I am an early career property developer and I was looking for a tree survey to discharge some conditions on my planning permissions urgently to be able to kick off the development. Without the survey my project would have been left on hold and I couldn t proceed, and the standstill period was going to cost me a lot of money. Thanks to ROAVR we now have the tree survey completed and report written all within 3 days and we are able to proceed.
