I first found ROAVR through google after being requested to get a tree protection plan as part of our planning application. I was shopping around for different quotes and ROAVR were the cheapest, had the best quote/payment method and after a 30 minute chat with one of their guys it was a no-brainer.

I was a little worried because the burden of researching and finding someone to carry out this work was put on me and I don't know anything about it but the report comes through with a video explanation and was really easy to understand.

We actually had to jump through quite a few hoops to get our planning including a request for a preliminary ecological assessment (PEA) which I got the guys at ROAVR to do as well. We were even pushed to go into further detail on the tree report which Matt did for us with a really quick turnaround.

Overall, I couldn't be happier. ROAVR were quick to respond, professional and overall got us our planning application accepted within the timeframe.

Would highly recommend.
