Worst customer service ever. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I went to buy a car, the sales guy was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, prob the worst salesman I've ever met and I have purchased quite a few cars!!
I have to wonder, if this is the way they treat prospective buyers what would they'd be like after you buy, one thing for sure, I will never find out. Stay away and find another dealership, it's a shame Honda had its name linked to these people.

I work in the area and want to support local business and have bought 2 cars from them over the past 10+ years and have used their service department to service all my cars.

However, my last encounter with the service department was disappointing.

My 08 Accord wouldn t start and had smoke coming out of the front when boosted. Had it towed to Roadsport who charged me $138 plus tax for diagnosis to tell me that there was a major oil leak due to VTEC solenoid failure, which caused an alternator failure as well as starter failure. I would have to replace all of these parts plus the serpentine belt, for circa $2261 plus tax.

They advised me not to fix the car, since it s so old and buy a new one.

I had he car towed to a non-dealer mechanic, who said VTEC solinoid was fine, but there was a major oil leak from the valve cover assembly. The alternator needed to be replaced as well as the serpentine belt, but the starter was fine. All fixed and roadworthy for $545 plus tax.

$2261 vs. $545. Kinda ridiculous. I don t trust them any more.

I had booked online to have my snow tires installed. They are stored at Honda. Raymond and Edmond made a special trip to pick up the snow tires from the storage unit. Edmond suggested that the next time I book, to call Honda and ensure that the service adviser knows that my tires are stored. I appreciated that Raymond and Edmond went above and beyond to get my tires. Also, I had been in and did a test drive with Dave for a persistent, random clunking noise from the brakes/rotors. The work had been performed in August but the noise was still occurring. Samar recommended machining the parts and that is what was done. So far so good!!

Went into get a deal on the 2016 Civic Touring. Charles is extremely honest, understanding, and will go beyond what is expected to get the best deal for you, he is very knowledgeable on the industry and on cars in general. Charles is extremely detailed in making sure you understand everything and make sure you are comfortable in making any decisions. I never have experienced such excellent service anywhere. Charles even packaged and moved my all season tires himself (I got winter tires for the winter season) to ensure my car or the tires won't get any sort of damage to them. You can see that Charles actually have a huge passion for cars and that is enough to make that much of a difference. I have to give a huge thank you to the Roadsport Honda Scarborough team which includes Charles Chan, Louie Liu, and Eddy Hung for the stellar service they provided me with, their hard work in calculating where I could save, and getting me the best deal in town!

Service tried to scam us $1400 for a part that at Formula 1 Honda gave us quote of $145. They said the issues was major and that the car couldn't be driven when in actuality it was a very minor issue. Please be careful and do your research before coming to this dealership.

Went for a oil change special, which included car wash, and also a free jug of windshield fluid. They denied the car wash, saying it was too cold. I was okay with that, and reminded them to top up my windshield fluid.
After 2 days the windshield wiper fluid low symbol comes on. Can you guys stoop so low to save $4-5. The oil change is already above average market price, at $50 approx.

Worst customer service on the phone for service department half the workers don t even understand the services they provide and they keep transferring the call over 4 different people, due to not knowing answers. I specifically indicate that I want to speak to service where I can get pricing and quotes doesn t make sense that I have to talk to 4 different people each time and they eventually end the call . I am visiting this place for service since I bought my new Car Honda Civic. After all those payments for my service and everything, I got to understand that I am just donating my money to the service department.I was having an issue with my car which won't start. I did visit this place and paid $150+ to get my car checked all their answer was "There is no issue". Though might be a human error so I got my car and got out from there and it happens to me more than 10 times and visited this place more than 5 times the same response. They can't able to figure. Every time I visit there customer service was very terrible. Whenever I ask for manager "He is not there at his desk" need 2 hr for him to come back. What a joke if this place. I purchased a Honda Accord Ex-L from Roadsport Honda. I received excellent customer service from Qi Li (chilli). He was clear and concise with my inquiries. It was a stress-free experience purchasing from him. I visited other dealerships in the past and found the experience at Roadsport Honda was simply the best. I got my car from here about 4 years ago and have brought it here for regular maintenance every single time. Honestly, you must expect long wait times when it comes to car appointments. Idk why some people get so impatient when it's a given fact. Anyway, I had a recent service here with Tayef Anjum for regular maintenance and tire swap to winter. His customer service was simply excellent. Got straight to the point, did his stuff on the computer, come back in about 3 hours or he'll just call me. 3 hours later, returned, paid, but had to wait for the car keys. Took a while, but reason being was he discovered the bearings on my wheels were losing its function. According to him, once my car hits about 100k, currently at 60k, the bearings would obviously be worse than now, but will cost about $700 to fix. How my bearings are currently, it would have cost $100 he says. I did not need to pay the $100 as he provided the fix for free, just that I had to wait 1 more hour. Overall, Tayef, thank you for a great service and much appreciated for your answers to my questions. Treat these guys and the front desk ladies kindly. They likely encounter many impatient people and it'd be frustrating to handle them regularly.

I leased my first car from here, from the beginning, the service was great, efficient and reliable. After 4 years, i bought 2 cars and in 2018 bought another civic. From sales to repairs, they have been fantastic. It is obvious, they do whats best for the client and the company. I can appreciate that because it shows good business sense. Our Hondas never have us any more trouble than regular maintenance for the most part. When A/C on one of them gave trouble, they got the part in, and accommodated for any inconvenience suffered on my part. I cant be more content. I will be back.

Roadsport asked me to review my recent experience with their service. I took my car in for a 01 , which is an oil change and a tire rotation/swap. Even though my car only spec d 01 , roadsport wanted to add a brake service job as well. I can understand the upsell, but come-on, my brakes aren t even slippery. When I retrieved my car, I noticed the radio had been turned on. That annoyed me but not as much as when I found my dash-cam had been unplugged. Those are the 2 things I didn t have to make an effort to discover. It makes me wonder how many other things have been altered. I only expected 2 things to change when I brought my car in: 1) engine oil is new. 2) tires are swapped.
Pleasantly surprised me with a complimentary car wash, or exceed my expectations in some other positive ways, but I don t care to check every nook and cranny after I get my car serviced to make sure nothing else has changed. During this time of pandemic, every effort should me made to avoid unnecessarily touching the car because of what we might transfer. I suspect that s the reason they don t want people to be sitting in their lounge, but the reciprocal is not understood by roadsport.

Bought a 2016 HR-V from Roadsport, working with Ada San who provided stellar service from start to finish. Ada was extremely honest and helped to make the process as smooth as possible right from the start. Given a busy schedule, we wanted to purchase a vehicle as quickly as possible and Ada did not waste any of our time. She gave us a great price, worked quickly to get our trade-in sold.

When we went to pick up the vehicle, she took the time to walk us through all the features of the vehicle and made sure everything was great. I would definitely go back to Ada and would recommend to all my friends

I recently had some services done on my car at Roadsport Honda. They were very friendly and courteous and helped me out with all the services that needed to be done. They even offered a shuttle service to and from the dealership which was very nice. They kept me updated on my car every step of the way. To my surprise they called me earlier than expected to let me know that my car was ready. It is really nice that the people at Roadsport Honda go out of there way to make you feel very comfortable and relaxed at the dealership. I would recommend anyone to get there car serviced at this particular dealership because the staff is always friendly and helpful.

i would give a zero star for the negligent service these guys provide. I bought a Honda Accord 2011 from roadsport Honda thinking that buying a used car with a dealership would give me a peace of mind, instead its been my greatest headache and a biggest mistake. Just 2.5 months after I bought my car, I got it checked with Midas and realized that there 2 leaks one in transmission and one in trans axle, additionally there was also a problem with wheel balance with 1 of the front rims a bit deformed. I tried to book an appointment with them, left several Voice messages with the Manager, which he never returned my calls. I even spoke several times with the salesperson TONY. He insisted to talk with manager as he did not have any authority to make decisions. I made several attempts to talk with the manager but he never bothered to call back. So I decided to come all the way from Kingston to Scarborough just to meet the manager so that they can at-least have a look at the car. I explained everything, he did not even listen to me nor did he bother to have a look at the car. Its not even been 3 months I bought the car. All i expected was them to have a look at the car. While selling they promised if anything happens to the car within 3 months bring it to them they will fix it. But this is what happened. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. EXTREMELY rude, negligent and unprofessional behaviour.

In spite of having been told repeatedly that going to a dealership for regular car maintenance is quite expensive , I am going only to Roadsport Honda with my 2011 CR-V .I like dealing with the knowledgeable and friendly people of the service department , and I trust them with my car. I went Inside as i was interested in purchasing a car. I was introduced to a sales rep I dont remember the name of, she was a young Asian female. I wanted to go for a test drive for the civic. She sat me down to discuss payments first. And without even discussing exact details she was mentioning indirectly that Honda sales would be out of my budget as if she knows how much money I have in my bank account. I felt like i was being taken as a poor person. I told her that money wasn't a problem for me. She showed me numbers afterwards and then finally I was able to do what I was planning on, to test drive the civic. While in the car she had no interest on explaining anything about the car to me and was busy using her phone, and calling someone while I was driving. I had a bad service experience here. I brought my Civic in for an air bag recall. After the work I had to remove some of the dash panels because they clearly didn't see my phone charging cable was stuck in the panels. When I took it apart I noticed they broke tabs and didn't put proper screws back like it would be from the factory. That's pretty sad to see a dealership with an expensive labour rate do this kind of poor work, especially when it's so easy to do it right. This is what will give you new squeaks and rattles down the road. They don't respect your car and I would not go back to them for any service.

I was extremely impressed by the speed at which my purchase got processed. Due to personal circumstances, I wanted to pick up my car one week earlier than anticipated. On a Friday afternoon at 15:00, Roadsport was able to get the licensing and registration ready for the very next day! It really goes to show how much they care about customer service. I would imagine that any other dealership would say "Sorry, you'll have to come back next week." Big kudos to all the staff members who were involved with providing a superior buying experience.

Not only did they fit me in but met their time commitment right on time. I also appreciate their approach to keeping the customer apprised of what was going on with constant updates.

I just bought my FIRST new car! I walked into the Roadsport dealership feeling confused about which car would be best, Eddy was patient with all my questions and gave me exactly the information I needed to make a decision. After buying the car on Tuesday, it was ready for pick-up by Thursday. I worked with Qi Li (Chili) to arrange for the delivery. He is so kind and friendly. He understood the excitement I was feeling to be buying my first new car. He really made me feel so special by going out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He personally power washed the car, took me to Clive to get the all-weather mats and then carried the mats out and installed them in my car. He immediately ordered and delivered all the extras I requested. I look forward to going back and working with my new Roadsport Family - Eddy, Qi Li, Clive and the others for all the maintenance needs. As a first time buyer, the Roadsport Honda dealership made the entire experience completely hassle-free and enjoyable.

I don't know why there is not zero star in the Google review. What they wrote on the contract was different with what we agreed verbally. When I recognize that, they told me we made a mistake!!!!( I hope it was a mistake) but we cant fix it because you got a good deal. their mistake cost $20 per month, so i had to cancel the contract. They even didn't apologize.

Alan was amazing from start to finish. He made us feel very welcomed the moment we stepped into Roadsport Honda. He was very knowledgeable about both the Honda Fit and Honda Civic. I was confused as to which car i should get but Alan made it simple. The car was ready in less than a week and pick up went extremely smooth. Alan kept in contact with me to make sure everything was good with the car. I would recommend Alan and Roadsport Honda in a heartbeat. I ordered contender for my AC on August it's October now but I didn't receive it from them. I called many times, a lady who answering call is so rude! I usually say hi but he doesn't reply and waiting for me to speak!

After a couple days of trying to contact the service manager to follow up on my brother s case, being told we can only deal with the service manager and then being told he d call us in a couple hours multiple times, and having him leave for the day, the service manager tells us that he wants us to DELETE OUR GOOGLE REVIEW and email him an APOLOGY for giving him a negative survey before touching our car again. Absolutely not. Never, ever in our lives have we experienced such horrid customer service. My brother s car has tire alignment issues either stemming from the single tire that was replaced or the lack of wheel alignment after the tire replacement they did. We have been coming to this dealership for 2 straight years for regular serving, have referred and brought in multiple people to buy cars. This is incomprehensible that we are treated with such disregard. THE WORST car service experience ever, it is not worth the headache. My brother could have been seriously harmed that day on the highway but the level of seriousness this case has been dealt with is appalling. All We wanted was a regular service and it lead to weeks worth of headaches and imbalanced tires on our car. This experience was dreadful.

Context:

Absolutely horrible experience stemming from a regular servicing that is deterring us from ever buying a Honda again. A couple weeks back my brother brought his car in for oil change and tire rotation and when they gave the car back to him to drive, the right passenger door tire was flat, unbeknownst to him. After having his car swerve on the highway he brought it back and showed them the flat tire (free of nails). After some hassles and waiting for the service manger to get back to him they agreed to replace ONE tire. The manager himself agreed that this wasn t the ideal solution as these tires should have equal tread on each side. My brother sent members of our family on his behalf to go swap the tire and speak to the service manager regarding his concerns of imbalanced tires but he would not come out of his office to formally greet them. They waited hours for the tire to be inspected, only to be told that the tire valve was leaking and that this is the reason the tire was flat. Mind you our car had ZERO problems when I brought it in for servicing. They let my brother leave the dealership with a deflated tire (which CLEARLY would result in damages to the wheel mechanism) and he has the audacity to flip the script and tell me that WE caused the issue. The tire pressure meter always sets off after the servicing here, likely because they deflate/inflate the tire to meet their pressure benchmarks. I'm David, my wife Fely and daughter Jardine were so pleased with the personalized service provided by Charles Chan, Leasing Manager of this Dealearship. I myself was very satisfied with Charles transparency and unselfish advise in order for us to make an informed decision. He presented us with different options which made it very easy for us to make the right decision.

Charles answered all the questions we had and provided advise to get an ideal leasing experience. We're so glad we went to this Dealership for the first car of my daughter. Her first experience in getting a brand new car, she was so happy with the way it turned out and Charles did not disappoint. Up to the release of the car, Charles was with us, showed all the features and tech of the car personally, we very much appreciated.

I highly recommend this Dealership and I would also recommend to all buyers to go to this guy, Charles Chan, the best manager.
