RoadSport Honda Service are good but we wish you have a car wash room soon.
Note this dealer will take down all the bad reviews, so you only see what they want you to see, If you are looking to work for this company be aware to cover your but all the time. If any employee comes to you with a issue make sure you getting in some sort of writing as they will ask you to push in under the carpet, This has been done with a few staff. If you are a customer note you only see what they want you to see, they have some very good staff but very aware of some management staff in service and higher up. If you have a issue take it to the Ontario board as they can not hid from that.
I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and winter tire switch over. Alex was very efficient, polite and far exceeded my expectations. I had told him I was on my way to work and was in a little bit of a hurry. He was able to have the work done in less than an hour and you could tell he had a great customer experience mindset. (I train Customer Experience).Hats off to Alex. Keep up the good work.
The worst service i have ever got. these guys changed my mind about buying a Honda. The people are so rude to you that you feel that they are ready to fight you if you ask a question. I don't recommend anyone buying a car from this place because if they are like that now, when you are ready to give 40 Grand to them. Imagine how they will behave if you come to do any service with them. Honda Shouldn't allow people like them to affect their Brand.
I purchased my 2015 Civic from Peter. Such a nice gentleman. Financing went smooth.
So its 2019 and I went in to have a flat tire repaired and for my regular maintenance. I had a bad experience with the service department this time. In the end they refunded me thanks to Christian in the service department. Not sure whats happened to this dealership but its not the same. After reading all the other negative reviews I am skeptical ro go back. Want to trade my Civic in but not sure about going here.

Bought two crush washers for the rear differential. Go to do the fluid change, find out that the 2 washers were different sizes, one being too small. Great job parts dept!
I went in today to get a quote on HRV. The salesman made me feel like I was an intruder interfering with his afternoon nap. He literally spoke 3 sentences to me after first eyeballing me from top to bottom. I guess I didn't pass his test (I was in shorts) so I was not worthy of his time and effort.
Never mind that he didn't offer to shake my hand, didn't greet me in any way. He actually had to pull up Honda's website to check the price and offered me 500$ off MSRP Looks like I knew more about pricing than him. He was probably thinking that either I take it which would make me an idiot or I dont take it so he gets rid of me quickly. Either way it would be a win for him.
Wrong Mr. Salesman. I may come into your dealership in shorts but it doesn't mean I dont want to purchase a car or I dont have money. How so very wrong you were on both counts. Never judge a book by its cover.
I will be going to a different Honda dealer where hopefully salespeople dont mind actually spending 5 minutes answering questions and know sales 101 - never let a customer walk out without securing a mutually beneficial deal.

I've had to edit my review. Their service department is top notch. However, my experience at the bodyshop prompted me to change the review. I took my car to the bodyshop to my rear bumper fixed. I had asked when getting he quote for the work how much it would cost to wrap my grill. I was given a verbal quote and was told that it could be done when the car was in for the work. I said I would think about it. When I dropped the car off I asked for it to be wrapped in semi-gloss black. I was told they were 'out' of it. I asked about gloss black and was then told that they can't do it because the person quit last week. He then proceeded to tell me "just get some pastidip from Home Depot. It's easier". Really? First I get two excuses not to do it and then get told to just do it myself with spray paint from Home Depot? What company turns down business? .
We bought a Honda Civic 2020 Ex. Our salesperson was Charles Chan. We had a great experience with him. He was supportive, highly knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions patiently. As first-time buyers, we were lucky to meet him at this dealership because we had some bad experiences with other dealerships (not honda) and salespersons. Also, the finance manager was friendly. Dropped my Pilot off for just an oil change, was informed that I also need to replace my filter. Told oil change would cost $68 but with the additional filter replacement, it would cost about $105. When I picked it up I was charged over $200. I questioned it and the lady cashing me out said I had to pay for labour and parts as extra. If the total amount expected was in fact $200+ they should've communicated that to begin with. They couldn't even give a comp wash and remove the bird droppings off my windows. To top it off, the copy of the invoice that they gave me had some sort of food/sauce smeared on it. Pickering Honda not only has better service, they are upfront, honest, FAST...AND they washed my car at no additional cost. I didn't feel like I was being scammed there. Last time I take my care to Roadsport. Take your car there if you like having your wallet sucked dry.

This is one of the best customer service I've seen, and it's worth the extra cost as it saves time and 2nd guessing. Its been 5 years since I got my 2015 accord, and even after I moved, I still go to Roadsport frequently to get servicing. Strangely, the car runs smoother after an oil change here vs general repair shops. Not all honda dealerships have such levels of service (I have one that's 1 km from my home and it's no good). They drop off/pickup for free, and have a good waiting area, and live updates on tv. Keep it up!
Very poor customer service in their shope. They had to replace a part for my 2016 honda civic. It took them 13 days to get the part. I found out that the problem was not with delivery of the part but luck of responsibility in their employee. They did not place the order until the last days from the time I took my car there. Finally I had to call the assistant manager who ultimately ordered the part . I was telling my concern to one the advisors he told me I am not your advisor and told me go talk to your advisor, very rude and improfession. Almost everyday I was calling to follow up but could not get a response. No one calls you back unless you do yourself. I feel very sorry for the owner of this dealership. Very poor poor internal management. Three cars were bought because of me from this dealership. Everyone of us have the VIP card( life time free oil change) only 2 times I took my car there and never again. It has been 2 years that we are all taking our cars for service to other places. We don't need free but we need good customer service. I only take mt car here for warranty. Never again.

Visited this dealership twice to cut a second copy of my key and both times service has been abysmal. Had to wait a few hours just to program my key the first time and had to leave due to the wait time. Second time was the same deal. Customer service needs to be worked on
I was in for the summer/winter tire change. The work was done quickly and actually was finished earlier than the quoted time. He recorded the DOT code on my winter tires for me as I was unable to bend down to get them myself. He made sure that I had the new wiper blades and called me the next day to make sure that everything was okay with my car and their service. He had called me to tell me my car was ready. My car and tires were washed and cleaned and ready for me earlier than promised.
The sales and maintenance guys and girls at Road sport Honda always give me a good experience every time. My 2017 CRV runs flawlessly, and i will be visiting soon for my regular check ups!

Had one of the worst experience at this dealer. The sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable. When he was describing the Honda Civic Coupe, he was reading off the website. Wasn't very impressed at all.
I had been having problems with the air in my wheels and forgot to mention this. But then my service representative told me there was a nail on my wheel, it was great that they pinpoint this cause it saved me having to go again for the tire issue.
5 stars for the sales department, no stars for the service department. I have been left with the same problem for two years (broken AC) on a 2017 civic. They've only done quick fixes on it which had it working for a couple of weeks, then recently this summer when it's not working again, they tell me it's a common problem for these civics to have the compressor replaced. If they have taken a full measure in looking into my problem, maybe I wouldn't have gone through 2 summers with no AC in my car. Extremely disappointed, I will take my business elsewhere.

Charles is really good and friendly as a sales person, but beware of the troll who takes care of you when you're trying to make the deposit. He'll pressure and insult you when you question his persuasion to get the extra warranty options. If it weren't for Charles, we would have left right then and there.
Leased a pilot from them in 2017. The car kept giving me problems. When I called to speak with the lease department nobody available, left my details, never called me back. They just want your business, but afterwards nobody gives a damn about you as a customer. Don't forget that the pilot is 50.000 $ SUV.

Awesome service spoke to a gentleman named Alan. Told him I wasn't ready to buy yet as I was looking around still but he took the time to explain everything and show me the options. If I buy Honda I will buy from him. Btw The Passport looks and feels great and is a real contender.
Great experience on my first full service requirement. I needed an oil & filter change, brake service and tire rotation and I was in and out in an hour and 15min....I loved that they had a status update board to monitor progress in the waiting area
The rep I dealt with was very polite and prompt in getting back to me , unfortunately the service took longer than scheduled (3 hours to change a tire???) and they couldn't find the issue of why my tire pressure light kept lighting up....even though I've brought it back more than once with the same issue in the last couple of months. Might have to start trying other repair centres.

I had the pleasure of visiting roadsport Honda to replace the airbags in my car for a manufacturer recal.
I was mentally prepared for this to take longer than expected but I was surprised that it only took half of the expected time.
They offered me a shuttle ride to drop me off and pick me up for free even though I was just going around the corner. While I was away, they sent me a text inviting me to reply if I need anything else from them while I wait.
Warren was my service tech, he was professional and courteous as well as clearly being a good mechanic. He left my car as clean as it was when I handed him the keys and performed the job in less than an hour.
The receptionist was also lovely and everyone greeted me and held doors for me as I entered and exited. I am very pleased. Whoever is in charge of this team is doing a great job fostering a pride in great service.
The dealership can make some serious improvement in how they handle phone calls when some one calls in. I tried to call in at 0730 AM to get a service appointment and got a recorded message that "not accepting calls at this time" So went to book an online service appointment, at some point after all the details are filled in, it says finished, I saw no schedule for getting an appointment. Called the service phone #0904 AM same response as I got at 0730 AM. So decided to call the main number and got an uninspired operator who said may be the lines are busy. She was so keen to get me off the line saying she is not in service area. I reminded her that my calls are not being answered. I insisted she transfers me to service manager, she did with no enthusiasm or proactiveness. I spoke with Dominic who suggested that I may change the dealership if i am not happy. I paid for the VIP service and same would not be available elsewhere, if I moved out. The only thing that really required is to improve the customer service standards so they can be proactive and have a good understanding of customer needs. I will surely take Dominic's advice that I don't need service at this present time, Once the lease is over, I will definitely consider going elsewhere and never subscribe to the so called fake VIP service and this dealership. Never had a good feeling from day one with this dealership, but you get odd bad ones in life. Selling and excelling in customer service is not hard, its just the skill and attitude that will make the difference.

My lovely red civic was due for its first oil change today. I had driven just over 7,000 km - obviously I don't drive much, as it took a year to get to that. The price of course was great as it only cost me $5.00 for it. I was told with the sale of my car, that all my oil changes would be free for the first year. I did not know that meant that I would only get one free oil change as it took a year to get to the point where I needed an oil change.
The booking lady was very accomodating and informed. The receptionist put you at ease and was extremely polite. Even the shuttle bus driver was very willing to help. The mechanic who did the work on my car, really put my mind at ease and let me know what my next steps would be in the maintenance of my car. Very nice and patient man! This was all before 8:00am in the morning!
I was surprised that I did not get a car wash, as I thought that was part of the deal, but I guess that might be on my next visit when I have to spend hundreds...

I had a bad experience with them before. I thought I would give them another chance. It is the worst Honda dealership in Toronto. Expensive service. Rude people. Their service advisers should be called Salespeople. They try to rip you off in every way possible.
Brought in a car for an oil change and recall and had $30-40 worth of loonies and toonies in the car. When I got the car back the service workers took all of it and left a single loonie thinking we wouldn't notice. Terrible service and untrustworthy group of workers. How can you trust a business where they have employees literally stealing money from customers
It was a terrible experience. I went for door lock problem. They charged $150 for the inspection and let me go. I had to come back and they replaced the window switch and charged me for that. The problem was not solved. Had to come back two more times and they replaced door lock actuator. They said I'm good to go because I paid for the same problem already. About three month later, they asked me to pay an unpaid invoice for the door lock actuator. I had not even seen the invoice before. They failed the inspection and the first repair. Should I pay for their failure? I explained the whole story and waited their answer. Nobody responded to me, just one month later, someone else asked me to pay the invoice without answering any of my points. Explained again and still waiting. So unprofessional, unorganized, and irresponsible.

The service adviser Edmond Cheung #288 understood immediately and pinpointed what the problem was, he then told me there would be an estimate for the work and I would then need to approve it before work starts. He also identified other problems which were under warranty, he ordered the parts and suggested that when the parts are in we can setup an appointment to fix the problem. I am very pleased and I left the dealership with a sense of satisfaction knowing that my car would be fixed properly.

Had to get my brand new (2017) civic safetied to get off lease. I maintained it regularly and have barely 30,000 km. Magically service found lots of issues. I refused the lies and went to another Honda dealership - no issues at all and got safety passed right away. This place should be shut down. They rip people off and the 5 star reviews are fake - people were given gift cards and money off to give a 5 star on the spot. Fraud!!!!

He is patient and takes time to explain all our questions to our satisfaction. Very happy with my recent purchase and the services received from Peter.
I've had plenty of experience purchasing from private sales and dealerships and can spot a stealership or scam salesperson from a mile away. Charles @ Roadsport Honda is the complete opposite of that and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Many salespeople only care about the sale. They get the commission and you're garbage to them afterwards.
The difference with Charles is that he's honest and actually cares about what your best fit is, not only for the vehicle, but also financially. He will actually sit down with you and is willing to take time and calculate your financial options. Metrics are explained very carefully in layman terms (if you aren't good with math). I've never met a vehicle salesperson who actually tries to save the customer money. He also has extensive knowledge of leasing and financing. There is simply nobody that has come close to the knowledge and service that he's provided.
As long as Charles is at Roadsport Honda, I'll never go anywhere to buy a Honda again. Just for reference, I was given lower offers at other dealerships and I still purchased from him. He really is that good. Go in and meet him for yourself...you won't be disappointed.
I just took delivery of my vehicle and Charles was just as detailed as before the sale. He walked me through the entire car and demoed all the features again. He was patient and explained everything very clearly. From the paperwork to the walkthrough, every little thing was outlined in extreme detail. The car was delivered in perfect condition.
He is truly an asset to the company and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Terrible service. Every time after the service, there was always something broken. Either Oil leak or tire gas leak. I don t think this is coincidence. Not sure what they have done to my tire and it was not repairable as it was repaired once before. I didn t want to go back to this place anymore. I chose to go to Canadian tire and had the tire replaced. Good luck everyone!

Bought my brand new 2017 civic here , had lost its AC after first summer. I came in 4 times and they have not done anything. When I came for my first oil change they magically found a problem NOT covered by warranty. The second oil change they did again. This place is wrong and I still have no AC this summer. Not buying a car here again, not recommending it to anyone, not going to come back. Manager of service is horrible. I m forming a complaint to Honda Canada. This is horrible customer care. Other reviews are correct: this place is about money and screwing people over.
I appeared on only one occasion to drive a couple of CR-V's. Johnson was entirely straightforward as to the condition of each car.
Did not buy one on the day I test drove, but proceeded over a couple of months to negotiate the entire transaction by Whatsapp both inside and outside of business hours, while I was in the US, Europe, and Canada -- Johnson was always available by Whatsapp message. He really knows what it means to work hard.
Final documents were exchanged electronically, and I went to pick up the car -- no fuss. Johnson really takes advantage of technology to serve the customer. I would recommend him, and the dealership should be delighted with his work effort.
Service Dept gave appointment at 12 noon for winter tire change(Tires mounted on RIM), after going there they said that there is 2 hour delay. Around 2:30 pm they changed winter tires. After they changed, service advisor said it is ready and good to go. Later realized that tire pressure was way very low than recommended in 4 tires. I expected Honda dealer will at least check tire pressure before saying good to go.
I would tell them it was a wonderful experience and that I highly recommend going there for any vehicle purchases. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Their customer service is unmatched and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. Your staff were both friendly and professional. On our arrival at the appointed time, your technician explained what the service would involve, the price and when the car should be ready. We were also advised that there was a shuttle service if we needed it. This was awesome. Also, the free wifi so the one hour passed very quickly and pleasantly. Not forgetting the complimentary tea or coffee. Thank you.

Bought a 3 yr old Lexus RX350 from this dealership last year. Upon test driving the car I noticed that there was a lot of vibrations - sales rep advised it would be corrected upon pickup as well as the wiper blades would be changed as they did not clean the windshield. Sales process went smooth enough - I mean they were glad to see a $35k car off their lot in the dead of winter. Upon pickup while driving home on the highway it started to snow heavily - turned on the wipes and they hadn't been changed. I could see out of my windshield and the situation became very dangerous - luckily I was able to make it home in one piece. The car also still vibrated. Upon inspection the car was deemed to have " flat spots" on the tires - this is due to the car sitting for extended amounts of time during extremely cold temperatures. Honda refused to change the times , despite agreeing to handle the vibrating of the car by the time the car was picked up. It took weeks of phone calls and emails to the owner and general manager - in the end they only discounted the purchase of brand new tires at 50%. While this is discount - I should never have had to pay for new tires on a car I just bought for $35,000. doesn't make sense. They also replaced the wiper blades at no cost - but they had to because it didn't comply with the safety certification they gave the car. My brother was considering this dealership for a used car purchase - I'll have to recommend against that.
