Dropped my Pilot off for just an oil change, was informed that I also need to replace my filter. Told oil change would cost $68 but with the additional filter replacement, it would cost about $105. When I picked it up I was charged over $200. I questioned it and the lady cashing me out said I had to pay for labour and parts as extra. If the total amount expected was in fact $200+ they should've communicated that to begin with. They couldn't even give a comp wash and remove the bird droppings off my windows. To top it off, the copy of the invoice that they gave me had some sort of food/sauce smeared on it. Pickering Honda not only has better service, they are upfront, honest, FAST...AND they washed my car at no additional cost. I didn't feel like I was being scammed there. Last time I take my care to Roadsport. Take your car there if you like having your wallet sucked dry.
