the date, time and location for the movers. When the men came to pack, they were on time, professional and extremely quick. If I had done the packing myself, it would have taken me days!!! The men came back the next day, on time and loaded the truck to store at Clancy Warehouse. I know when it is delivered, everything will be great. Thank you to Reid, Jennifer, Owen and Michael. I have been super impressed by the amount of professionalism displayed by each and every Clancy employee I ve worked with on my long distance move from NYC to Portland Oregon. Moving 3,000 miles is stressful and Eric Martinez was a pleasure to work with from the start of the process to the end. Jodi was a super communicator and made sure that I knew when my crew was arriving at my NYC apartment and even called while they were there just to check in and make sure that everything was going well. My crew was only 2 guys, Wagner and Gil- and they were absolutely incredible!! Moving on a hot day in July in NYC would usually be a nightmare but Wagner and Gil worked so quickly and were there less than 2 hours from start to finish. I m truly impressed by everyone s demeanor and calmness throughout my move- it really does make a difference. You get what you pay for and I feel very content paying for high quality and reliable service from a legitimate company like Clancy. Thanks for everything!!

We used Clancy twice in one year to do a local move to a rental home and than an out of state move. Both times they were professional, courteous, respectful and efficient. They wore masks when they were moving our stuff. After 2 moves, we only had damage to 2 glasses and a ceramic dish due to how we packed them ourselves. Shout out to Silvio and Wagner for managing their great crews! Clancy's pricing was better or close to any other quotes with professional, trained movers.I would definitely recommend using them for any moves.

I was very impressed with Jesus Alvardo with Clancy relocations and logistics. Jesus provided excellent care, open communication, and very professional. I new our items were in good hands, which is such a great feeling. He checked to see we were available a day earlier for the delivery which we were, and then completed the delivery that day. Our move was such a great experience. The crew arrived right on time at 8:30 and had our 2 bedroom, 3rd floor walk up apartment empty in 2 hours flat! They were efficient and careful (a great combo). The unloading process was similarly seamless. They reassembled any furniture that needed it and were responsive about placing boxes and furniture in the appropriate rooms. This was our first experience using a moving company and were wary after hearing horror stories from friend about other companies, but we could not have been happier. We were unpacking our new place by 1:30 in the afternoon!

Moving is always stressful. In my case, I was not only moving, but moving over 1000 miles away! Reid Whittemore came to my house and together we went through everything that was to be moved. When the time came, I realized that I was not going to be have the time to do all of the packing myself. Reid assured me that they would take care of it and they did! The best thing he said to me was, "We've got you covered. Don't worry about it!" The crew showed up when they said they would (a huge plus!) and they were all polite, respectful and professional. The person in charge and I went over everything together. The pickup and delivery were both done flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a company any better than Clancy! Our long distance move was handled professionally from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with everyone at Clancy - Reid, Jennifer, Bobby's packing crew and especially our driver Joel are the best.

We hired Clancy/United in August 2018 to move us from the Hudson Valley to Pennsylvania. Took out the FULL insurance and listed every piece of over valued on the separate inventory form that was required. Wrapped it all myself (15 years of wrapping experience on Ebay and other sites). There was not only breakage and damage to our furniture but damage to our newly painted home and new wood floors. When we submitted the claim we were haggled with and they would not pay our entire claim. I would not recommend this moving company- They did NOT wrap ANY of my furniture and that was damaged too. The manager IMPLIED that because we paid for the move ourselves that we were putting in the claim to recover some of our moving costs ! HE gave me a sob story about how the movers had to pay part of the damage cost and DID WE WANT THAT ( well, if they didn't break or damage anything they wouldn't have to pay). THE NERVE of HIM. TAKE our advice Go find another mover.

WARNING - POTENTIAL LOSS OR THEFT! So I used Clancy for my move from NYC to Boston in May. I had packed most of the apartment myself except for my artwork because I wanted to make sure it was professionaly handled so it would survive the move. It should be noted at this point, that I don't really own a ton of valuable stuff - most of the furniture is IKEA or hand-me-down, the rest was just clothes and crappy kitchenware. The one thing that was both of some monetary value and of such a size that it could be missed, was a print that I had purchased for quite a bit of money (at least for me) a few years ago and had grown very attached to. I also alerted the movers to this piece's importance, hoping that they would use extra padding and wrapping to make sure it arrived safely. Everything made it up to Boston in one piece and according to the manifest all the picture boxes had been delivered. Unfortunately, I didn't see the print go into a box - these guys were nice and polite so I just trusted that it had made it in. When we finally got around to unpacking our pictures last week, everything was there... all the value-less family photographs, the cheap, ancient posters, the halfway decent cast-off painting my grandma had given us... the only thing missing was the one piece that had some actual value (which I had foolishly pointed out to the movers.) When alerted of this issue, Clancy customer service was very nice, but ineffectual. Instead of calling me back, they chose to email me (which given how upset I am about this, seems callous), to let me know that nothing had gone wrong on their end and that they weren't responsible. I hate to imply that there was wrong-doing, it's possible this was just an honest, unfortunate mistake. But whether through carelessness or malintent, one of my prized possessions is gone and anyone who thinks about using Clancy Moving in the future, should be aware of this incident and exercise the utmost caution.

These guys are super human ! They were strong, efficient, worked great as a team, EXTREMELY QUICK, and most of all...delicate. I was so impressed the whole time. They wore face masks and were very polite. I m still talking about how easy the move was 2 weeks later. And I m a tough critic. Book them now, you ll be happy.

Pickup went well. Was not happy with the delivery end. The movers were unprofessional, making a lot of noise yelling and letting the hand trucks bang on the steps on the way down empty instead of picking them up and carrying them. They damaged my dining room table by dragging it across the tile floor then denied knowing what happened, even though I saw it with my own eyes. They did not unpack and assemble the televisions and the hardware for the stands is missing. They left a hand truck and now I have to be inconvenienced to wait for them to come and get it. Again, the crew in NY did a great job and Jesus was professional and kind. The unpack crew in Florida needs some work. Instead of rushing to get out, they should be more attentive.

Had a great experience moving from Dutchess County into Manhattan. Movers were punctual, professional, and friendly. They broke nothing, and they knew exactly how to disassemble my furniture to move it safely and easily, and they reassembled everything exactly the way it was. I was extremely satisfied and would use them again without any hesitation.

The guys were polite, professional and efficient. Our move required taking the truck on a ferry and a really quick turnaround but everything went smoothly.

Fabiano and the Clancy crew came right on time and were very efficient with the move. They were very respectful, tolerant of my little ones and cautious with my items and helpful when I had multiple small , loose items that I didn t know how to pack. We moved from one house to another and they were only 3 min away from each other. The moving guys arrived on move out day and even though it was raining they did an amazing job getting our furniture out and onto the truck. They were very careful with each item and did wait to let the rain slow when it was down pouring, so the boxes didn t get too soaked. They worked quickly and efficiently. On move in day the moving guys got everything to where it needed to be and they were all very nice and professional. This is defiantly a company I would recommend using weather you are moving 5 min away or 5 hours away. The receptionist/scheduling was awesome. Because we moved Memorial Day weekend she gave me number where I would be able to reach her while the office was closed should I have any questions or concerns. The overall experience with Clancy Moving was great. It s not an easy job, moving homes but they defiantly have a system worked out and everything moves along smoothly!!

For truckers delivering here, it s a good place. Took me in before 8am. Very nice and courteous. If you deliver to the new warehouse the back up isn t too bad. If at the old warehouse it s very easy. Just a heads up. Overall took them under 20 minutes to unload me. I m happy with that.

I chose Clancy Relocation after I got bids from a few other companies. From start to finish I was completely satisfied. All the workers were wearing masks. Their specialist (Reid) came to inventory my items. He was a calming character. I got my estimate and made a few changes which were reflected in a new document to my satisfaction. The office agent (Jodi) helped me quite a lot with my questions. The driver (Jesus) came with a courteous crew. They worked efficiently as a team. They were always respectful and when I conversed with them they were funny! A few days later, the same driver arrived with another crew in another state. They had to climb a flight of stairs to load in to my new home, and yet, they were very professional and always cordial. I asked them to move a few things around and they do so without pause. Bottom line: I recommend this company. No surprises. Very professional.

I can t say enough positive things about my moves with Clancy. We had a 2-part move: one from our house to their climate controlled storage facility and then a month later from the storage facility to our new home in another state. When I initially looked for movers I read some reviews for other companies and was terrified I d fall into those situations others warned about, such as furniture being lost , items being held in storage as ransom bc the company increased their fees, etc. From the moment I spoke to Tom my moving consultant I felt at ease. Due to Covid he couldn t come to my house to do a physical walk through to see the items so we held a face time walk through. When I had moving concerns about a few lighting fixtures and furniture pieces Tom had all the right answers. He was always available to answer questions and got the estimate right over. Jennifer our customer service manager was always pleasant and worked with our ever changing schedule and a furniture piece pick up from the storage facility. She was right on point. The moving team for both moves were incredible and on time. Each mover was professional, accommodating, pleasant and very respectful of the items. Not one piece of furniture was scratched or dented and not one glass or dish was broken. We will definitely work with them and the future and highly recommend them.

Clancy was bar none the greatest moving company I have ever used. From Reid the estimator, who estimated the job quickly and reasonably via an app during the pandemic, to Jennifer the project manager who tirelessly and patiently worked with me through a gazzilion issues and changes to the actual crew who was amazing. It was the first time a moving company sent a real truck, professionally emblazoned with its logo, clean young and happy go lucky guys that just would not quit until you were happy and a team leader Ricardo that was as calm and cool as the Buddha himself. They went the extra mile at every junction. They are worth every penny and more! I cannot recommend them enough.
